After a very LONG day driving on the road, I decided to stop at this Happy Lemon location to treat myself and the baby growing in my belly. The establishment is quite nice on the inside. The decor is bright, yet inviting. There are also some tables and seats to enjoy your treats inside. The employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Since it was my first time there, I took a little bit to review the menu without them getting irritated (there was also no one behind me). My drink was quite refreshing, while my bubble waffle was delicious. I ordered the mango orange milk tea, which was very refreshing for the warm day that I went. Both my tea and the bubble waffle were neither too sweet (I adjusted the sweetness of my tea) and hit the spot. I look forward to visiting again soon! read more

I was excited to try this location since I enjoy Happy Lemon, but unfortunately it wasn't the best experience. The mango lemonade was really good and definitely the highlight of my order. We have been repeat customers of Happy Lemon for years and order through delivery platforms regularly, so tonight's experience was extremely disappointing and honestly very unprofessional. We placed an order that was canceled after an unsuccessful call attempt. Understanding that an item may have been out of stock, we placed a second order removing the item we suspected was the issue (the boba), since this has happened before. That order was canceled as well. We then called the store directly and were told to "go ahead and place it again" because the issue was the boba. So we attempted to place the order a THIRD time, only to suddenly find the DoorDash platform marked as "temporarily closed." Then pickup orders became unavailable. Then every platform, including the main website, suddenly showed the store as closed despite the store hours publicly stating they close at 10 PM and it still being 30 minutes before closing. At that point, it genuinely felt like the online ordering platforms were intentionally shut off to avoid fulfilling our order. We tried calling again afterward and no one answered the phone. If your business advertises delivery and online ordering until a certain time, customers should still be able to place orders during those posted hours. Some customers; including pregnant women like myself, rely on these services because we may not have the energy or ability to drive in person. I was really surprised by the low-ish rating on Yelp (just under 4.0 at the time I saw it). I think it's likely due to the initial novelty wave creating a longer than usual wait. When I went in at 1pm on a Saturday there was nobody. So I didn't have any complaints at all! The shop looks super clean without any overpowering cleaner smells. Restrooms? Not available. Air conditioning? Turned off, even on hot days. Very slow vibe. It's clear they're cutting corners wherever they can--at the customer's expense. It tasted so watered down and it was gray. Then to top it off there was a tiny bit of puff cream only in the bottom. It wasn't good, I couldn't drink it. I come here on a monthly basis to use up my Ubereats credit from my AMEX cards. I get the green milk tea with tapioca. I like the consistency in the way the drink tastes. I wish their ubereats menu wasn't so limited though. I want to try their newer drinks like their Thai tea. This Happy Lemon is more crowded on weekend afternoons as well as weekdays after work. I sometimes stay and work on stuff at the table that has an outlet nearby. Unfortunately the parking lot outside is poorly designed and overcrowded. Sad to have to do a follow-up review on this boba shop. My husband wanted to treat me with something sweet so I opted for Happy Lemon because I haven't been in a while. I decided to utilize their app to order ahead of time so that way it will be ready by the time he picks it up after coming home from work. I saw on the app that it would be ready by 7:40pm but my husband got there a little too early. He went in right at 7:40pm as that was when it mentioned it should be ready by but unfortunately, it was not. My husband had to go through the struggle of asking the staff about the order. He was standing at the counter asking about his order that he can clearly see in front of him but it was missing a puff cream. The worker said they were gonna go and put some in a cup but never did and instead just kept making drinks. My husband had to remind and ask again and the worker ended up saying the same thing that they needed to go make some puff cream. My husband also noticed that they were making drinks and putting them out on the counter as they were ready but not calling out the orders to give it to the customers. This caused a long wait time to the point that my husband didn't get the order until 20min after it was supposed to be ready when the intention of me ordering ahead of time was to be able to avoid a long wait. My husband even heard one of the workers say "you came at the wrong time.." under their breath since it sounded like there was a lot going on... which I can see why the worker would be so stressed out but it's also important to have good customer service as well. read more

Ok...so the menu can be a bit intimidating if you don't frequent this place. I've been to others before so I had an idea of what I wanted. However, others that are first timers or taking their time, it may take longer. This is where I wish I could order via doordash/Yelp/Postmates for pick up- maybe soon? Inside is clean, lots of tables, plenty of parking- some in front but parking and walking isn't too bad either. The ambience is calm, and the inside is spacious with a lot of seating options that gives it more edge compared to the other locations. Their menu is extensive, same as the other locations, so you'll always have options if you want to try something new. The menu can be overwhelming for a first-timer, but they have a Top 10 Drinks list to narrow down the options. The service was quick and easy, and the cashier also mentioned about the points system that I had no idea about up until that point. So I asked them to sign me up for the points system and they did it no problem. The drinks I got: Fresh Mango Juice with Salted Cream - It's good and definitely tastes like fresh mango, but there's a weird aftertaste that I'm not too fond of. It's moreso just a personal preference thing. Fortunately I was able to finish it without a problem. Overall, it's not something I would get as my first choice, but it's definitely better than the fresh mango juice I've tried at other places.
