Maybe the manager needs to manage the staff better? Last time I came in for my usual smoothie and wheatgrass shot and I got my smoothie and my wheatgrass shot wasn't even ready yet. Usually wheatgrass should be before... (it wasn't busy) Yesterday, I called in 15 minuets ahead for my order and when I there they hadn't even started it yet. The point of me calling ahead is so I can just pay, grab and go... I already didn't have time, that was why I made a phone order. Also, they never ask you to put your number in for your rewards. Maybe it's just the newer generation of workers but there was zero "Hi/Hello" upon entry. I asked about using a card to redeem a free drink and the manager told me to use the app. So I spent about 5 mins and it didn't work. I ended up ordering in store (which the back of the card said it's eligible to redeem in store OR mobile app). The girl got the manager again and whispered something snooty under his breath, pressed a few buttons angrily and walked away. If the card was defective- he could have communicated that to me and I would have paid. He really didn't need to huff and puff and be SO angry over having to press a few buttons. It's ridiculous how these very young mangers think they can just have all this attitude when they have a simple and easy job. This Jamba Juice has been my go to for years especially after a night of drinking. I'd usually get an apples n green smoothie with an immunity boost and sometimes a pretzel. I think because of supply/demand they haven't had stock of the large Jamba Juice cups so they just come in regular cups. This particular visit they were out of kale so I tried their pumpkin seasonal smoothie which was good and sweet. Service is usually fast here, one of the places lots of people in high school worked out and it's nice to come back and visit and see our friends younger siblings work here and the generations continue. You can order quickly then wait outside to pick up, they'll call your name but always a good and steady flow. I get an açaí bowl every once a in awhile. Decided to give these guys another try. I must have really bad luck with this place. Ordered an acai super antioxidant. First batch tasted really bad as if something in it was spoiled. Took to back to the store and the young lady was kind enough to remake it but i did ask her to check to ensure that the ingredients were fresh (i should have asked her to check the expiration on the acai juice) this time it tasted like a strawberry banana smoothie but way more on the banana side. I honestly think the acai juice was beyond expired as it made my stomach gurgle. I took it back inside and this time asked for a mango a go go. The employees/management need to check the expiration dates on all their juices to ensure that the are not serving things beyond expiration that may be spoiled. I'm only one customer and with my prior complaints about this place i received no acknowledgement about my concerns. I'm convinced that management or corporate don't really care about the complaints of one but hopefully more of you who have bad experiences with this place will also share. As a former Jamba Juice employee, I hate to say it but Jamba Juice all over must have some training issues because I have had smoothies that aren't properly blended on more occasions than one. It has been a problem even more at this specific location. Even when I order my drinks (DOUBLE BLENDED) or (WELL BLENDED) my drinks have not been blended properly with chunks of fruit still in my drinks. When I was an employee I was trained to make every smoothie a "perfect smoothie". That means no chunks of ice chips and not too watery. If you follow the ingredients it wasn't hard to do at all. It only takes a few seconds to see that the smoothie needs to be blended a little longer to make sure customers are happy. I did that every time I made a smoothie. Unfortunately, at this location that does not happen. I'm not going to this location anymore. My last visit was my last straw!! I hope Jamba Juice re-trains people, to ensure other customers who choose to go to this location are ensuring they leave happy! read more

I usually don't take the time out of my day to write these but this is just ridiculous the way this business is ran. This is actually my 4th unpleasant visit so as you can see I really didn't want to complain but obviously something needs to be said. My first not so pleasant experience was about a month ago when I went to purchase an Açai bowl and they informed me that they were out of bananas. I'm thinking to my self how does a business not have the proper ingredients and still advertise it as if they do?. So I didn't give it much thought and ordered anyway despite not having the bananas. Fast forward to a week later, I go again and they proceed to tell me they are out of bananas. I'm like, still??? You mean to tell me you can go to the local store and grab some bananas to hold you down until your usually shipment is on point? At this point I just say, never mind and order a smoothie. About a week ago I go in to order an Açai bowl again, making sure I confirm during the order that they have bananas in stock and he proceeds to tell me that they do, so I order. When my name is called, I'm handed a large cup instead of a bowl and he proceeds to tell me that they are out of bowls. I'm like, you couldn't tell me that before I ordered? Do you know how inconvenient it is to eat an açaí bowl from a cup?! At this point I'm like whatever and begin to just walk away when I notice that I didn't get a spoon. I turn to ask for one and he tells me that they are out of those too and to "just go over to Panera bread and grab one from them" I'm looking at him like what kind of business are you guys running here?! Today I go in to grab an Açaí bowl and again, are out of bowls and who knows what else... I don't know whose running this location but the service here is horrible! I'm a manager at my job and this would absolutely unacceptable by any company's standards. Something needs to change. I go here for the bowls. My fave is the acai bowl and strawberry bowl which had peanut butter in it - so good. This is a very small location so it is really just get your order and leave. Nowhere to sit and eat, no bathroom and disappointingly no breakfast wraps. Very limited on the bfast items that other Jamba's offer. I also want to say that the sizes are limited too. I feel like other locations offer 2 sizes for the bowls but here it is $6 99 for 1 size. read more

All of the baked goods were removed from the case. No biggie - we wanted some healthy juice. I ordered a Tropical Greens, but was told, "we stop serving fresh juice at 8."
