Unfortunately, this Jamba Juice would rank in the bottom tier of the company's overall locations. My expectations when entering a Jamba Juice location are not demanding. At a well-run store you will get enthusiastic friendly service while ordering and waiting for your favorite smoothies. You don't get the same experience at the Vallejo store. The employees here don't focus on customer service. No greetings, smiles, conversations or sense of urgency. The store is not the cleanest. (the wheatgrass they have on display in front of their blenders is brown and wilted at times! LOL!) I'm a big fan of their Mango-A-Go Go, but unfortunately I get an inconsistent product every time. Sometimes it's sweeter, it's watery, too icy or they put too much of an ingredient so they put the extra in a bigger cup thinking they are making my day. I just want my beverage according to their standard recipe. Also, this location has no cold case with their sandwiches and wraps. They serve Jamba standard pastries but none of the awesome California Flatbreads. My opinion, skip this location! I really love this place because I can actually see all the ingrediants they are putting into your drink! I can't stand Banana's, which unfortunately they have a lot of on the menu, but they are always willing to substitute for something else. That is really good for me because I am allergic to a lot of different fruits. The only downside is, the days when all the highschool kids are hanging around as if they don't have anywhere else to go, they stand right in front of the doorway and give you weird looks. The next week, they do allow you inside. One week they allow you to call an order in, the next week "they aren't accepting phone orders". They tell you to order using an app, that works sometimes, then certain drinks aren't on the app! The slowest Jamba Juice I have ever been to. There have been about 6-8 people working at one time with only two people standing in line in front of me and I waited for close to 20 minutes for my smoothie. Ok I've read all the reviews that other people have been saying. the good and the bad things that people say are sometimes true and sometimes not. the staff there changes all the time so depending which day and what time of day you go depends on your service. they are fast and friendly. Bad things things that are NOT bad! when the lines are out the door and people are waiting hella long, i think about what they (the employees) are trying to do. it gets really busy so i suggest dont get mad if your drink takes long. sometimes they run out of product and have to refill, or maybe there arent enough blenders. without blenders you cant make a smoothie right. also what if they are short staffed or someone is new. give them a break. and when its busy and they dont seem happy or friendly, they are just "in the zone" and are trying to get you your smoothie as a fast as they can. if you happen to order before someone and they get their smoothie before you. dont trip out, cause the orders probably got out of order accidently. Also i read that someone said the wheatgrass on display is sometimes brown. they dont serve that grass. its for DISPLAY only. the grass that they squeeze is green and right above their wheatgrass juicer. Good things there are many great workers at the store who actually care about the customers. if you are a regular they know exactly what you want before you even order. thats awesome. some even make great suggestions. if you want to be specific, tell them. they can make it thick. thin, chunky, you can have granola on top, or even fruit on top. ask them to blend it twice or well blended. want it in 2 cups? 3 cups? go ahead and ask its totally ok. although they dont have the flat breads or the cold case. the sweet waffles and chedder onion breads are my favorite. dont listen to the other bad reviews that are on here. look at the date they posted. how recent are they? time goes on and service improves and changes so before you disreagard this store give it a chance and review it yourself. read more

My experience is a lot different from the previous reviews, I originally wanted to get 2 Acai smoothies, since they have 2 variations now ... the cashier was kind enough to explain the difference and I opted out one to get a mango chili smoothie per his recommendation and said if I don't like it, he will make something else. I hesitate with trying a new drink with Jamba because I do not like wasting $$ on it. But today he made me feel comfortable and I actually enjoyed my drink. Overall great experience. Fast and friendly. The only downside is the mango chili smoothie was not completely full to the top and I forgot to input my number for my rewards. Don't believe the non-hype. Of the three locations within reasonable distance, this is the one which makes my pineapple dream machines as if they are on a billboard and up in lights. My energy bowls are always made properly; never too much ice/peanut butter/greek yogurt, which the others have done to me multiple times and absolutely RUINS it.
