Cakes, especially those with moisture, fillings, or cream, should be closely monitored, and it seems like this one may have sat on display far too long. This is not just about taste or quality; someone could genuinely get sick from consuming something like this. What's disappointing is that I genuinely like this place and come here often, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I really hope management takes this seriously and re-evaluates how long cakes are kept on display before being discarded. Freshness and safety should never be compromised. Observations: - two ladies working behind the counter - all the cups are the same size - hand sanitizer available - six machines, but only five are working - standard dry,wet, and liquid toppings.
