    Fresh Spring Rolls
    Ronald N.

Pho 1 on Sonoma Blvd is officially the restaurant I will be dining at whenever I am shopping at 168. The restaurant has shut down Stockpot. This is the place to go to for Fresh Springrolls. First time I dine at Pho 1 right away I was seated and they were able to take my order. I order a Fresh Springroll, use the restroom to wash my hands and when I return my Springrolls was already on my table. That is what I call fast service. The Springrolls were delicious! A good proportion size Springrolls. The inside of Pho 1 was clean. The restaurant keeps up with clean tables for people to sit down at. Everytime I dine inside Pho 1 I don't see a dirty table. Keep up with the great service Pho 1

Talk about the fastest service in town! Normally you will have to wait for your food to come out a little later, but no, spring rolls check! summer rolls check! Pho check! Thai tea check! And overall delicious! Lots of room and nice lighting in the restaurant. Lots of free and ample parking. Enjoy!

    #33 large Pho dumplings

This is the best Pho in Vallejo because it's so so fresh and flavorful. Not to mention the servers are here to get your delicious for to you. Yes this place has a large menu but you can't go wrong with their Pho. I ate the #33 which is pho with dumplings. Great seating for all and a really clean restaurant.

    Grilled Beef Vermicelli

Over the years, the price has gone up, but so did their serving size! This Pho restaurant is pretty solid - excellent service, quality dishes, and a very great choice for hangover cleansing. The restaurant is spacious and can hold large parties. I usually get the Pho soup here, which has always been so delicious. But on this day, I ordered the grilled beef vermicelli, and it was also a fantastic dish. The portion size is a lot and this is definitely a shareable dish. The grilled beef is so flavorful. The dish itself is already amazing, but adding more chili oil to it definitely enhances the flavor. This place is a very solid choice for whatever you're craving - soup, noodles, or rice dishes.

I've been coming to this location for years, and I especially miss their banh mi deli being open. I stopped by for some pho and I was pleasantly surprised with their menu change. The inside is spacious and tons of seating. The service is fast and on point. I ordered their #9 with hofun noodles because I prefer the thicker rice noodles! I also got a Thai iced tea. They were able to accommodate my request since the hofun noodles were only listed on the other pho options and not the beef side. The soup came out immediately. The broth was delicious and fresh. The meat was tender and flavorful. They provided extra limes when I asked too. I'll always come to this pho spot over the others in the area!

Tried the shrimp noodle soup while my husband enjoyed the shrimp cakes and beef pho, every bite was delicious. Will definitely return!

Not sure if this place is under new management but the workers were all new faces to us. Our last lunch here was a terrible experience. We had ordered soup and fried rice but never came. After we noticed 3 customers, who came after us, had received their orders, we had to follow up with the staff. The guy just said I don't know and he just puts in the order and the kitchen makes it. Obviously, our order was missed. This has never happened before, but as I mentioned, the staff looked new to us. Maybe they're still working on their ordering process. Food was still good. The portion of the fried rice is less from our past visits but otherwise, taste the same.

I'm honestly impressed... not by the food, but by the confidence. It takes real bravery to serve something this wildly incorrect and still call it bún bò Huế with a straight face. At this point, Pho #1 should be studied by scientists. How do you mess up every single component of a dish and still sleep at night? Let's start with the pho noodles. PHO. NOODLES. Using pho noodles in bún bò Huế is like putting ketchup on sushi -- the kind of mistake only someone who's never met a Vietnamese person could make. Then they tossed in pho beef like it was a clearance sale. No pork hock, no beef shank, no proper cuts -- just whatever was lying around from their pho assembly line. And then the plot twist: fish cakes and shrimp balls. Sir... ma'am... WHO told you this belonged here? What cursed YouTube video did you watch? And that broth? Let me be clear: if you take pho broth and drip chili oil on top, that does NOT magically become bún bò Huế. That's just spicy disappointment. As a Vietnamese person, this dish personally offended me. My DNA rejected it. My soul tried to leave my body. Somewhere in Huế, a monk sensed a disturbance in the force. And the wildest part? 700+ reviews and 4 stars. This can only mean one thing: they're catering to people who think pad thai and pho come from the same country. Non-Vietnamese folks probably slurp this and say, "wow, authentic!" Meanwhile I'm sitting there having a cultural identity crisis. If you want fake Vietnamese food made by people who think bún bò Huế is just "spicy pho with random toppings," then congratulations -- you found your spot. For everyone else: Don't come here for a fake Vietnamese experience. Don't come here for fake Vietnamese food. And DEFINITELY don't come here for bún bò Huế. Unless you enjoy being lied to by soup.

My number go to spot for the best Pho in Vallejo. The service was quick and all the staff that I met was super nice and I loved the vibe and the chill warm energy. Definitely worth every visit every time!!

This is their combo plate and under those enormous epic fried chicken wings is a pork chop and one egg roll.

Pho 1 in Vallejo is a must-visit for authentic Vietnamese cuisine! Their extensive menu features everything from their renowned pho to flavorful rice plates and noodle bowls. Portions are generous, loaded with fresh vegetables, and packed with authentic flavors from perfectly prepared pork, shrimp, and crispy egg rolls. Every dish tasted amazing and authentic, showcasing the vibrant tastes of Vietnam. If you're in the Vallejo, California area and craving top-notch Vietnamese food, Pho 1 is the place to go. Absolutely delicious and worth every bite! Service was super attentive and the place fills up around 5 to 8 pm making the main dining room have an authentic ethnic food hall vibe! Highly recommend! Delicious, delicious, delicious. This restaurant is very large on the inside, we were seated right away and the food came out quickly. This was my first time here and now my new favorite Pho spot!

Combination Fried rice with soggy rice.
    Feby A.

We were stop by on our way home from San Francisco. Craving with their combination fried rice that we tried few years ago when we visited Six Flags. It was good. So we ordered Combination Fried Rice for To Go. We ate it in their parking lot because my kids are hungry. We ended up so disappointed. The rice was soggy and soft. The Chicken was very long. I said long because seems like someone just being lazy to cut them as in the typical regular fried rice. I would say most of the chicken like 5-6 inches long! Seriously! I had a hard time to cut them with the plastic fork with make mess on my face. Over all the taste was blah as well. Will not going back!

Over-priced and over-rated! Does it really warrant charging almost 20 dollars for a bowl of Pho?

My mom wanted the seafood ramen and my dad wanted the wonton ramen. I know they don't eat too much so I figured to share with them and just ask for an extra bowl. My parents don't like spice so I asked for them to not have any spice in it. Their wonton ramen was a tonkatsu base and it was pretty good. They had huge mandu style wontons that I enjoyed with the bakchoy and hard boiled egg. The seafood ramen is the most expensive and it comes with shrimp, fish balls, bamboo, corn, sprouts, boiled egg and green onions. The shrimp were huge pieces and I enjoyed the ramen noodles. The flavoring tasted like regular ramen to me. Overall it was a busy flow for a Saturday night both with people ordering take out and those dining in. They also have sodas and Hawaiian bbq plates to order plus tons of other sides you can get ala cart. Service was quick! We did have to wait a bit for our food, but it was understandable--they had a steady flow of call-in and DoorDash orders going out. We ordered the garlic soy wings, salt and pepper fish, and shrimp fried rice. First off, the shrimp fried rice actually had real, good-sized shrimp--not those tiny ones you sometimes get--which we really appreciated. The wings were flavor town: crispy, packed with flavor, and super satisfying. Even though you can see peppers in the dish, there wasn't really a spicy kick, which is different from San Tung, where there's usually a slight heat. That said, even without the spice, these wings absolutely live up to the hype. The salt and pepper fish was also a standout--crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
