This is our go to dutch bros. Something was wrong about the baristas on shift today. They managed to mess up our order twice in the same day LOL. The first time, I ordered a dinosaur egg rebel with sweet cream and they managed to forget the sweet cream that they charge customers additional for. Luckily that time I clocked it right away and was able to get it fixed. We went back in the afternoon and ordered one sherbet rebel and one sherbet sparkling soda. I know rebel and sparkling sodas are two different bases, but I think I can tell when someone forgets a syrup. You can tell by the picture clearly there is a missing flavor in one of the drinks. One mistake is understandable but multiple mistakes in one day is ridiculous. Train your employees better. read more

Every time I go to Dutch Bros Coffee in the morning, the vibe is painfully off. The drinks are hit or miss, the line takes forever, and the customer service feels weirdly selective depending on who they're talking to.There's one female blonde employee in particular who always comes across cold and dismissive. Meanwhile the customers before me get full conversations, energy, compliments, and smiles like they're on a podcast together. Then suddenly when it's my turn, the enthusiasm disappears and I'm getting one-word responses and attitude for asking basic questions. After multiple visits, it starts to feel intentional.Im not asking for full energy in the morning or anything it's just her weirdddd attitude towards me and especially her tone when she answers questions. I always want to believe my best in people and maybe she was having a bad day but after it keeps happening repeatedly it feels intentionally. The morning crew honestly acts like customers are inconveniencing them by existing before 10 AM. I've had drinks made wrong, awkward interactions, and waits so long I could've probably driven to another coffee shop and back. The morning crew here aren't very friendly and i give grace bc it's early but today was absolutely one of the worst experiences ive ever had. I stopped by before work on 5/13/2026 at 7:40am and i ordered 1 iced small golden eagle with oat milk, 1 sugar free iced golden eagle with strawberry foam, and 1 iced dulce de leche and i had asked for a drink carrier and as she was handing me the drinks she shoved it to me and i was not expecting her to hand me my drinks like that and the drink carrier was so flimsy my drinks spilled all over me and in my car and the worker ( white female with blonde hair) just laughed at me didn't apologize, offer to remake my drinks or anything. I used to work in fast food and i thought it was common sense to give out 2 drink carriers bc they're know to be flimsy sometimes especially if they have bigger drinks and i would never laugh at a customer for spilling the drinks all over their car especially if it's my fault. She gave me TWO napkins only bc i asked for them and she just watched and i saw her face trying to hold in her laugh which i found very rude and mean. I didn't drive off right away i wiped my steering wheel and door and myself because i was waiting to see if she'll apologize and offer to remake my drinks and she did not she just stood there watching me and giggling! She definitely needs more training when it comes to customer service. She did not apologize for laughing at me either. It definitely felt racist based on her demeanor and overall her attitude towards me during the whole interaction. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

I ordered a large coffee with no ice so it wouldn't get watered down, and I got half the amount of coffee in the cup. I get the employees follow a recipe, but even getting light ice in the past, the cup is filled to the top. I'm pretty unhappy to get this little coffee for like $8-9 so I just won't go to Dutch again. It's too easy to get coffee somewhere else that doesn't do this and is way cheaper. However, the order wasn't ready, and it wasn't until 9:28 that the cashier checked in to confirm the name on the order so they can get started on my order. I finally received my order at 9:30. The coffee was great, and they definitely have a good product, but waiting longer than expected is frustrating. A much shorter line than the one on Peabody. Although I don't think there's a seating area like the other one (I could be wrong about this i just haven't seen any in use). The baristas are really nice and talkative. Will assist you in choosing a drink if you're unsure. Although one was a bit overbearing and asked to touch my boyfriend's hair. The Italian sodas are my personal favorite, and they come in so many flavor combinations you're bound to find one you like. The lemonades are the perfect blend of sweet, sour, and tangy. You can also get them in a slushee consistency. I like to get a second regular lemonade with no ice to save for later, which they fill up to almost the brim and put a sticker tab to keep it fresh. My sister's favorite is the Picture Perfect, it's a Frappuccino drizzled with chocolate and caramel. Although I don't like coffee it does have a nice taste to it, not too strong. read more

A lot of the time our orders have been 50/50 on them being correct, our orders rarely get read back by the people outside, and some of them feel very rude.
