Fast service and decent cookies Been coming to this location for a while now Cookies are always good but it's hard to justify the price for me personally. Obviously it's not stoping me from going back because these cookies are always so good I will say I'm not a fan of the pies they have for the season. Fair warning also if you're using a fork the aluminum their in is very thin so your fork will most likely pierce through, not a big deal just thought I'd note Other than that the service is usually always fast They have multiple ways to order inside so even when it's busy you'll be able to get your order in The wait time is never really too long from my experience. The inside is a little small if it's busy though All in all good cookies A little pricey but worth trying at least once I'd wait for the cookies to come back though over the pies read more

We go here once a week even though they mess up 1/2 the time. Anytime they have to add a topper they forget and we usually do delivery so can't check/correct. When they are made correctly they are great! When they aren't its a bummer/waste of money. read more

I ordered through online for curbside pickup and it was super easy to order and see what flavors they had available. Went to grab the extra $1 for the cute birthday box since it was for a friend's bday (super cute touch I think) Ordered hazelnut, oatmeal, Oreo confetti, chocolate chip, and birthday cake. Good but it is excessively sweet but if you like sweet then you'll definitely like them. Unfortunately the curbside wasn't as smooth as I hoped for and did end up going in to pickup and did wait for them to package it then and there along with the in-person orders at the time. While the cookies are good, the service isn't. Two times in a row we've waited too long for order aheads. One wasn't announced even though we checked in and waited 40 minutes inside the store. The second time I was made to wait a day when the order was supposed to be ready. I had to call the store multiple times and was disappointed when I was promised the cookies would be ready the next day by the said female manager, and when I arrived it wasn't. Got my refund quick and wasn't reached out to the manager at all after. The employee said the manager comes whenever she wants so I wasn't going to waste my time calling a 4th time in 2 days to see if my cookies would be ready. read more

Came here for the first time in a few months last night and the experience was much different this time. Before walking in I noticed a sign on one of the doors letting customers know to use the other door. Ok damaged door, happens. I walk in, both staff members didn't greet me. Then I attempt to use the kiosk on the wall to place an order, that is also out of service. The inside of the store looked very dirty. Trash on the floor, just run down. Rap music was playing. Then I started to wonder if my order would be jeopardized, but I said I'll still give it a try. 3 out of the 4 cookies were tasty so I'll give 2 stars, but I don't plan on coming back for a while. There were two hard pieces of plastic baked into the cheesecake. The first one I accidentally chewed on and it was soo hard. Then you can see the second one baked into the cheesecake. Honestly, I'm grossed out thinking about it again. I understand, mistakes happen of course so I reached out because I wouldn't want anyone else to have that experience... I mean the plastic was hard enough PLUS it could be a choking hazard. I did receive an email back (I never asked for anything) but Molly asked when I could come back... I frequent this place a lot since my husband likes the cookies here but this place is not inviting at all! The workers are uninterested in customer service! They expect u to always offer at the kiosk and seem to be annoyed when u pay with cash vs a card since they have to help you if you pay with cash. The staff mostly has their headphones in their ear and barely say hello when you walk in. The cookies in my opinion are not great. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. Crumbl was supposed to be open according to their posted hours, but the place was completely shut down -- no lights on, no employees, nothing. I had an order placed and paid for, and it was nowhere to be found. No communication, no staff, no sign explaining anything. Just a locked door and wasted time. Walked in... kiosks out of service... waited for one of three employees to say any words... no greetings, no we will be right with you, no words at all. Continued to wait to be served or even spoken to as the phone rang & an employee answered the phone as we have been waiting for five minutes to be served & continued to help them on the computer directly in front of us as we had still not been spoken to by anyone. Don't expect anything less than sweet cookies here. Not complaining..it's more of a warning. You can never go wrong with chocolate chip and lemon. We tried that Jimmy Fallon brownie and boy was it goooood! But nothing beats that toffee cake. For real. It's a quaint store, simply order at the tablet and they call you when it's ready. The Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie was more baked through and not as soft at this Vacaville Crumbl than the cookies I've had at other Crumbl locations, but it was still good. Customer service was fine, although definitely putting out some "I'm just here for a paycheck and I'd rather not be here" vibes. Whenever I have gone the cookies have always been undercooked. So, I stopped going. This week I looked just to see what was new and if you click to put a box together you will see the real prices. A total rip off. Unless you are buying chocolate chip everything else adds more to the box per cookie. Anywhere from $.29 cents to $2.99 added to each cookie. The cookies are different every week. Which is fine because who needs the same cookies every week, right! My favorites are the banana bread and oatmeal pie. The customer service is a bit impersonal. The expectation upon walking in is to input your own order into an iPad-like screen. It's fine for me however, I could see it being different for those who struggle with electronics. Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. We agreed to bring fresh flowers in for the top of the cake and a gold crown cake topper we purchased. We dropped both items off the evening before our event. The princess birthday cake turned out nearly exactly how we wanted it. The style was elegant and they included a nice, sutle glittery sheen to the cake as well. The cake was moist, not too sweet (just how I like it), and was quite tasty. For the filling, we requested strawberries. Unfortunately, they included very little strawberries for the cake's filling. They did include a ton of fresh whipped cream more so than strawberries, which was disappointing for the amount of money we spent on the cake. Initially the customer service we experienced was pretty good. The staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable, even when we spoke on the phone. On the pick-up day, however, our multi-tiered cake was given to us in a donut box and not an actual cake box. That being said, the donut box was not closed around the cake, exposing it to the elements. My husband asked if they could place the cake in an actual cake box, but the worker said the donut box was all they had and handed it over to him. I'm very grateful for Fantasy Cakes being available to make my daughter's birthday cake on such a short notice.

He was barely acknowledged the entire time -- only enough to take his order, which was wrong when he received it. The primary worker (also works at jelly donut) was extremely rude and dismissive, never even speaking directly to him, and instead had the trainee grab the donuts while continuing to ignore incoming customers because they were focused on a larger order. Being busy is understandable, but it's not an excuse to treat paying customers so poorly. Customer service matters, especially when people are choosing to spend their money supporting your business. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning.
