Crystal was an absolute rockstar at Dutch Bros! She handled the line like a total pro, serving up drinks lightning-fast without missing a single beat. What really set her apart was her incredible energy--doing it all with a genuine, beaming smile and a bright, wonderful attitude. Service like that turns a standard coffee run into an instant mood booster! read more

Sometimes the drinks are made well other times they aren't and taste like water. Waiting in the drive threw line takes what feels like forever to get to the window. I think they should hire more people or train the people to work faster. read more

Didn't disappoint once again! Dutch has great staff, friendly and informative. Nice clean seats to sit and wait for your order and an extensive menu to choose from. From energy drinks, lemonades, to iced coffees and blended too! I ordered the blended banana bread latte with caramel drizzle on the cup with a banana soft top. My friend ordered the caramalizer with oat milk. Both drink were great, I'll always choose Dutch over everything!! read more

I normally visit this dutch bros however tonight was different. I arrived around nine Ish and the staff was not pleasant the gurl who took my order was kind, but the staff inside lacked customer service skills. We ordered two drinks yet one of my drink orders was incorrect. I kindly notify them yet guy at the window was not nice. He had an attitude I believe his name was Jaden.. We waited so long. I decided to ask for a special kind of straw, another guy came to the window and tried to charge me. I understand being charged, but as long as we waited, there should've been some type of compensation, especially due to inability to be kind. I'm not sure if I want to go back to this particular Dutch Bros. read more

Drink was terrible. Service was worse. This location is going downhill $11 for a bland shit drink. No more for me read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Didn't make my order per my request. This Dutch bros is the worst in the Bay Area. And NorCal. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Fairfield, California

Seriously the slowest drive thru on earth. This place has a reputation of the staff being super slow. When we went there were 2 cars ahead of us so we decided to start a timer to see if the rumors are true for 3 cars in the drive thru total the wait was still 19 minutes... the staff need better training I'm not sure but it's super slow. read more

JONAH had all the tips and recommendations on what's good here!! Try to look for him! Pink vest and nose piercing. He'll help you pick the right drink for your mood! Ohmygosh I couldn't be more pleased with the selections he helped me out with. Dutch Bros is such a reward for me and he made my treat today so much sweeter!! You have to find him to take your order. read more

I messaged this local Dutch bros on messenger. Like I have previously asking about things. But this time I was letting them know that they were rude to my friend when she went in for her birthday. And then I was blocked from that Dutch Brow Facebook page. Super unprofessional to block someone for reporting an unsatisfactory encounter. read more

Drive thru line wait is crazy no matter the time of day. Save your time and go to another location. Or Starbucks down the street.

My drinks hadn't come out and it had been 40 MINUTES, I walked over to the window and saw all 9 employees standing there shotgunning red bulls. Are you joking? I get that caffeine is needed but this was ridiculous, I love this Dutch bros and I'm so disappointed and annoyed. We ordered at 8:13 and it was 8:50 when they finally said oops sorry read more

This location is the absolute best! I've been coming here since they opened, I'd drive all the way from Vacaville and now from Vallejo to come here. The team is personable, they know my drink order which they get right every time. I've tried other drinks and they all come out perfect. The area is super clean and the drive through goes so fast. Not sure why the comments are so harsh but 100/100 for this location! read more

This is my go to stop Dutch !!! Fast and always makes the drinks taste good! Never had a complain

The wait time is 30 minutes plus when you order from the app. Customer service was horrible! The team members (young kids) would joke around with eachother and ignore customers. Never coming here again. This is the third time I tried it out to see if it was typical or not. They also allow friends to park in the handicap parking spots. read more

It's finally open! After months of anticipation. I wasn't aware they were even open, until I passed it after work going to the gym. They definitely could have done some promo. The "Now Open" sign is unassuming and easy to miss as a driver. I stopped by and ordered a small snickersoodle hot cocoa...which is delicious and highly recommend. I didn't taste any Cinnamon, though. It was a little wait to order and to receive my drink (there were 4 cars ahead of me). I'm in no hurry and figure with time, they will speed things up and smooth out the kinks. One employee came out with my drink, and I was able to get into the far lane to get around the car ahead of me and head home. The staff was friendly. Drink was good. Ordering was a breeze. I will return for my tried and true Shark Attack rebel next week :D read more

Grand opening day! && first day of pink February drinks! I was so excited to pop by and see the new location. Luckily when my friend and I arrived we were first in line. Everyone we spoke to were so sweet and festive! The worker at the window was so talkative and making sure we got stickers and merch with our purchase. They said it hadn't been as busy of an opening day as they expected. So come visit this location! Ig: Oohdearfoodie read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Dutch Luv Latte w/ White Coffee - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Fairfield, California

I love the new location! It's more spacious for drive thru, but the only thing I noticed is that this location does not have two lanes/two windows for orders? The other location in Fairfield does which May help the line go by faster if it's long, unless I missed it! Coffee here is okay, they don't have many options to choose from, unless there's a hidden menu I do not know about? I love their wide range of tea selections though! I also really like how they do mini giveaways such as stickers, etc. the recent one being a pet tag that says "dutch buddy." I really do recommend joining their rewards program as first time users receive a free medium drink! This is a great alternative to Starbucks, as they offer a more wide selection of many teas. Coffee-wise it's okay. I really enjoyed their Salted Caramel Protein Latte! That one has been my favorite so far. Annihilator is my second favorite. read more

Love that this location is by the freeway! Like other Dutch bros, they have multiple lines that merge to one when ordering. They will usually have 2-3 people taking your orders when it's busy. I've never had issues waiting too long. read more

Let's talk about ordering ahead. The reason we do it is to avoid the line and get in and out quickly. So tell me why when I place my order leaving Vacaville do I still need to wait until you make all the drinks in front of me BEFORE you simply HAND ME MY DRINK??? It's already made and sitting RIGHT THERE all you have to do is pick it up and stretch out your arm....thats IT! Stop being mean because I'm a white woman and just hand me the drink I already paid for and gave you at least 10-15 minutes to make. And can we stop wearing ripped up shorts to work while you're at? read more

Ever since this location opened, we fully switched over from another location because the people that work here really know how to make your day, and they laugh with you. We come often, and I am always excited to see friendly faces we love so much. I attribute this positive culture to the store manager, Marie. She is a bundle of positive energy, and made the time to learn our names, and to make a real connection with us every time we come. No matter how I arrived, I leave smiling and thoughtful. How could this store not thrive under this leadership? We're a Dutch family through and through. read more

Location newly opened and it's apparently a locals favorite with the long lines. Super friendly service, helpful for those new timers like me. It's a drive thru service for coffee, smoothies. A few pastries.... No indoor sitting. They have a website to look at the drinks they have to offer. Very happy workers at this location. read more

I live Dutch Bros, do it pains me to give this location a two star review. I went on a Saturday afternoon, yesterday and waited 37 minutes for my order from start to finish! At first there was only one broista taking drive thru orders, and then another one came out after 10 minutes. She was friendly and took my order with no issues. Excellent service from her. Sadly, I didn't get her name. Then I had to wait and wait and wait! My timer was running because I wanted to see the wait time. I ordered two double blended rebels, and when I got them, it had already melted on the bottom layer! You would think if there was a back up in orders that the frozen drinks wouldn't be made ahead of time. The worker handed me my drink as she said the order with it clearly not looking double blended. I had no energy to complain with that long wait and me already late to hit the road. I definitely would have mentioned my dissatisfaction, considering the costs, hence this review. Other than this one incident, I've never had any issues, and whenever there was a backup, and if my order was ready, someone would bring it out. read more

Took 30 minutes to get a drink because line busters weren't doing their job. They let at least 5 cars in front of us and even though we ordered ahead with them somehow a car that hadn't ordered yet got in front of us. I was very very very very very disappointed to learn they have no decaf drinks on the menu.

It is time for the holiday drinks. They were delicious. The line move very fast and we had no issues whatsoever.

Came in for a sticker drop and went through the drive through. I was greeted by Andre. He was full of energy and was super kind. He also made a great drink recommendation! read more

Rude person taking the order and got our order wrong after waiting 30 min in line and then were kinda rude when we asked to fix it

I thought this location would get better overtime, but it has not. It's not worth coming here. Every time I come here I do not get in and out of the drive-through in less than 20 minutes. It's frustrating that cars behind me get their drinks before I do when I getting coffee that is already premade. I waited 15 minutes to get cold brew, while other cars got their drinks before me and pulled out when it was obvious that they got there after me in the drive-thru. I ordered, I got to the window today and person confirmed my order that had already been taken and I sat there for another four minutes until one of the employees said in front of me "Wait a minute who's making that cold brew?" And her co worker responded " oh it's the other bar". It shouldn't be like this it shouldn't be that hard. It's faster to go to the park and go to the window. Which I should've done because someone was able to walk up, get a pup cup, and their drink while I was sitting in the drive thru. This place need to get organized is so frustrating is because of this location I'm not tipping anymore. Its not worth it. read more

Team is excellent, I'm there often and I have no complaints, each person I've had the privilege to interact with whether they're taking my order in the lanes or waiting for my order at the window they've been amazing, I appreciate how some have even taken it upon themselves to remember my order, so I started switching it up to keep them on their toes, jp, overall excellent customer service, each and every one of them... read more
