I was finishing my workout and I wanted something healthy after my workout, so here I am. I came in and ordered the Caramel Chocolate 48g Protein Shake. The shake was pretty bomb and it came out very fast. This restaurant has cool modern aesthetic to it and their playlist is also a vibe. Bre the owner, is very kind, welcoming, and offers great recommendations if you're unsure what to get. This place is also next to a huge parking lot so parking is not an issue. Another cool thing about this place is that it's right around the corner from In shape. It's the perfect place to go after finishing your workout. Highly recommend this spot. I've been seeing a lot of my friends post about this place and my brother and I finally got around to trying it. The owner is super friendly and it just so happens we went to the same high school! She was super friendly and was very patient with all the questions we had for all the different drinks they offer. My brother got a protein shake and I got an electrolyte refresher. Both drinks were super yummy and I love the health benefits that come with them. You can't even tell the difference from regular sugary drinks! read more

I've been seeing this place all over my social media, so I finally decided to check it out. As soon as my group and I walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff. They explained the menu and gave us excellent recommendations. I opted for the mint Oreo meal shake and the tropical sunset lit tea, both of which were delicious! NEW HIDDEN GEM The staff or maybe even the owners possibly were so kind & very informative. I appreciate that they actually shared the nutritional facts of some of the items on their menu, which made it a lot easier to choose from as a first timer. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake protein smoothie and felt satiated for half of the day! The brown sugar maple protein oats was also delicious. Well this was a nice gem to discover! For those who want to get Lit... found a spot who does some delicious LIT teas... you thought I meant something else. It's not that kind of post. There is a section on the menu called Lit teas. I enjoyed the watermelon cucumber and it was refreshing and not too sweet, just how I like it! The owner Bree (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was welcoming and patient to show us some options and talk us through the selections. My sisters had some protein shakes and they gobbled those down pretty quickly. Overall a pleasant 1st experience and will go back when we are around here again. Was hungry, but didn't want any fast food in the area. Came by here and omg! The shake was so good. I got the Dark chocolate coconut meal replacement. Came here because I saw it had opened recently. The owner was behind the counter and very friendly. I went with a combo of the strawberry cheesecake shake and a pineapple sunset tea. The shake was amazing and hit the spot. It truly can be used as a meal replacement especially with the amount of protein it in. The tea was light and not as sweet a I thought it would be. Great customer service providing delicious drinks; from meal replacement shakes, pre workout and "Lit teas". All drinks are formed around Herbalife; the drinks are so yummy. The Mr. Had "Chunky Monkey" meal replacement shake which was super yummy and fulfilling, packed with tons of protein. I went with a lit tea "Berry Blast" so yummy, I couldn't put it down. I went to 707 Nutrition when i heard there was a new woman-owned (and locally owned) business in town. The owner Bre and all of her staff are super friendly and just good vibes all around. I just (re)started my fitness journey and Bre was really encouraging and knowledgable about fitness & gave me the confidence I needed to get in the gym that day. You can tell she really puts love into her business. Now for the drinks, BOMB. Everything is sooooo good! The shakes are healthy and so fire! I went here twice. Once, before my workout and another day after my workout. I had the caramel mocha. I loved how it gave me the boost I needed + protein because I forgot to eat breakfast. I had an amazing workout. my husband had the mango pineapple. We both got a good pump in and didn't feel a crash. Today I went there after a workout and got the Oreo shake for the post recovery. I love this new place in town. I ordered a Cocomelon mega Lit Tea, and it was delicious. I was a lil worried because I never finish my drinks. Took me a while to finish and the flavor was on point until the very last drop. Didn't get watered down at all even though I'm a slow sipper. Kept me energized and it was refreshing. Looking at the other reviews maybe I made a bad choice and the other drinks are good however my experience was very poor. I ordered the sunrise refresher and both myself and my wife did not enjoy it. To be 100% honest it tasted exactly like a Crystal Light drink. So a Crystal Light packet is 20 cents so I didn't feel great paying $9.00 for what tasted like a 20 cent drink to me. If this were solely based on the drink this would be a 1 star review however I'm giving it a 3 because the service was 5 stars and I definitely don't love giving a small business a one star review. Like I said I'm sure their other drinks are probably great but unfortunately you only get one chance to make a first impression and this was a big miss for me. read more

The two ladies at the register in the kitchen appeared to be quite disorganized and all over the place, as if they had never dealt with customers before. I placed my order, and she repeated it back to me twice. I ordered my sandwich before the next customer, yet somehow, the next customer received their sandwich before I did, which was quite confusing. The new lady at the register had to tell the other lady to make my sandwich which should repeated twice on different occasions. To make matters worse, their credit card machine was out of order and they requested cash instead. Fortunately, I had some cash on hand. The chicken banh mi seemed like it had been microwaved, which was disappointing, although the presentation looked decent and the taste was okay. I've had worse experiences, but my main issues were with the two ladies working in the back and at the register who were preparing the food. They just seemed really disorganized; otherwise, it should have been a typical donut shop.

Monday had a completely different dynamic. From the very beginning, the staff was huddled by the juice press complaining about the music playlist and debating how & who was going to address the problem of the music playlist (or lack thereof - not sure which). Eventually, one of them acknowledged us and took our order. We sat down to wait and that's when the cashier walked over to the staff that was standing by the juice press and they continued complaining about the "playlist" or creating a playlist or something *I dunno* All I know is that one person was standing at the juice press and waiting for something and the other employee just stood there talking to her about the music playlist and who is "going to tell him". It was a full 6 minutes of us just sitting there. Nobody was even attempting to start my coffee order. My husband finally got up and told them that we are on a timeline. That's when the employee standing next to the employee staring at the juice press walked over to the Expresso machine and started to make my drink. Then they made it incorrectly, giving me only 2 shots not the 3 that I paid for. Then she proceeded to dump some of the liquid from the cup out and simply added another shot. This is wrong on so many levels. The coffee is delicious, the cold pressed juices are fresh and perfectly balanced. The customer service is hit/miss. Oh, and the tip jar is back front and center. Ironic that is is the last thing I was willing to do after the crappy service. PS Not sure what all the fuss is about the music playlist, BUT it's a BIG F*ing Deal for Mondays staff. Please address it so that they can focus on making coffee. Thanks.

The establishment had snacks, drinks, clothes, fresh ginger, frozen fresh fish, oils, ice cream, soaps...you name it! They had it! When it was time to order, I told them I was skeptical of the goat and was thinking about passing on the chicken this time. BUT he insisted...and when he showed me the chicken, it looked and smelled amazing!!! So I said what the heck! I went from only getting 2 beef patties to buying 2 stewed chicken plates ($15), 4 patties ($3.75 each), 1 festival bread ($0.99) and 2 coco breads ($2.75 each) for a total of about ($60-$65). Everything was a 10/10!!!! No kidding!!!! We also got 2 mango drinks (less than $5 for both) and a pack of sherly cookies ($2.50). While visiting Suisun City from SoCal, I was craving a protein smoothie to keep up with my post-workout routine. I was looking for something similar to my go-to smoothie spot back home, and 7O7 Nutrition was exactly what I needed! It was conveniently close to my hotel, making it easy to swing by after a workout. The worker who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. I ordered their Açaí Bowl, which I was told is one of their most popular items, and it did not disappoint--it was very well made and tasted fantastic. The rest of their food menu looks great, too. It was my first time visiting, and since I was the only one there at the time, it was wonderfully quiet and made for a perfect workspace.
