They had me at Caramel…read more I've probably been to this shop at least five times since they opened. When they first opened and I saw the name,I knew I had to check them out and as soon as I walked in and saw their goods-I was hooked. This shop is located in the Nut Tree shopping center, kind of by the Merry-Go-Round. So much parking available-though the lot does get busy on weekends as anyone who goes to Nut Tree knows. So this shop is a locally owned business-they only have one location and supporting them is truly the definition of supporting local small business. They make homemade candy. It's chocolate and caramel heaven. They have so much good stuff-chocolate pretzels,chocolate-dipped red vines, chocolate peanut butter cups, caramel apples,chocolate-covered caramel-dipped marshmallows, white chocolate, dark chocolate-it's overwhelming. I make it a point to stop here almost every time I drive through Vacaville to pick up a little something-in fact I'm going to Giants game tonight,I'm most likely going to make a quick stop before the game. It's that good of a shop-they get priority status whenever passing through their town. I feel the prices are still pretty decent as well. They also have a pretty good rewards program one can sign up for in their shop. I like that you can see where they are making the candy in the back of the shop-feels a lot more authentic. They make gift bundles for like graduations and birthdays as well. I'm not sure if I've mentioned this but their candy is delicious-so tasty, chocolate is so rich-you can definitely tell it was made with love and homemade recipes. In closing, I would recommend stopping by this shop if you find yourself at the Nut Tree shopping center and give their yummy candy a try-they are bound to have something you'd enjoy.

We ended up leaving with 1 Carmel apple, and more than 7 chocolate treats, from chocolate gummy bears, chocolate marshmallows, chocolate pretzels, chocolate Carmel squares, salted Carmel and more.. so much stuff that I couldn't even count. The staff was very friendly and helped out everyone with patience and got hot chocolate for everyone too. This is a great spot and if definitely recommend this spot to anyone that is looking for a sweet treat and a free hot chocolate!

It's obvious that he pays attention to customer feedback and actually takes it seriously. You can tell he really cares about the quality of the food, the overall experience, and continuing to make the restaurant better, which I really appreciate in a local business. My favorite thing on the menu is the Chamorro burrito. It's flavorful, filling, and something I keep coming back for. I also love getting the lumpia with red rice -- such a good combination and always one of my go-to orders. And of course, I have to mention the drinks. I'm obsessed with the strawberry popping boba. It adds the perfect sweet, fruity pop and is honestly one of the main reasons I keep wanting to come back and try different drinks. Overall, Peace Love Boba is one of those local spots that feels like it's constantly evolving and improving. I really respect how much effort the owner has been putting into the business recently, and it definitely shows. Great food, fun drinks, and a local owner who clearly cares about his customers and his business. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Vacaville!

I've been seeing this spot on TikTok and following their efforts to improve the restaurant, so I…read morewas excited to finally give them a try. Unfortunately, my experience was a little disappointing. I ordered the Manila burrito, and the first thing I noticed was that the burrito couldn't really hold its shape. It seemed like it could have been rolled tighter so everything stayed together better while eating it. The burrito was also cold, including the cheese. I think having the cheese melted or making sure the burrito is served warmer would make a big difference. Flavor-wise, everything seemed a little mushed together, and there wasn't really one flavor or ingredient that stood out. I also ordered the wings to go, and unfortunately the sauce spilled all over the inside of the paper bag. The wings were placed in a small food tray with another tray stacked on top to cover them, which didn't hold the sauce very well. I would definitely recommend using a closed takeout container similar to what most wing spots use, especially for sauced wings. I really wanted to enjoy this place because I appreciate seeing a business actively trying to improve. I hope they continue taking feedback into consideration because a few changes to the food temperature, burrito preparation, flavor, and takeout packaging could make the experience much better.

Every detail was thoughtfully done and made for such a special afternoon. A huge thank you to our waiter, Roman, who truly made the experience unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, attentive, personable, and made us feel so welcome. His outstanding service took an already amazing visit to the next level. One of the things we appreciated most was how family-friendly Celesté is. We had children with us, and even the youngest felt just as included and special as everyone else. Seeing her light up throughout the experience made the day even more memorable. If you're looking for a beautiful place to celebrate a birthday, enjoy afternoon tea, or simply make lasting memories with family and friends, I can't recommend Celesté Tea Room enough. It has exactly the charming, traditional tea room atmosphere you'd hope for and made our afternoon together feel extra special. The food itself wasn't anything spectacular, but it was what I'd expect from an afternoon tea experience -- a nice assortment of small finger foods to enjoy with your tea. For me, the atmosphere and overall experience were really what made it. The service was also great! Everyone was attentive and made sure we were taken care of without being overbearing. Overall, we had a really nice experience, and I'd definitely recommend Celesté for a cute afternoon out with your mom, grandma, friends, or anyone who enjoys a traditional tea room experience.

Two weeks before the party, I called Fantasty Cakes to ask if they were available to bake a princess themed birthday cake for our little one. Thankfully, they were available and agreed to make the cake for us. Later on that same day, we stopped by to see and approve the model they had for the detailing of the cake. We agreed to bring fresh flowers in for the top of the cake and a gold crown cake topper we purchased. We dropped both items off the evening before our event. The princess birthday cake turned out nearly exactly how we wanted it. The style was elegant and they included a nice, sutle glittery sheen to the cake as well. The cake was moist, not too sweet (just how I like it), and was quite tasty. For the filling, we requested strawberries. Unfortunately, they included very little strawberries for the cake's filling. They did include a ton of fresh whipped cream more so than strawberries, which was disappointing for the amount of money we spent on the cake. Initially the customer service we experienced was pretty good. The staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable, even when we spoke on the phone. On the pick-up day, however, our multi-tiered cake was given to us in a donut box and not an actual cake box. That being said, the donut box was not closed around the cake, exposing it to the elements. My husband asked if they could place the cake in an actual cake box, but the worker said the donut box was all they had and handed it over to him. I'm very grateful for Fantasy Cakes being available to make my daughter's birthday cake on such a short notice.
