Was in a low blood sugar pinch in a town I'm not familiar with, so I figured Jamba would be a great solution....don't waste your time. 30 minute wait (for oatmeal!) and when they screw up your order and deliver you a leaking bowl of mush, and you kindly let them know, the Sideshow Bob looking dude will murmur stuff under his breath and insult you, the patient customer. I have visited almost every single Jamba Juice in the greater Sacramento area from Fairfield to Auburn and this is hands down the best value for your money. I consistently stop by this location on my daily commute because your money goes a long way especially in this economy! This is the ONLY!!! Location that I have been to that gives you the excess smoothie into a smaller cup. I want to say that again! The only location! I have add one for my drink orders and I pay extra and at this location I get precisely what I pay for. You can't beat that! I frequent this location often. Service every time I've came has been good. Once u open the door u are greeted with a welcome. I usually order on the app but for some reason it's not working but the drinks are quick once ordered. My favorite drink is the greens and ginger! Right on Friday night Jamba Juice Crew! I tumbled into the store, starving and protein deprived at sundown. The manager was leaving and was kind enough to even say, "Goodnight" to me on her way out. Yet, Dominique was fresh and ready to go with a smile like he'd just clocked in. I do my best to hit the line ready with my super-substitution order so not to hold the line but tonight I needed help and didn't know it. It was quiet and just us, so I told him what my dietary and medical needs were and we put together the "Perfect Protein Packed Flavor Bomb!" He was even kind enough to check each milk base to ensure I was getting the most protein possible (2% btw!). He then ensured I had a copy of this recipe so if I'm ever on the side of the road in need of a protein recharge I could just sing out my order like I work there! We ordered 4 drinks and had them delivered by DoorDash. The flavor and consistency on all the drinks was good. The downfall was no straws were included with our order and the drink lids were not sealed for tampering. I'm sure it's no big deal for some people but it's another annoying indication that a business, or at least the employees just don't care about the customers. As soon as I walked into the store it was super hot inside, while I was waiting for my order I quite literally was sweating. I ordered a white gummi smoothie and a açaí bowl and when I received my order it was mush. Nothing about the bowl was cold, the açaí was liquid with how runny it was and the fruit on top looked like it was expired and was warm and mushy, But most of all I felt bad for the workers, all of the drinks they made for others as well were liquid and even though they were super kind I could sense the frustration, which is super valid. Slowest bad service I've ever experienced at a Jamba Juice in my life. They were out of certain fruits, so I substituted. They couldn't take cards at the time so I paid cash. They cooked my snack then proceeded to take over 30 minutes to make my drink because they were backed up. My snack was stale by the time I got it to my husband and the drinks were watery. This particular Jamba Juice is my preferred location in Vacaville as the other spot across the freeway tends to be a bit inconsistent with making drinks. The workers at this location are always cheery and welcome everyone that walks through the door. My current favorites include the tropical greens juice, apple and greens smoothie, and acai primo bowl. Always save your receipt in case you get bogo deals in the surveys and log in your phone number for more rewards! I've had some occasions when the rewards didn't work correctly, but other than that they always have daily specials going on and it's a great place to pop in for an energizing drink or boost when you feel like you're about to get sick. read more
