Came during thin cookie week and got my free thin. They actually gave me the wrong cookie so I ended up getting 2 free flavors so yay. Because of the promo, they had a sign outside saying only 2 customers at a time. I bought the Dubai cookie sandwich thin and biscoff and asked for the brownie batter to be the freebie. They gave me chocolate chip instead but was able to correct my order went I went right back in. I prefer the thins over the regular because I swear there's more flavor and butter and you can't go wrong with Dubai! read more

I hate giving out bad reviews but I was appalled by the service I was given today. There was 1 other customer in the store and I wanted to ask about there free cookie for birthdays. We waited for someone to help us at the front for 10 minutes just to not get a free cookie on my birthday :(. They said that we had to be a silver tier member (which my boyfriend was) but since he was the member, it had to be his birthday. Note-- it was his birthday and we passed by crumbl before but they were closed. Just sad we couldn't get any cookie for both of our birthdays this year. But Insomnia helped my cookie craving this year for my birthday!! They had super awesome limited fall flavors that were baked to perfection! read more

great customer service especially from the manager. the order is always ready quickly. Also the location is convenient.

I decided last minute to pick up some cookies for my friend's birthday and was met with great customer service from Craig and his coworker (didn't catch her name) on Thursday evening (12/11). They were a 2-people team and handled a mini rush so effortlessly. Very kind, patient, and professional. Thank you! read more

Service has most definitely diminished. Right after opening they are often still preparing cookies so they don't have a full menu available. On more than one occasion I have purchased cookies that were raw in the center. I guess this is my sign to leave the sugar alone. read more

A valentine day rush and the 2 gals in the store showed professionalism and great customer service. Obviously short handed and they went above and beyond, helping people with no attitude, just doing their best to make everyone happy! Good job Sierra and Vanessa! read more

I love Crumbl. Their cookies are always soft and delicious. Depending on who's at the front, you'll either get "friendly" or "cold" workers, which could deter you. I really wanted to try the Chips Ahoy "Blue Monster", which was really good. It's always bright indoors and service is quick when we go. read more

So happy that a Crumbl is close to me since I've moved in town. Locations great and clean. I still don't understand why the staff are always so impersonal and never attend to you. This is not the only location where this happens. I feel like a lot of Bay Area locations are understaffed. The cookies were mid-effort but still tasty. read more

Don't order delivery through the crumbl app. You will never get it even after they claimed its been delivered. Shadey delivery. I recommend ordering for PU through the App only. Cookies are very sweet for that sweet tooth. My fave is the classic chocolate chip. read more

I love Crumbl cookies. They are always fresh, soft, and very tasty. The flavors are amazing and my kids enjoy them too.

The cookies are ok! Have had better but have had way worse!!! My main issue was with the staff! I asked if the cookie had chocolate in it as I'm allergic and she said no so I purchased it! Got home and it sure enough had chocolate all through out it! Tried to take it back and the lady said it was my fault even though I point blank asked her! Refused to exchange it or give me my money back! So I won't be going back to the Vallejo store again! Thank God it's not a severe allergy otherwise she could have killed me! read more

Can't really see the hype behind this place. Not this specific place but this phase. We came by right before the rain hit this week, like just before it started pouring and we grabbed two chocolate chips from what usually is a sterile setting but this place had a flickering over head light and windows that needed cleaning. Our cookies needed more baking. Sums up the day. read more

The cookies are delicious, moist and buttery. Also very sweet, which appeals to my family. The area is clean and staff helpful.

Waited 40mins of terrible service. They completely ignored me, and when I got my brownie it was smaller than the mini when I ordered it as a regular large. Worker explained they are smaller because of the trays but they making excuse so they can make MORE portions( QUANTITY OVER QUALITY). When I compared it to the display showing her mine is small she ignored, then two minutes later the manager tells her to remove the display so people won't realize how big it should be. read more

Door Dash was instructed to hand deliver the order to a specific person. the specific person didn't receive it. Went to Crumbl and explained what happened. Crumbl did their part and the order was sent but the driver didn't follow instructions. Craig was generous enough to refill the order. i took the cookies myself to its destination. Crumbl went above and beyond for me and it's appreciated! read more

Hands down the best cookie I've had. Soft and gooey in the center, and packed with rich chocolate flavor. Absolutely bussin.

Soooo good!! Yum! Make sure to try the cookies and cream cheesecake! Highly recommend.

Vallejo location just is always a disappointment!!! . I've been to many other locations and this particular store can't get it together. There is no professionalism by employees, things are messy and not done properly. The only thing the store does is stay consistently sloppy. The cookies are messy and do not look like the menu, The box is always covered in some sort of frosting or chocolate, just dirty presentation, and the employees just let you stand there without anyone even making eye contact with you or acknowledging you, just again very half assed! it's just honestly probably the worst crumble I've ever been to. And it's not like these are cheap cookies so I'm paying full price for an expensive cookie to not be what other locations are like. all in all it's a terrible location. I would never recommend Vallejo location. read more

The best fresh baked cookies . Big size for the sweet tooth. Warning may cause addiction.

Consistently good cookies! I love the texture and the fact that they are soft and warm! Sometimes the flavors are a little adventurous but I'm a chocolate chip faithful. Also there's a couple Carmel and salted ones I love too although I forget the name. They're also super supportive to our community. They've done fundraisers contributing my daughter's school and also at our local GVRD parks. The staff is friendly and the gentleman at our parks was really nice, my only complaint is I wish they're open later as we have actually taken a late night trip to the one in concord. read more

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. I got charged for an order that never arrived and when I called the store, I was told the order had been made multiple times due to delivery drivers picking up then cancelling. This is not a complaint against the worker that helped me try to figure out what happened. I was still charged, my app still says it's 1 min away(order was for 2/14, it's 2/17) and I never received any delivery of cookies. read more
