I saw a customer bring in their dog, and I spoke to the manager and told him that State Law prohibits any animal (even if they are Service Animals) at any food establishment with an Open kitchen. Disgusting. The manager didn't do anything. Would not be surprised if they get shut down by the health inspector. This place needs an adult manager with a food service experience. Having 100% highschoolers who can't handle issues like this AND have no knowledge on basic health codes would bring the establishment down. read more

I love ice blend Sharetea! I'm giving this a 3 stars because the staff on this store keeps getting the orders wrong! I ordered for a Taro ice blend with pudding with 50% sugar and to add lychee jelly to it. Of course, the lychee has an additional charge. I got a taro ice blend with 100% sugar and all lychee and no pudding. As I was ordering, the staff was not giving me his full attention - he keeps looking at the other customer who wasn't even ordering. This not the first time they got order wrong in this store. I'm not sure if they made a mistake or it's the way it is but my regular classic pearl milk tea and Hokkaido pearl milk tea were just not sweet enough. My partner's throat and mine both hurt and became scratchy after drinking the tea. Wonder if anyone else had the same experience. I probably won't visit this establishment again. read more

I got the mango ice blended with ice cream, I forgot to add boba but it was still great! Pretty decent price, $5 something. Inside is nice, but a little crowded when in line! I was very excited to see share tea open in Vallejo. Before I was regular customer for quickly. I have to admit in the beginning of share tea opening I was almost one of their daily customer. Their drinks was tastier than quickly. Recently I have been noticed the negative change of their quality even though they increase the price. My favorite drinks is qq happy family milk tea. Today, I decided to give another chance. This time i tried their matcha red bean it turn out to be bland. I did tried their matcha red bean before and it was very good. I went back to the store and told the cashier that the drink tasted horrible . It was very nice of her offered me of different drink. So, I went back to my favorite qq happy family drink. But unfortunately I have to be disappointed again. The drink is not tasty at all like it is used to be. I feel they are cutting corner to maximize their profit. I can see clearly in the quality of the drink I am getting now. The toppings are very minimal and the taste of almost any drinks is nothing but water and sugar. I will not go there anymore. I like to keep it simple with the classic milk tea but at this place it just tasted like milk with sugar with no hint of black tea at all.. Wasn't happy with the milk tea so I decided to try the Thai tea next time only to find that it isn't REAL Thai tea at all but instead just powdered stuff. One thing that I like about this place over Quickly is the fact that they have crema! (Highly recommend it) If only the "teas" were as better, I'd absolutely love this place. Got their Matcha Milk Tea with boba and 80% sweetness, no ice and it was the perfect taste. Just the right amount of creaminess and sweetness in the drink. Their boba was a bit hard, but I still enjoyed the chewiness of it. We also tried their Hawaii Fruit Tea with regular sweetness, but the sweetness was just too overpowering. I'd recommend 80% (or maybe just half of the sweetness if you're more of a sour person). I definitely would come back again tho! read more

One of the lady was very rude after she gave us the wrong order accusing us of taking the wrong order after she's the one who gave us the drink. She approached us in a very rude way and as a paying customer we shouldn't be treated that way after she made the mistake not us. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE DRINKS, TERRIBLE WAIT TIMES. i frequent sharetea often and after this experience i will never be returning or recommending to a friend. our party was third in line and we waited 30 minutes just to ORDER. it wasnt even busy, they had four workers that i could see and the people ahead of us ordered 2 drinks each. ridiculously slow service. when it was finally our turn to order, i asked for the classic black milk tea with NO addons. my total came out to be $4.75 and i asked the guy if that was with tax included or if it was because he charged me for addons (addons are $0.75). he said "um i think its tax". he prints my receipt and it clearly says CLASSIC BLACK PEREAL MILK TEA. when i told them, they made my drink without boba but never once apologized or offered to refund the difference i was charged. I HAD TO ASK FOR THE REFUND. lastly, the cherry on top. i got to the car and tried my drink and it was by far the most disgusting/bland drink ive ever had. it tasted like milk that was watered down with tap water. no flavor of the tea and no flavor of the milk. i get boba multiple times a week and have never been more disappointed with my experience. i hope that the owner reads this and really retrains their staff of the menu and basic customer service. i would give this place 0 stars if i could. 100% would never return of recommend. read more

Terrible! Worst Sharetea I've been too. I use to put them toward the top of the boba drink list. Rude cashier when I went in. He even told me to wear a mask, while I already had a mask on, with a plastic barrier in front of him and his dumb-ass even has a mask on. I had my mask on too. When I ordered I gave him my number for loyalty points and he acted like he inputted it too, but no points confirmed with 5 drinks. The worst part wasn't any of that. The drink I ordered was 50% sweetness and it tasted like it was 50% extra sugar. The Cashier was Jeshua. Yup! I remembered.
