The service was great. He was able to find my $10 discount in the system for the protein that I got. Of course I am the GNC pro member to make sure I get as much off as possible. read more

This store is always low in inventory and half the shelves are always empty. They don't carry items that are promoted as being carried by GNC. I believe they are a franchise business and each one is independently owned but I believe there are rules regulating them. I believe this store is very poor in performance. I have mentioned it to the owner a couple times and he just gets defensive and argues with you. The cold fridges are always half or more empty. I went 5 days ago to get something from the cold fridge cause I was close and they didn't have it in the fridge. I came back today and nothing had been replaced or added to the fridge even though there were cases of it on the shelf. I think GNC should strip this owner of his ownership! I guess I will just drive the extra distance to Vitamin Adventure across the freeway from now on. They are always fully stocked read more

I was really disappointed. Normally when I make the drive here I am greeted by someone with experience or someone that wants to sell me something. The guy here today was very meh. He didn't really suggest anything and when I asked for options he didn't really have much to say. I ended up taking something that sounded okay and normal protein I've bought before. Will see how the pre work outs works out. Yet I have to say today's experienced was underwhelming. read more

Great customer service at this location. Aarti and Nate were super helpful on helping us find a new flavor for our pre workout. Aarti made us a sample which is so helpful to have before buying a whole canister. Thanks again guys! read more

Staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Special thanks to Rick for helping me figure out what supplement to buy!

I'll never come back to this store again. I walked in looking for an particular flavor of a protein bar and instantly got mobbed by a salesman. When I told him I was just looking for an particular flavor that they did not have, he tried to sell me some protein powder, and then multivitamins, then fish oil, and so on I was trying to be polite and tell him I did not need anything else, he just kept pushing products on me. Finally in the middle of him trying to sell me products I had to just walk out of the store. I know this was extremely rude, but when you tell him you are just looking and you did not need anything else they should let you be. Cliffs: EXTREMELY pushy salesman Will not go back EVER! Much rather goto Vitamin shoppe read more

Love this GNC. Fitness is a big part of my life, and I want the best when it comes to the supplements I put into my body. The staff here knows how to find exactly what I'm looking for, and takes the time to explain the product for me, or find me something better tailored to my needs. I'm always met with a smile too, and once I had been in here a few times, they remembered my face which is always nice! Lots of parking, and the inside is always clean. Thanks Nut Tree GNC:) read more

Love this place employees have great attitudes and are very helpful especially Nate thank you very much GNC!

I came in the store kind of nervous since I knew nothing but Nate helped me out the whole time , telling me all the best snacks and drinks im terms of what I was looking for , showed me a bunch of options and made my overall experience great ! Thank you ! read more

GNC - GNC - Health Markets Near Me - Vacaville, California

Went in to get some pre-workout. Arty, the store owner, was great! Very friendly and gave me solid recommendations. Even gave me a sample of the product I was interested in buying to make sure I liked it. read more

I can't stand going to this GNC store. The owners will follow you around the store trying to sell products you're not even looking for. Also they will to pressure you in buying their products and they will stand there hovering over you. They try to make your feel incompetent in making your own choice of products. In my own opinion, the GNC in the Fairfield Mall has better customer service. read more

I came in trying to do an exchange look up because I didn't have a receipt and I know other locations will do their best to help you with it. Unfortunately I made a mistake going into the Vacaville location and the cashier barely wanted to help me. It was near closing time but just because the operation hours are over doesn't mean you can disregard a customer. The cashier kept repeating how their store is closed and that she couldn't really help me. Not happy and never coming back to this location. read more

The lady I talked to was Aarti she was super informative, extremely courteous, and gave me outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to help me get the proper information that I needed to help with my excessive sweating i get from a different medication i hope she sees this review so she can know how much I appreciate her and her knowledge of products to help me with my inquiry keep up the great work your amazing at your job I will most definitely be leaving positive reviews on other blogs as well read more

Every time I come to GNC, they are always so helpful and cheerful. I never leave dissatisfied and I'm always told about their new products they just got. Really great customer service. read more

Decent parking, great hours, off the main street, and discount grocery store right next door. I also found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. I worked with Arti and Rick, who both were warm and down-to-earth each time I used this store. I prefer customer service above all else. I really don't mind reading Supplemental Facts on the back of the bottles myself, because it usually takes the pressure off salespeople, and gives me time to see things for myself. What matters to me, is when I ask them what the ingredients are inside the bottle and can get a good answer that makes sense to me. Each time I've visited this store, I've gotten this type of service as well as professional and personal advice from the staff about how to get my nutrition goals met. read more

When I have to go here to pick up nutrition supplies in the back of my head I'm all ways thinking please don't let the owners be there. They seem like decent people and are knowledgable to a extent but there so pushy and annoying. They jump you as soon as you walk in the door hover you and try to force sales. If the owners could just ease up some I would frequent there store more often instead of dreading having to go there. read more

My fiancé and I went in today with a general knowledge of what we wanted, but not specific brands. Ash was extremely helpful in helping us pick out products that we were looking for, and she even recommended a protein that is better than what I usually use *takes sip of delicious post workout protein shake*. She is a wealth of knowledge and clearly knows her stuff. I will be back to this location when we run out! read more

Went in today to get a fresh start with protein powder and a new pre workout. I wasn't 100% sure on what I wanted or even needed when I walked in the door. Aarti was SO helpful. She showed me options and what to look for in different brands, and how to get the most bang for my buck. She was even so kind to make me a sample and was so nice to talk with. For sure will be back!! Thanks again! read more

If you're looking for products I think you're better off researching what you want and then going in. The past few experiences (which has been a while ago, I'm only just now getting around to writing a review) were very questionable and I didn't feel confident with any potential purchases. With products I asked about they had to read the backs of everything and then tell me about it as if I hadn't just read it. If you work in a supplement shop, shouldn't you already know all the facts and also some customer reviews on the products already? I've purchased things from here like the GNC Total Lean shake, which was gross and not helpful...didn't even finish using it all. Also, I feel like once you walk into the shop they either stand at the register craning their necks so they can watch your every move and then pounce to try and make the sale...OR they follow you around the store the whole time suggesting and reading the product labels to me. It makes me feel uncomfortable. Maybe it's just me, but I like to shop without a worker following me around. read more

I came into GNC today after dealing with rude sales associates at the Vitamin Shoppe in Vacaville today. This place was completely different!! Very helpful sales people, they were able to answer all of my questions and help me pick out the right prenatal vitamins! They were amazing! Thank you GNC in Vacaville. read more

Very unhappy with this store. Went to use a $10 off $20 coupon I received in the mail, I was told I couldn't use it because he wasn't going to make enough money on the product I wanted to buy. He said he would let me use it on anything else, just not the Quest Bars. I left and came back the next day and went to purchase protein powder. Low and behold, they won't accept the coupon. Guess I'll be driving to Fairfield. read more
