Every time I come in to this Starbucks, the staff have their smiles on! It can get busy, depending on the time of day, and if the servicemen/women are on their lunch. I like to come here sometimes to just sit and chill. It's cozy and warm. The lights are dim so I'm not being blinded by light( I know you sang it...). I've never had any issues with my food or drinks. They are always good! I love, too, how they will remember me and my drink, and the fact that I want extra, extra, EXTRA crunch on my frappucinos! Visiting family on base and popped in Easter AM for coffee. Was cautious since it had 3 stars but the atmosphere was great and clean and choices were plentiful. Maybe it was the service that wasn't up to par...nope... Tats went above and beyond. Cheerful, efficient and helpful. This is second time coming here to do homework. Music is a little too loud compared to the other Starbucks in the area. Last time i ordered an iced green tea with 1 stevia, the barista informed me i am supposed to add my own sugar into my iced green tea. Wanted to redeem this place so i cam again today. The baristas today were more joyful and fast, and they were able to mix my stevia into my iced green tea. The reason i am giving it a four star rating is because while doing homework, i look down and theres a cockroach right next to me. It wasnt there when i first sat down. Its still kicking. And plus, theres a cute kid there sitting unsupervised, i get it, it might be one of the baristas kid, but at least give him a drink and a few snacks. This place is so inconsistent. Every time I come in and order my drink it's different. It's never made like the ones off base. It's nothing crazy either, it's literally picked off of the menu. Starbucks located at the Travis Air Force Base. I love how the have a special mug for the military that they sell here that says "Proudly serving those who serve". They also have a special drink rewards program stamp card that you won't find at your normal Starbucks store. Have been stopping by this Starbucks the past week. While the employees are nice, it is a badly managed store. There are often not enough employees (only 2) to prepare simple one-drink orders in a timely fashion. As a result, in the morning you can expect to wait up to 25 minutes between waiting in line and waiting for a drink to be prepared. read more

This place is hit or miss. It's great when certain people are working and horrible when they're not on shift. Karessa aka "KT" is the best employee here. Seriously. She's the only one that will greet you with a genuine smile as soon as you walk in and sees you (usually take a bit because she's so try lol) and will send you off with one as well. There are a few other workers who are nice too, but most of the time, it seems like they don't want to be there. They've never messed up my drink order and they're quick and efficient. Really slow in the evenings. They can't redeem Starbucks rewards because technically they are owned by AAFES, or something like that. Kind of like Starbucks Cafe in Barnes & Noble. Now I have been to Starbucks locales all over the country and I have never experienced what I experienced today. I walked into this location to get my "Starbucks" fix and I was excited because I had not one but two lucky dozen free drinks to redeem. Now for those of you who have a Starbucks Rewards Card you know what I am talking about. So I walk in and they tell me they couldn't let me redeem my Reward......I was like "are you serious"? The Barista was like yes and I was totally shocked because you can use your card to buy anything in the store and you get stars for those purchases. So my question is why would you let people use there card to pay for purchases.....acquire stars......and once you acquire 12 stars you get a free drink. So then when someone walks in to get there free drink......you can't redeem it? That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen......so needless to say I am glad this is not a regular Starbucks I visit because even though this locale is on a Military Base......they should be ashamed of themselves. Service is slow, employees seem miserable and it's hit or miss. You might get what your ordered, might not. Come to this Starbucks if you're a betting man. From now on, I'll just be sluggish at work instead of giving my money to this shop. The lines are long here because it takes them a long time to figure out how to make your order. I like to come to this Starbucks once in a while to get some stuff done and just relax with a nice frap. I usually order a mocha chai latte or a light mocha frap. I think only once has my drink been meh, the rest of the times were totally fine. My light mocha frap today was very good, the first (straw?) sip was bitter but after that was just fine. The music they play here can be pretty loud, but nothing like a concert lol. I can work here fine with some earphones playing my own music or watching videos using their free wifi. Their window with snacks hasn't been empty or lackluster from the times that I've visited as well. Service was fine. read more

Never once have i had someone say "hello" when i order or "have a good day" when i get handed my coffee.... end up waiting about 15 mins total in the morning for my coffee. This Starbucks is recently remodeled and it looks great. The environment is cozy and they did a good job updating it with the coffee shop relax vibe. Drinks and food are typical Starbucks and there is a good variety of each. They staff is entertaining. I joked around with the woman helping me and she was having none of it, not sure if she wasn't awake yet or not a good day for her, but it made me crack up even more. I don't like this Starbucks. It's just convenient to have on base. Some employees are nicer than others. Two of the ladies there are complete snobs. I really have never encountered a rude Starbucks employee until I visited this Starbucks. You don't have venti cups?? Cool, don't have to say it with an attitude. It's 15 minutes til closing and you're closing the registers? I don't care, according to the hours posted on the window, you're still open for another 15 minutes and on the Starbucks app it says you're open til 8pm. It's 5:45pm. Close the registers at 6. Have better time management, I could care less if you're trying to leave early. At least your shop can close earlier than most Starbucks that exist. read more

This location is hit or miss. There are some great baristas on certain days. Today was definitely a big big big miss. I ordered my drink during a time there were no other customers in line. When 4 ppl came in after me and left with their order, I asked where my drink was. The barista I asked this question to never came back with an answer, he just passed it off to someone else. It's sad that there is little to no respect for the service members of this country and their families. First time visiting this location, almost didn't stop based on reviews here. The place was empty so there was no drama at all. I ordered a Grande soy latte, which was served fast. However, the coffee was so hot, I had to removed the lid and allow it to vent for over 5 minutes before drinking. I went outside the store to enjoy my coffee, the music inside was too loud and they had too many flies. The fridge window looked a bit empty, in fact, they had only a bagel and a cake pop. My only complaint are the pastry/food selections. Compared to other locations, their choices are lacking. I could see if it was the afternoon and they were running low but I went in at 8am. I"ve been to a lot of Starbucks, but this is the worse service I've seen. I tried to order 3 Pike coffee. I was told they were out of Pike, but had Blonde and Dark Roast. I told them I'd take 3 Blonde. I was delivered 3 coffees, and 1 was stone cold. I asked him what was up and he said he was out. Here are my issues. 1st if you know you are out, why arn't you brewing more? 2nd Why would anyone serve cold coffee? He could of said we are all out. 3rd No creamer was out, and no sugar was out. Yes, it's a very busy place, but is that an excuse? I will never go there again! read more

Bad service...has to have my classic chai extra remade 3x because the 1x it was all foam and regular temp; 2x one was all milk no chai at all (also another got the same it was all milk as well.
