Fast, fresh and good service. Will refer to my friends, family and co workers I have never been disappointed.

Customer service is very subpar. They don't even try to appease you or make you feel like your a valued customer

Fast service and decent cookies Been coming to this location for a while now Cookies are always good but it's hard to justify the price for me personally. Obviously it's not stoping me from going back because these cookies are always so good I will say I'm not a fan of the pies they have for the season. Fair warning also if you're using a fork the aluminum their in is very thin so your fork will most likely pierce through, not a big deal just thought I'd note Other than that the service is usually always fast They have multiple ways to order inside so even when it's busy you'll be able to get your order in The wait time is never really too long from my experience. The inside is a little small if it's busy though All in all good cookies A little pricey but worth trying at least once I'd wait for the cookies to come back though over the pies read more

Crumbl - Vacaville - Cookies 8/29/26. - Bakeries Near Me - Vacaville, California

I ordered through online for curbside pickup and it was super easy to order and see what flavors they had available. Went to grab the extra $1 for the cute birthday box since it was for a friend's bday (super cute touch I think) Ordered hazelnut, oatmeal, Oreo confetti, chocolate chip, and birthday cake. Good but it is excessively sweet but if you like sweet then you'll definitely like them. Unfortunately the curbside wasn't as smooth as I hoped for and did end up going in to pickup and did wait for them to package it then and there along with the in-person orders at the time. The staff was super friendly for the short interaction I had with them. read more

We go here once a week even though they mess up 1/2 the time. Anytime they have to add a topper they forget and we usually do delivery so can't check/correct. When they are made correctly they are great! When they aren't its a bummer/waste of money. read more

Crumbl - Vacaville - 'Celebration' cookie. What are we celebrating? Tasted like cookie dough, whomp whomp - Bakeries Near Me - Vacaville, California

Service is not great ordered cookies online by accident and couldn't cancel them through the app I proceeded to call Crumbl no joke over 10 times over the past 2 days and left 3 voicemails not a single person can pick up the phone because I had my husband call too! They then marked my order as picked up through curbside even though we had already called numerous times to cancel! I called again letting them know I NEVER picked up my cookies and I'm not gonna pay for cookies I never got finally ended up getting through to customer service and still gotta wait 5+ days for my money back I Only 30$ but it's the fact I'm at work and can't even get in contact with this store! The people who normally close are honestly rude and always super irritated even if it's a whole hour before they close read more

Crumbl Cookie never disappoints. Their cookies are always so good, and I love that I can order online and have everything ready by the time I get there for pickup--it's quick and convenient every time. I'm constantly craving their cookies, and one of my favorite things is how they rotate flavors regularly. It's fun getting to try new ones while still being able to go back to the classics. Everything is rich, fresh, and seriously delicious. They are on the pricier side, but honestly, it's worth it. The cookies are big, indulgent, and perfect for treating yourself or sharing. If you love dessert and enjoy trying new flavors, Crumbl is always a solid choice. read more

Ordered a pack of 4 and used 2000 points to pay for them plus a $3.00 tip on my credit card. When I got there they did not have the cookies and didn't know how to refund my points or my money. This was 2 days ago. I've left messages for the manager to call me and have heard nothing. Sent an email to the email address on the app. I was told this would go to the manager. I've received no response. Tried to talk to the chat box. No response. The phone numbers I've found for corporate aren't working. Looks like nobody cares about their customers and they are just fine with not giving a refund when they couldn't fulfill the order. read more

Yummy cookies! They're always fresh and huge. I usually get one and can eat off it for days so the price is worth it.

Never a bad cookie! Flavors are always amazing and good for a regular chocolate chip cookie anytime!

Hi! Just leaving Crumbl, this Saturday night and we had such a lovely baker!! Such a sweet young lady who had incredible service. Really went the extra mile for us to have a great experience. If management sees this, make sure to appreciate her. 8:20pm, 10/18/2025. Thank you!! read more

There were two hard pieces of plastic baked into the cheesecake. The first one I accidentally chewed on and it was soo hard. Then you can see the second one baked into the cheesecake. Honestly, I'm grossed out thinking about it again. I understand, mistakes happen of course so I reached out because I wouldn't want anyone else to have that experience... I mean the plastic was hard enough PLUS it could be a choking hazard. I did receive an email back (I never asked for anything) but Molly asked when I could come back... I did email back and have yet to hear back from her three weeks later. To add: the actual staff who work here are amazing. read more

Great service and delicious cookies! I would recommend Crumbl to anyone for any occasion!

Vacaville staff is always really helpful, and the cookies are always reliable for a good treat.

Came here for the first time in a few months last night and the experience was much different this time. Before walking in I noticed a sign on one of the doors letting customers know to use the other door. Ok damaged door, happens. I walk in, both staff members didn't greet me. Then I attempt to use the kiosk on the wall to place an order, that is also out of service. The inside of the store looked very dirty. Trash on the floor, just run down. Rap music was playing. Then I started to wonder if my order would be jeopardized, but I said I'll still give it a try. 3 out of the 4 cookies were tasty so I'll give 2 stars, but I don't plan on coming back for a while. Hope this review helps! read more

I frequent this place a lot since my husband likes the cookies here but this place is not inviting at all! The workers are uninterested in customer service! They expect u to always offer at the kiosk and seem to be annoyed when u pay with cash vs a card since they have to help you if you pay with cash. The staff mostly has their headphones in their ear and barely say hello when you walk in. The cookies in my opinion are not great. read more

Great Store Very Friendly and Clean. I recommend everyone to get there cookie treats here.

Absolutely terrible experience. Crumbl was supposed to be open according to their posted hours, but the place was completely shut down -- no lights on, no employees, nothing. I had an order placed and paid for, and it was nowhere to be found. No communication, no staff, no sign explaining anything. Just a locked door and wasted time. Super unprofessional and disappointing. I won't be ordering from this location again. read more

Crumbl - Vacaville - Hours confirm 8am open. I'm here at 9:30am.. - Bakeries Near Me - Vacaville, California

While the cookies are good, the service isn't. Two times in a row we've waited too long for order aheads. One wasn't announced even though we checked in and waited 40 minutes inside the store. The second time I was made to wait a day when the order was supposed to be ready. I had to call the store multiple times and was disappointed when I was promised the cookies would be ready the next day by the said female manager, and when I arrived it wasn't. Got my refund quick and wasn't reached out to the manager at all after. The employee said the manager comes whenever she wants so I wasn't going to waste my time calling a 4th time in 2 days to see if my cookies would be ready. read more

The Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie was more baked through and not as soft at this Vacaville Crumbl than the cookies I've had at other Crumbl locations, but it was still good. Customer service was fine, although definitely putting out some "I'm just here for a paycheck and I'd rather not be here" vibes. I was greeted and received the correct order, so I would return to this Crumbl location. read more

Went to this location like a half hour ago. They told me upon my arrival that they were out of stock for one of the cookies I wanted (which that cookie was kinda the whole reason I wanted to get some crumbl but whatever) so I got a different one instead and it was severely underbaked. Hella doughy and unpleasant. Really bummed out rn. read more

I went to the Vacaville Crumble Cookie at 3:30 on Monday, May 20th . I received terrible service. I stood in line for 5 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged me or informed me of the process for ordering. Another customer that walked in behind me informed me of the process. She let me know the employees never talk to her. There was a young teen in front of me who seemed to have been waiting a very long time to receive his order. When I asked him about it he said the system timed out on him. He was paying by cash. When I got the attention of the employee and informed him of the situation, he rolled his eyes and then proceeded to help the young man. There were 3 other customers who came into this location while I was there. Customer service like this is unacceptable. read more

Don't expect anything less than sweet cookies here. Not complaining..it's more of a warning. You can never go wrong with chocolate chip and lemon. We tried that Jimmy Fallon brownie and boy was it goooood! But nothing beats that toffee cake. For real. It's a quaint store, simply order at the tablet and they call you when it's ready. Ample parking. Definitely a must try. read more
