We had a lovely time at Celeste for afternoon tea. The ambiance is so elegant. The tea was delicious. The scone, desserts, and fruit were terrific. Sandwiches were just OK, a bit underwhelming. Service was friendly. We would come back.

What a wonderful experience!! Came out to visit family and they heavily recommended this place and I see why, it was clean and very "fancy". If you want THE high tea experience this is where you will find it. Its small and intimate, the servers are wonderful the owner is present, and they know what they are talking about. I asked for some recommendations and they were able to describe the tea so well. The food and desserts were so nice and they give amazing portions, we had to get a box to go, they even gave me a cup to take the rest of my tea. I loved it and they will be seeing me on my next visit!

This was a great tea experience! I'm not usually much of a tea drinker but these were the best teas I've ever tasted! I would totally come again. We got the Chai tea and Parisian tea. Both were tasty, but the Chai is a MUST! It was so memorably good. We also chose the sparkling cider and orange juice which both had petals on top. The food tasted good, especially the mixed berry scone. My mom put in the reservation notes that it was my birthday recently, and I was served a beautiful, delicious chocolate cake which was complimentary. The ambiance was super elegant and classy. The service from all of the staff was amazing, friendly, and prompt. The owner, Celesté, stopped by each table to have a warm conversation. Very nice tea room that is worth checking out!

Perfect place for mommy & me dates! It was easy to make reservations and they also confirm via text with us prior to arrival. The moment we walked in our girls were in awe.. & we were greeted like princesses and was well taken care of by Bryce & Ashley! They were super friendly & attentive! Bryce gave us great recommendations as far as tea selections goes. So sweet to offer to help us capture photos of us as well! Great touch on the purse hangers on the tables which did not go unnoticed. Its small and cozy but BEAUTIFULLY decorated with gorgeous chandeliers. The food was delicious and tasty especially my favorite is the scone with the homemade sweet cream! Oh lord.. it was heaven. We picked out the 2 Junior exquisite afternoon tea experience and 2 adults. Fairly priced about $92 for 1 Junior + 1 adult. It was enough variety of sandwiches, pastries, fruits and desserts. They also accommodated our food allergy which was awesome. Overall, it was such an amazing experience for all of us especially core memory for our little girls and so sweet to be greeted by the owner as well! What a blessing to have a place like this right here in downtown Vacaville!

This place is so exquisite and charming from the decor, various teas, and cute food towers was amazing. Staff attentive, friendly and outgoing, made us all feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this beautiful tea room to catch up with girlfriends, high tea outing, special celebration or just because it's sooo cute.

What's not to love about this place! For starters, it's absolutely beautiful inside. If you are a fan of Bridgerton, or Parisian themed establishments, Celeste is for you. This tea room is reservation only and you have about 3 packages to choose from. The packages all consist of pre-selected finger foods and treats. However, you can choose from any of their tea flavors that they have on the menu. They do switch out the flavors based on the season. Service was amazing! We absolutely adored our server Addy. She was so sweet and offered suggestions on teas that have been pretty popular amongst patrons. The staff constantly checked on us and made sure we were taken care of. As far as the teas, they are absolutely delicious!! And you get a lot of it. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the food selections. You will leave here feeling FULL! The only recommendation I have when coming is to not show up more than 5 minutes before your reservation time as there is not a waiting area inside. I highly recommend coming to Celeste. 10/10 experience!

Celeste is by far a must visit. Such an elegant ambiance with a wide variety of teas. Staff very welcoming, we had Addy as our host/waitress and she was phenomenal. She even brought of my mom a birthday cake for my mom bday. They have yummy small bites and their teas I wish I could purchase. I got the lavender tea and my mom got the hibiscus tea. Very delish. We will be back.

First true High Tea with the most beautiful ambiance, China, tea pots ....oh my!!! Even the bathroom is elegant with brass & marble. We had tea, scones, fruit, mini sandwich and tiny over the top desserts. Price range is $28-$63 plus any ads ons like salad, or more dessert .... I would go back for a special occasion for sure. The Hawthorne family opened this unique gem tea room in February. A must try experience. Reservations required and open Friday to Sunday for now.

This place is so lovely. I made a date to visit here with my husband. I'm a tea drinker, but he isn't. He love it as much as I did. We waited patiently for the door to open to let us in for our reservation. Our servers were knowledgeable and helpful. The food was delicious. We loved the tea so much. This is exactly the type of tea service I was looking for.

Our food was great. We needed a tea spot near by. It's a thing for us. The service was on par, AMAZING. We never wondered "where'd they go?" Or "are they gonna check on us?" They were on Point and Celeste should be proud. The ambiance was nice. Some table were louder than others. Some were proper and polite. Pricing is not for the faint of heart but worth it for Pinky's Up Time. Go! Go right now. We shall return.

    Signature tea selection for three
    Juanna F.

Booked a reservation for three for 11:30 AM and arrived a bit earlier so had to wait outside until our table was ready. The ambience is beautiful and white and pristine. When my party and I sat, I noticed some crumbs on our white table cloth. We made a reservation for the signature tea selection, which was already chosen for us. I wish we would have known what exactly the menu included. We were first given a sample of a decaf pumpkin spice tea, which was bold with the spice and a great autumnal flavor. My friends and I then chose our tea selections - Parisian (black), wedding bliss (white), and Formosa (oolong). I really enjoyed the tea, but some of the tea pots were faulty and spilled from the bottom area due to the design of the tea pot. We were given a scone each, which was delicious, but were only given one clotted cream and jam so we had to ask for more. The first tier of tea sandwiches included chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, dill cucumber, and fig marmalade with butter on wheat bread. I liked the classic dill cream cheese cucumber most. The bread was a bit stale for the sandwiches. The second tier included fresh fruit and an artichoke savory pastry. The pastry was yummy but oily and cold. The top tier included cream puffs and pumpkin cream cheese cupcakes. The cupcake was nice but the chocolate icing on the cream puff was a bit grainy. The servers were nice, but did not seem knowledgeable of the tea when I asked questions about the flavors. I enjoyed the unique and distinct flavors of the tea. I wasn't impressed by the food. Overall, Celeste is a beautiful place, and I hope to see improvements.

Our table...perfect size for the 7 of us!!

My mom has always taken my nieces, sister in law & daughter to tea houses all over since they were small. My niece who is now married made reservations at this tea house which was all of our first time. Which will definitely not be our last. The outside is very inviting, but when you walk in it is absolutely jaw dropping gorgeous! One of the if not the most absolute beautiful tea houses I have ever been to! Simply elegant is what I can sum it up to! We all had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, tea was delicious as well and the service was amazing! Our main server was so attentive and all the other servers were so quiet we didn't even really notice them popping by to clean up or drop something off that we asked for! The restroom is also a piece of art! The venue is not huge, it is a good size and they stayed busy the entire time we were there and even still the server paid much attention to us! We felt very touched when the beautiful owner herself came to our table to thank us for coming by and also invited us to their upcoming events! Thank you so much for making my mom's 70th birthday tea time that much for special with her girls! The only thing we forgot to mention was we were a little cold...we assumed the venue stays on the cooler side due to drinking hot tea, but we all felt a little chilly.

I ordered a regular lychee iced tea because milk, no thanks. The guy who took my order at the register was friendly and helpful. I put my food in the car because I wasn't planning on dining there, but I went back inside to use the restroom as I waited for the bathroom to open up, miss smiley comes out and still doesn't offer a smile, although we made eye contact. Don't wanna hold it against her because everyone has their day where they're just not feeling people. But if you have a shop and it's called Peace Love and Boba, I would expect you to fake it for me. As for the burrito, it was good, but is it outstanding? No it's not outstanding, but it hit the spot for sure. I would have wanted more meat though. Does it make me regret not ordering the wings? There is now a Tesla Supercharger so navigate to that instead of the cafe so that your Tesla preconditions while you enjoy your morning. They no longer support their own app and have turned the keys over to Square to create an account to make it easier to pay and reorder. The ready times you get in the app are later than it's usually ready so I recommend giving them 10-20 minutes lead time. Here's my rating of the variety of foods and drinks I've tried. Undertow - 8 - Fun twist on a cortado as the half and half is cold and they add a splash of vanilla. The hot espresso is carefully floated on top of the milk so that when you drink you feel the cold "underflow" of vanilla milk. Cortado- 8 - Small but powerful sip of espresso. I prefer it with half and half and a touch of sugar over Journey's method but it is a tasty sip. Lavender Latte - -10 - the best version of a lavender latte you'll ever have. Cherry Blossom Latte - 9 - The cherry syrup is very forward but blends nicely into the latte which gives it light finish. The coffee does get a touch lost so add an extra shot. Citrus Cocoa Latte - 9 - The orange syrup is prevalent throughout the drink but the cocoa starts to stand up more the last half of the drink. I don't prefer chocolate drinks but this doesn't taste like a mocha at all. Very well done Journey!!! Veggie n Egg Breakfast Wrap - 7 - Light and flavorful but needs some pop from another ingredient. I recommend using the Tapatio hit sauce to elevate it above our 7 rating for those that want some pop of flavor and can handle spice. Breakfast Hand Pie - 6 - The pastry wasn't crispy but it did have some crispy seeds on it to save the texture, a bit gummy for my liking. The filling was also creamy with more cheese than needed (and I love cheese). Although good, I wouldn't get it again because the flavor of the filling fell flat. First Class Wrap - 10 - If you can handle spice, the chipotle sauce is amazing amidst the variety of ingredients. This is my go-to and everybody I introduce it to gets it as well. Every business partner I've introduced this right off the freeway coffee stop has loved and kept as their own. It's a no brainer if you're headed down I-80.

This time we got a mango colada lemonade, lilikoi toast, coconut and peanut butter toast, and a sunrise smoothie. I really liked my lilikoi toast! I would order that again. The sunrise smoothie was not sweet. If anything it has a bit of a salty note (maybe from the coconut water). The mango colada was very refreshing on a hot day. I wish the fruit they used was a little more ripe (bananas for toast and mango in lemonade) for more natural sweetness.

Monday had a completely different dynamic. From the very beginning, the staff was huddled by the juice press complaining about the music playlist and debating how & who was going to address the problem of the music playlist (or lack thereof - not sure which). Eventually, one of them acknowledged us and took our order. We sat down to wait and that's when the cashier walked over to the staff that was standing by the juice press and they continued complaining about the "playlist" or creating a playlist or something *I dunno* All I know is that one person was standing at the juice press and waiting for something and the other employee just stood there talking to her about the music playlist and who is "going to tell him". It was a full 6 minutes of us just sitting there. Nobody was even attempting to start my coffee order. My husband finally got up and told them that we are on a timeline. That's when the employee standing next to the employee staring at the juice press walked over to the Expresso machine and started to make my drink. Then they made it incorrectly, giving me only 2 shots not the 3 that I paid for. Then she proceeded to dump some of the liquid from the cup out and simply added another shot. This is wrong on so many levels. The coffee is delicious, the cold pressed juices are fresh and perfectly balanced. The customer service is hit/miss. Oh, and the tip jar is back front and center. Ironic that is is the last thing I was willing to do after the crappy service. PS Not sure what all the fuss is about the music playlist, BUT it's a BIG F*ing Deal for Mondays staff.
