I was surprised by how much frozen yogurt now costs. See my photo. The worker was nice and the place was clean. Only one frozen yogurt machine was down. I appreciate that. With the prices being what they are I don't know if I can continue to patronize them, though I like their frozen yogurt. read more

Not happy about this..... we normally have a good experience with the older lady that usually works there at nights. But this time a young lady was there. It was about 15 mins before closing. Just wanted to froyo with my daughter. We went in, she was nice and welcoming, but she had all the fruit and popping boba covered up with the trays that are supposed to be under the froyo dispensers. Thought that was odd.....but gave her the benefit of the doubt in hopes she would just move them if we wanted something from there. When we got our froyo, we asked if we could get the fruit toppings and popping boba. She just flat out said no. I was like "seriously???". I didn't want any chocolate or brownies to put on my dole whip froyo. We wanted fruit toppings. We could have just left it on the counter and walked out but no, instead we just paid for plain froyo in extreme disappointment. Not sure I'll be coming back to this store again. Would rather drive across town to Avalanche now. read more

Frozen Yogurt was delicious. Customer service was splendid. The building was great. Very clean and welcoming.

Ehh not sure I'd come back here again. The place was decent and had a decent set up but a lot of the machines were down and there wasn't any good toppings. The younger worker was nice and offered her assistance, but everything was set up to where you can get your own froyo and toppings. The place seemed clean but had a very bad sewage smell. Overall, the froyo was 5/10 for us and the toppings were weak. They were also out of the some of the smoothies we requested so it seems like they need to restock on a lot of their items. read more

Not a place I would recommend for dessert. Had several froyo flavors available and the options I tried had an icy consistency vs a smooth one that you expect. Toppings available were okay too but nothing amazing. I will say that service could use improvement. The young lady at the counter on the evening we went was just on her phone as two groups (including mine) were in the shop. Didn't get up from her seat or put her phone done to greet anyone and only stopped when we went to pay. read more

Awesome and consistent good fro yo. Good service and wonderful yogurt. Employee Daniel gave such a good vibe and welcoming! He refilled all the toppings for us and worked hard for us when we came in. Pleasant evening to end the dinner! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I had the most negative interaction today with who I'm assuming is the owner, an older Caucasian woman behind the counter. I asked if they had sample cups (like every other fro-yo place I've been to), and she coldly replied, "We don't do that here." I said no problem and went to look at the flavors. My family walked in shortly after. My husband, excited to see a pistachio flavor, got some in his cup. At the end of pulling the lever, a little extra came out, and in an effort to keep it from spilling down the side, he caught it with his finger and licked it. That's when the older woman practically jumped from behind the counter and shouted, "You can't do that! You can't put your finger on the machine!" My husband calmly explained he didn't touch the machine, just didn't want the yogurt dripping down the cup. She insisted, "But you did touch it, and you need to wear gloves." At that point, we were both completely taken aback. He grabbed the glove, more out of shock than compliance. Then we looked at each other, said "no problem," and placed our cups back. So did our son. We completely understand food safety and hygiene. But from the moment I walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience. Shouting at customers like we're walking Petri dishes is not how you enforce policies. It honestly felt like she wanted to tell us we were dirty and unwelcome. Needless to say, we will never return when we're in Fairfield. If you're looking for friendly service, clean stations, sample cups, and more topping options, go to Cultive in Vacaville instead. That's exactly where we went after walking out of this place, and we were treated with respect, as always. I'll gladly give them my money. read more

This rating is for service not food. The girl there looks like she does not want to be there. No hello and no thank you. If you have time to stand around, you can wipe around the toppings to clean up the area and also to prevent cross contamination. A smile can earn you tips. read more

Man, this gave me flashbacks me to 2010 when's the froyo hype was new and real! I hardly ever get froyo anymore but this hit the spot on a 100 degree day. Original tart will always have my heart, it's tangy and sweet! However, the taro flavor had that creaminess the original tart just doesn't have. Topped my cup with cheesecake and mochi bites cause I'm basic like that! This spot offer smoothies and milk teas as well. On Tuesdays they have a special deal on them. The SO tried the Thai tea and it was decent. Not the best but far from the worst. It wasn't overly sweet either. The girl working welcomed us in and then sat on her phone the whole time until we were ready to ring up, so don't come in expecting a whole lot of customer service. The shop always seems super empty even on hot days, but they do keep a variety of flavors operating and a bunch of toppings sitting out. Everything is self serve right now, however they ask you to put on a pair of plastic gloves first. read more

We are glad that my place is open for fro yo. There was no line whatsoever on speaker in there. Yummy. I wish they had mixed chocolate and vanilla and I wish they had fruity pebbles

This is a small frozen yogurt shop. They have a small section of flavors to choose from but you can choose from a lot of toppings. They even sell full-size candy bars that you can use for a topping! :O They have a rewards program if you come in and eat often. They also have a good selection of drinks to choose from too. read more

Poor customer service and most the machines weren't working so there hardly were any flavors to choose from. The young girl working had her AirPods in and was on her phone. I had to say excuse me like 5 times before she looked up. And when she finally acknowledged me, she acted like I was bothering her. Hire better workers. read more

Thursdays only buy large drink for price of a small. The senora bread is not fresh. Boba drinks are decent. Flavors and toppings are the same as everywhere else. Decor is cute and typical Tuti fruity style. Service is very nice and helpful. Prices are fair and not overpriced. I like coming here on Thursdays. It's a good deal. read more

First time at this location and it was an okay experience. There were a few flavors that I have never tried before and asked for a sample cup. The cashier said okay, but didn't give me the cup. Instead she came around the counter and got the sample for me. Idk if it's just me, but it was awkward because I was totally capable of getting the sample myself. I also noticed that there was no option on the froyo machine to mix flavors, which sucked. My bf always gets every flavor so it was a bit time consuming and it took up a lot of space in his cup without that option. When we started to put toppings on we noticed that a lot of the staple toppings were missing or not refilled, for example: chocolate chips, cheesecake, and cookie dough. When we asked if she had anymore she told us that they were out. That was a no hard to believe, but whatever. The only thing I loved was the fact the froyo didn't melt right away like another Tutti Frutti we often go to. read more

Says open 7 days a week came at 6:30 and they were closed. Door didn't say anything about closing 2 hours early which makes no sense.

My daughter was treated to this place a few weeks ago by her auntie and has been hooked on it ever since! I actually don't mind treating her more frequently to this place due to the choices being pretty good and they are very close to our home too! Tonight both my daughter and husband tried their milk tea with boba and LOVED it! My husband was very impressed and said that their boba is the best! That's saying a lot coming from him! The young man that helped us tonight was very patient and helpful! Both my husband and daughter took a good amount of time to decide and hubby had a lot of questions! Wish I could tip when using my debit card? I never carry cash and felt terrible not leaving them a tip! I'm sure they are suffering due to everything going on and really want to encourage everyone to give them a try! Take your children, spouse, friends...I am positive everyone will find something they will enjoy for a sweet treat! Even on a chilly night! Always nice to get out even for just a short time for a quick treat!! Enjoy!!! read more

Why the Hell did I have to travel all the way to Fairfield to sample Tutti Frutti's version of Vegan soy froyo? Because all the bay area ones seemed to be out when we stopped in, or they never carried it at all. Ever since my lil' dessertaholic first clued me into Tutti Frutti's Vegan soy froyo, we had called or visited several local shops in hope of finding it. Was it worth a trip to the middle of nowhere? Ehh... probably not by itself. It's certainly worth a stop if you're in the area, or another Tutti Frutti near you carries it. It seems the only flavor they have is banana. While I love bananas, I'm not too keen on artificial banana flavor. The consistency is pretty good if you're searching for something cold 'n creamy to hit the spot. While the flavor could use an enhancement. I would certainly order it again, yet I would prefer a different flavor. I guess that's what all the toppings are for. Just avoid the stale Oreos. Apparently those aren't too popular and seem to sit out for awhile. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/tutti-frutti-frozen-yogurt-fairfield?select=aurZJTIeX9YhY06rmjIM5w#fREJEGMdmRjt1Hiv4B9LxA Don't forget to take advantage of their $3.99 check-in offer BEFORE you order. Extremely small scoops if you go for gelato. Bald guy working there is extremely abrasive and rude. Went in with someone who asked about a flavor because it wasn't listed, and he snapped "you don't have to guess, there's labels". Then we pointed out that yeah there was... completely behind another, where it couldn't be read. This was after he screamed at people who had barely entered to close "his" door. If he's the owner, I feel bad for his employees. read more

I like the variety of flavors here and the options, such as NSA, sorbet/dairy free, soy frozen yogurt as well--actual tart fruit flavors and the more creamy flavors such as chocolate. I prefer frozen yogurt that is not overly sweet and enjoy the subtleness of some of the flavors. That's whole point of frozen yogurt--a healthier option to fat and sugar-laden/too sweet ice cream! My favorite combination is the chocolate (excellent and rich flavor) and a tart fruit flavor, such as raspberry or pomegranate--a great contrast on the palette. Way too many toppings for indecisive people, haha. I love the (boba) smoothies as well. Just about every staff person I have encountered over the past year has been friendly and greeted me. Clean and colorful establishment as well. Currently, the cost is .42¢ per oz--haven't noticed if it ever really changes/frequency. They have a punch card reward system which I use every time since I frequent this place once or twice a week. Unfortunately, knocking off a star because it's bad business practice to run out of something (i.e. keeping in stock or remaking a supply is very important)--and this has occurred to me 3 times already. read more

Another establishment to give another review. Upon entry, the restaurant is very clean. Quite colorful and welcoming. On tonight, not say it does not happen regularly, my lady and I was not greeted by the TF associate. I'm not making a big huff about it though. Yogurt stations are tidy with a great selection of flavors. The same goes for the toppings. No excess spillage onto counter and nearby containers. In and out in five minutes. Felt like a little boy in a candy store. I ended up getting strawberry and orange sorbet topped with fruity pebbles, cookies 'n cream, and Heath bar. My lady had "death by chocolate" and mango pineapple topped strawberries, butterfinger, captain crunch and splashed with caramel syrup. Good eats read more

Never again. The yogurt was over priced (and they didn't even honor my yelp coupon) and it wasn't even good. The vanilla tasted like coffee creamer (in a bad way) and the cookies and cream tasted like neither. The only thing that tasted the way it was supposed to was the chocolate. I've had better topping selections too. I'd been here before and it was pretty good, so I don't know if it was mixed wrong or what, but I won't be back. We have Tutti Fruttis in our neighborhood in SoCal, but not one that serves Boba Milk Teas. Why oh why? Oh, I wish, I wish upon a bubble tea... But anyway, yay for this location! And at the time that we stopped by, they were very busy and many people were ordering milk teas. Great business idea and I wish you continued success! (Also so that you're still there whenever we get back into the area.) We ordered Taro, Almond and Mango milk teas with Boba, of course. All were very tasty...not exceptional or mind-blowing, but very good nonetheless. Boba! Boba! Boba! For more of our Bay Area adventures check out my blog: legomars.blogspot.com read more

TOO MUCH FRUTTI, NOT ENOUGH TUTTI!! LOL Seriously though, I am not picky when it comes to dessert and this place was decent. You can try samples of they yogurt before you purchase, which they charge you by the ounce. In terms of flavor, you can't go wrong with original tart, but I decided to go fruity and chose lychee and their pineapple yogurt. Both went really well with all the toppings I picked out. I have never seen such a wide array of popping boba flavors = mango, blueberry, apple, lychee all delicious Only thing that made the experience not as enjoyable was the gentleman cashier. Although he was helpful with the samples, I wish he could have given a recommenation for yogurt flavor based on what was popular or his personal favorite. Not very engaging when it came to social interaction, but it was near closing time so I think he was just ready to go home and read more

I received a Groupon as a gift for (5) $4 off vouchers. The cashier behind the counter was nice and friendly until I told her I had a Groupon. Since this was a gift (it won't be on my app), I printed it out prior to coming. I handed her the paper and she grabbed the "manager". She said that they don't accept paper versions of the Groupon. Fine. I pulled up the email stating that it was a gift and she still wouldn't honor it. Other than that, the facility was clean. Music was too loud. We live close by so we walk here if we want a frozen yogurt treat. My daughter loves their frozen yogurt and loves to get creative with her yogurt/topping creations. It is very clean inside, but we enjoy eating outside when it's warm. There is plenty of outside seating that is shared between a couple of other places, like Panda and Favelas. We have Always had great customer service and their great topping selections are kept full and clean. We have always gone to the Tutti Frutti at the mall but now prefer to come to this location because they serve boba here too. It's a great one stop shop for us b/c my husband and I can get our milk teas w/ boba and our daughter can create herself a fun frozen treat. There are a few tables inside as well but it is not very big inside. I see a lot of people come in and eat their yogurts while walking outside. It is located in a little strip mall, so it is also very well lit outside at night. read more
