They're open early, which is perfect for a quick morning snack on the go or even if you're picking up treats for the office. I'll take Señoritas beard over donuts any day of the week. The staff is always friendly, and even when there's a line, you'll usually get your order within five minutes. OK, this place is simply amazing. We were taken here to try their Senorita bread, and oh my gosh, was it good. We were told to eat it immediately when warm for the full flavor, and they were right. (Although, it is messy and some of the butter got on my shoe!) One learns soon enough how to hold it properly, and have LOTS of napkins ready. The bread is sweet, sugary and filled full of butter. It's an incredible taste treat and they are sold in multiple amounts. For good reason, it's hard to eat just one! Best way to not have so much waste. Lines could be long and busy but they can serve pretty quick as it's all ready and just need to box or bag it depending on your order. For around $25, we left with two brownies, two cornbread, three filled bitso, and 15 pieces of señorita bread. The bakery is pretty small so get in and get out quickly...it can get crowded! I love the decor they had up for the holiday season, and it wasn't too cluttered even with a large inventory. Service is quick and friendly. No nonsense, but pleasant. The woman behind the counter was very patient with my husband and I as we scanned the selection and picked items from throughout the bakery case and added extras even after she already rung us up. Yuhh'um, I love me some Senorita bread. It's a delicious lil' bread roll, slightly hollow but tastes of buttery sugary goodness! I could easily eat 10-15 of these in one sitting. They're best when fresh out the ov's but they reheat well. By far, this Starbread has the best options in terms of donuts. Regular, old fashioned, mochi, and malasada. They also have red velvet and ube loaf cake, cupcakes, macarons and quite a few other pastries. The senorita bread is reasonably priced, but their mochi donuts are sort of expense ($4 for one or $10 for 3). I feel like they charge more than shops that specialize in mochi donuts. Anyways, I came here on a early weekend morning and ordered the 25pc of rolls, a few mochi donuts and a guava malasada. The rolls were of course warm, sugary and delish; my coworkers devoured them. The malasada? Ehh, I've definitely had better in Hawaii. It wasn't fully filled and the bread wasn't a texture I fancied. The mochi donuts were alright. I ordered a coffee, matcha and oreo. I was only able to try the coffee and I could taste it in the icing. Mochi texture was okay, I prefer the ones from Mochill. The location of this Starbread is a bit sketch in the early morning so just be aware of your surroundings. They're located in a big shopping plaza near CVS, a smoke shop, beauty supply store and a closed down Tapioca Express. There is ample amount of parking though. I like how they're not too far from the Ferry Building, so if I miss my 6am ferry I can stop by to get some breakfast or treats. Overall, good rolls and okay donuts. Service was quick and the lady behind the counter was kind and helpful. No indoor or outdoor seating. So grab your carbs and go! read more

The best Filipino/Island style bakery on the west coast. If you don't love bread or have gluten allergy..then this is not the place for you! Bread is definitely my weakness and I refuse to give it up entirely. When you step into the shop you immediately know you've reached the right place because it smells like home should smell. Fresh baked Senoritas...little fluffy rolls of delight dipped in the most pure honey. It's a must to get them when they are right out the oven...
