Tried the peach perfection (delivery). So delicious and refreshing on a hot day. Love that Jamba has a whole plant based section to choose from. Will be back! read more

If your store is going to be closed, update the info online before someone drives 20 mins to get a juice.

Seriously, stay away from Jamba Juice. Some of their smoothies contain over 100 grams of sugar. Not a good choice for the health-conscious. This place is selling the illusion of clean living. read more

It's okay if you absolutely have to go here. Every time I go in it's hot and humid. On top of that it always smells and the staff isn't friendly. They'd rather talk to their co workers than the guests. At least they got my drink right. I almost forgot the most important part. It says they open at 8am right? Okay well one morning after my workout I decided I want a smoothie. So I show up at 8am and the doors are locked. I tried calling several times because maybe they just haven't unlocked the doors and nope no one answered. Never went back after that. Ever. read more

This location is poorly run. Loud, offensive music with swearing. I could not hear the server. They were slow, with three workers, it should not take 10 minutes for one smoothie. read more

I really love this place because I can actually see all the ingrediants they are putting into your drink! I can't stand Banana's, which unfortunately they have a lot of on the menu, but they are always willing to substitute for something else. That is really good for me because I am allergic to a lot of different fruits. The only downside is, the days when all the highschool kids are hanging around as if they don't have anywhere else to go, they stand right in front of the doorway and give you weird looks. I jsut disregard them and go about my buisness though. read more

Tried the chocolate mood and it was amazing! I did notice flies or fruit flies in the glass casing where they keep the food though. read more

The app don't let me order in Vallejo, plus They don't even take phone order! The phone just rings until the call drops...

Was craving fresh carrot juice, but they are not open at 7 as advertised. it's 0715 now and all is dark in the store. read more

The slowest Jamba Juice I have ever been to. There have been about 6-8 people working at one time with only two people standing in line in front of me and I waited for close to 20 minutes for my smoothie. The workers here are more concerned with checking the text messages on their cellphones and yelling across each other than helping the customers who are getting angry that they are paying the salary of these high school kids that don't care. I wonder if the manager of this store was busy selling CD's out the back of their car's trunk read more

Like any Jamba Juice location, they take care and make your beverage of choice. No complaints. Been to one been to all.

Never again! Will go to Benicia from now on. As if Covid-19 isn't bad enough,...this store needs to get it together! One week they won't allow you inside, you must order online. The next week, they do allow you inside. One week they allow you to call an order in, the next week "they aren't accepting phone orders". They tell you to order using an app, that works sometimes, then certain drinks aren't on the app! They won't allow you to use a gift card on the app, forced to use a debit card, when I have a $50.00 gift card. Super unorganized. read more

Ok I've read all the reviews that other people have been saying. the good and the bad things that people say are sometimes true and sometimes not. the staff there changes all the time so depending which day and what time of day you go depends on your service. they are fast and friendly. Bad things things that are NOT bad! when the lines are out the door and people are waiting hella long, i think about what they (the employees) are trying to do. it gets really busy so i suggest dont get mad if your drink takes long. sometimes they run out of product and have to refill, or maybe there arent enough blenders. without blenders you cant make a smoothie right. also what if they are short staffed or someone is new. give them a break. and when its busy and they dont seem happy or friendly, they are just "in the zone" and are trying to get you your smoothie as a fast as they can. if you happen to order before someone and they get their smoothie before you. dont trip out, cause the orders probably got out of order accidently. Also i read that someone said the wheatgrass on display is sometimes brown. they dont serve that grass. its for DISPLAY only. the grass that they squeeze is green and right above their wheatgrass juicer. Good things there are many great workers at the store who actually care about the customers. if you are a regular they know exactly what you want before you even order. thats awesome. some even make great suggestions. if you want to be specific, tell them. they can make it thick. thin, chunky, you can have granola on top, or even fruit on top. ask them to blend it twice or well blended. want it in 2 cups? 3 cups? go ahead and ask its totally ok. although they dont have the flat breads or the cold case. the sweet waffles and chedder onion breads are my favorite. dont listen to the other bad reviews that are on here. look at the date they posted. how recent are they? time goes on and service improves and changes so before you disreagard this store give it a chance and review it yourself. read more

You would think businesses will try harder during tough times. Past three times I've been getting nothing but ice mixed w sugar for $6 or $7. Visited today, I asked for a warm pretzel, didn't realize it wasn't heated until I got to the car. Their phones don't work so I had to wait in a long line to order. Also music was so loud I had to yell in order for them to hear me and I couldn't hear anything they said read more

I like that this place is close to my work.. Definitely a great location with peaking everywhere.. I feel like I waited to long for my order ... The workers were talking to someone they know...my tomato pastry wasn't so good when I got it :( the Tropical mango was great though ... read more

My experience is a lot different from the previous reviews, I originally wanted to get 2 Acai smoothies, since they have 2 variations now ... the cashier was kind enough to explain the difference and I opted out one to get a mango chili smoothie per his recommendation and said if I don't like it, he will make something else. I hesitate with trying a new drink with Jamba because I do not like wasting $$ on it. But today he made me feel comfortable and I actually enjoyed my drink. Overall great experience. Fast and friendly. The only downside is the mango chili smoothie was not completely full to the top and I forgot to input my number for my rewards. Maybe they can have an app like Starbucks that lets you pay and accumulate points on your app. read more

My favorite smoothie is the matcha green tea blast. It is so tasyy, refreshing and intergizing.

Placed an order online for two drinks one small and one kid sized. In the store, we picked those up and tried to order another drink that for some reason didnt show up online, and were told that they didn't want to make the drink because they were understaffed. Might as well not even be open then! The guy taking the order said the manager told him to say that. Later, after running some errands went back just to see what they would say when there was no other customers. This time was told the machine was broken. read more

I've come here twice, and both times I was cheerfully greeted by the staff when I walked in.... pleasantries were exchanged while I waited for my order, and was encouraged to have a good as I exited. Ok first things first that tall ghetto black gurl. SHANE I think she is to loud. I went in the other day and that other girl janay was supper nice and that black gurl was yelling for what. The drink that janay told me to drink was supper good and had my taste bugs jumpin. But that boss needs to do somethin bout that gurl Shane. UGH. Now a couple months ago I came in and that black heavy set guy was so rude and yelling at that poor little gurl. And they was arguin and I jus wanted a smoothie the WTF and I left and went all the way to AC. Ok now that JAZZ gurl is always on the phone every time I come in she is on the phone leaned on the wall. Slow to take my order and make my drink. But the drinks are good some workers are rude that gurl janay thanks and Them workers need to try to serve the ppl more. Janay thanks! read more

First they got my order wrong. I was like whatever, though. Then the next time I came, I turned in an application. I talked to the young filipino female at the register, asked her for the hiring manager, I waited a good 3 minutes, then when she finally came to the register, I handed her the application, then all the workers that were working in the front started laughing loud and obnoxiously as I was walking out! Bad customer service, forreal. read more

I love me some jamba, but I have to have an internal debate to go here sometimes when it gets a little crowded. They seem to take forever, even when there isn't a ton of people in there. But hey, its Jamba Juice and they make yummy drinks, especially right after a workout. Check out the Melon Wave or whatever, its really good, tart honeydew melon drink. But prepared to wait a while. read more

This Jamba Juice has always been a questionable branch, but the management really needs to be replaced for us to have any chance of keeping this location. The woman working this weekend could not be bothered to provide any semblance of quality customer service. Such a sad state for the Vallejo franchise. read more

I don't know if the girl was new but she was slow, forgot my order and then found it in the back near the juicers not good service.

Yeah I know I'm reviewing a chain but I had to give them their props here. I went in today to try the new yogurt, granola blend things and didn't know what or how to order. They were not busy at all and the guy behind the register was super nice. He asked what flavors I liked and recommend one. I also like that he said my name right and was sing song-y while making my order. It made me smile and I appreciate that during my hectic day. I'll be back! read more

This is the ONLY Jamba Juice I've been to were they never fuck up my order now I've been coming here 3yrs they already know what I want and a fast and efficient nothing coming out the top of your lid or messy like most jamba juices the only down fall I can think of is they don't carry the breakfast burritos so I have to go to Benicia sometimes :( read more

As a former fast food worker, I know the feeling of customers coming in literally one minute before we closed.... But we hardly complained about people coming in 30 minutes before closing. Twice now have I gone to this Jamba Juice and they either refuse a service because they cleaned already or because they mis-prepped 30 minutes before closing. I might feel more understanding if they didn't give such bad customer service but both times they've acted like I've walked in one minute before they closed and gave me an attitude. read more

Don't believe the non-hype. Of the three locations within reasonable distance, this is the one which makes my pineapple dream machines as if they are on a billboard and up in lights. My energy bowls are always made properly; never too much ice/peanut butter/greek yogurt, which the others have done to me multiple times and absolutely RUINS it. I'm met with smiles, and I feel compelled to come even though I own a vitamix and keep hella fresh produce on hand. I'm a very frugal person, so me welcoming and regularly incurring an added expense says a WHOLE lot! read more

Manager called me a dumb bitch.0 starts but won't allow me Read for the tea. Going on YouTube video soon a terrible experience wow. I said you directing customers to bother corporate for 3 dollars wow. I told her to make my drink since you are closing soon. I guess I will deal with corporate later about this store. She said I'm not making you a drink you dumb bitch I guess you go ahead and call them. I said did you just called me a bitch wow where do they do that sis. Wtf a manager saying that to customer. For the most part, I like this location. My order is always correct and I never have to wait that long. This location is clean too which is always a plus. read more

I literally waited 15 minutes to get my smoothie. I understand that it was a little more crowded than usual, but the service was just ridiculous. First, the line to order is slow because there was only one register open despite a line all the way to the door. The girl taking orders keeps chatting with each customer..."didnt we go to middle school together? how have you been? you look the same"...who the f cares?! take the orders already. Same problem with the people making the smoothies. They see their friend ordered a drink and they start chatting..."hey you wanna watch a movie later? did you just get off work? whatd you do yesterday?"...cmon! hurry the f up. sorry. it's how where i am right now. other than the service, the drinks and cleanliness are pretty much standard jamba juice. no restroom here btw. read more
