I would rate the following: Esquite: 2/10, the mayo to cheese and corn ratio was horrendous. Too much mayo and not enough cheese & to top it off, the corn was also cold. Overall terrible experience. The limonada con pepino: 3/10, it was bitter and it had either too much cucumber rind or lemon rind which made the drink have a more bitter taste. Service: 4/10, the workers were speaking so low, it was hard to hear them. It was also unsanitary how they were not using gloves and came from the back without washing their hands (you can see the workers were sitting on the phones in the back when we initially came in). I will say that the store was nice, clean and quiet. But overall, probably won't be coming back to this store. My mini me, grand baby and I decided to come here for a treat on a hot day last week. It was our first time coming here. They are located within the Target shopping plaza. The place is open, spacious, colorful and cool. The tables are huge and restroom is available to customers. They have so many things to try and it can be overwhelming but just know you will enjoy whatever it is and must come back to try more. We ordered the chocolate banana and strawberries and cream dessert. We all loved the chocolate banana that I had to get one more to bring home for hubby. This was my first time at a Mexican ice cream parlor. We'll definitely be back! It's so bright and colorful inside. They even have a light up angel wings for a photo opportunity. The options were overwhelming. They have so many! This first visit we got a paleta (strawberry kiwi popsicle) and a cone with two scoops of ice cream (coconut and rice pudding). The servings for the ice cream were huge! It's enough for 2 people to share. The taste was good too! Much better and less sweet than Cold Stone. Service was very patient and sweet. I'd be interesting in trying some of the other snacks next time. Perhaps it's been a couple months but I did not find the labeling to be confusing or off. It was very clear to me. Very cool place! My husband and I went to Target and saw that this place was in the area, within the same plaza to be exact! Food - They have a huge amount of snacks - Mexican street food, TONS of ice cream flavors! Definitely a great place to stop by and chill during the afternoon if you want to grab a quick bite and rest in the middle of your errannds. Service - When my husband and I went, they were extremely busy, but it didn't take too long. They seemed well staffed and it seemed like they were assisting customers at a very decent pace for how busy they were. Ambiance - The tables and the benches seemed a little low quality - I'm a small lady but I was able to move them around, which means so were the other customers. Therefore, it kind of made the place a little messy with how easy it was to move things around just by getting up or sitting down. Besides that, they have plenty of parking outside so it's definitely an easy place to spot. The art is really cool on the walls, and they definitely got their set up at the bar where they prep your food all swagged out with the cool lights! And I got the raspado, ice cream and corn Raspado is pretty good but they put a bit too much ice 8/10 Corn I give it 6/10 they charge for extra mayo cause honestly it was a bit dry and the chips were a little too hard they should crush it more. Love this new ice cream shop that opened in Vallejo. They have lots of homemade paletas (popsicles), homemade ice cream, and various snacks and desserts. They have something for everyone- nachos with different types of chips, fruit desserts like escamochas, frozen bananas, smoothies, and mini pancakes with different toppings. This is the first time I had stumbled upon the place so I was surprised to see it packed. We ordered a frozen chocolate dipped banana, a scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream, a scoop of ferrero ice cream, and a double scoop of strawberry and pistachio. The frozen banana was huge and the ice cream scoops were generous. These 4 desserts only came to $20 which is a lot better than going to a baskin robbins or cold stone. The servers were friendly too. Went in for some ice cream. They have a lot of interesting options, and the ice cream was good although a bit pricy. The main issue was despite the fact there was a lot of options only about a quarter of them were labeled, and it seemed most of those labels were incorrect. The woman at the counter was nice and offered to let us try as many as we wanted, but even she didn't know half of them and had to ask someone else. It felt like it would take about 10 minutes just to identify what the flavor options were, so we just tried the ones that looked the most interesting and chose one. read more

My first experience here was better (forgot to review that) than this one. When the older lady serves, she is really nice. However, my last visit 04/18/24, I got a not so good customer service. Ordered con crema strawberry and it's full of strawberry and not much crema sauce. I asked if they can fix it to add the sauce, I was told in a rude way- that she cannot take my cup back! As if I am sick, etc. I understand for hygienic purposes I have not eaten the food yet. But you can just say, "ok, I can just give you the sauce", it's really so dry! Then she said: I will just make a sauce and that I have to pay for it. It's only 2$, I understand that.. But my point, it was their mistake by lacking the crema. I don't mind the 2$ but with such a very pricey items, this should just be fixed and handled nicely. This was my 2nd time and I know how much cream should be in the cup! I just paid for the sauce and will I be back? Maybe, if those two folks are not there to serve! I have been spending money for this business, and to be treated that way is not a good thing. Service is really important and that's the reason why customers will or will not come back! I feel like, customers to those two folks were a disturbance! Have a little smile as it won't hurt! We loved our first experience here. The señoras were friendly and kind. We got an esquite topped with hot Cheetos, two Agua Frescas, and a duro preparado. Everything was high-quality and really delicious. The ambience was really friendly and lively. The line moved fast, and the seating seems appropriate. We will be returning soon! The service was okay. The food taste very bad last time. When I order nacho cheese. The nacho were stale. They toss in only 4 jalapeños. I decide to try again last night. The drink okay to good. The only grip I have about this place is the price. There isn't an official menu with prices. Just a poster with pictures on the board. I got 4 drinks and it came up to 40.42. I order the small drinks. That's 9+ an average price per drink before taxes. That's very expensive. Also when we told them we didn't want chamoy they still added it to the top. I don't think they pay attention. My son doesn't like that stuff. It also very messy to take home because we could not screw the lid on. We had to wipe off the chamoy.
