Been coming here for years and never disappointed. The staff is the best and the food always hits. Dine in and take out is available. They know I'm obsessed with their chili and they always hook it up! Casual dining vibe. Everything 10/10

Breana A.

I order the flank and brisket pho, it was maybe 6.5 or 7 out of 10. I'm used to a more flavorful pho and this was alright. The plum drink 9/10. It's my favorite pairing anytime I order pho. This one was more on the sweeter side. I'm use to them being a lil bit more on the salty side, still good nonetheless. Service was 4/10 for me, the server I got made me feel rushed and was very rude. As I was noticing the curtains. I saw that there was many stains that probably have varied over the years, kinda gross.

#9 Horrible Portion

This was $24... Should've been $8. I'm very lenient w/ my reviews but this was genuinely the worse Pho I've had.

First time trying this restaurant. So far, we really enjoyed the food. The foods were all flavorful & good quality. We enjoyed the appetizers a lot. Their service is really good. They're very attentive & they kept checking on our table if we need assistance. Ambiance inside is okay, nothing really too much that stood out to me. They for sure need better ventilation especially with the weather in Vallejo. Overall, still would come back here again.

Beef ball Pho, so delicious.

I've been coming to Pho Vallejo Noodle House for years, and it's still my go-to spot for pho. In my opinion, they have the best pho around -- consistently flavorful, comforting, and always served piping hot. The broth is rich, the noodles are perfect, and everything tastes fresh every single time. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the service is fast whether you're dining in or grabbing food to go. It's one of those places where they recognize you and treat you like family, which makes the experience even better. If you love pho or just want a great, reliable spot for Vietnamese comfort food, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Pho Vallejo is my go to place for Pho hands down. Tonight I was craving pho and didn't want to share so I sat down and ordered. If was very busy when I arrived . If you know what you want they're quick with bringing everything. I love the Broth, personally I don't think it needs any add ons ( Just some spice if you're feeling spicy) . I for the most part almost always order to go or DoorDash it and they have great other items on the menu. The spring rolls are a must try and the deep fried shrimp. They never disappoint with their flavors.

Each time I come here it is the same. Promptly seated, clean space, great service with food that comes out quicker than a fast food restaurant. Today I had #45 - combo. 2 large chicken wings, egg roll and sweet thin pork chops. The is a lite broth soup and vegetables. Food is really good.

This pho restaurant is located in a busy plaza with Target, and parking can get hectic. But once inside, it is very spacious and comfortably designed. I ordered a large No. 3 with no tripe and spring rolls as an appetizer. Wifey also got a small No. 3 which was a pretty decent portion. Don't know if this is normal for a Saturday afternoon, but the food came out piping hot almost immediately after ordering! The commentary from my kids: 10-year old: "Yummy meat" 4-year old: "This food is yummy, Dad. Super yummy!" Great food with friendly, attentive service...thank you to this seemingly family-owned business. Now, time for a nap!

R #10 - Thin Sliced Steak & Flank w/ Rice Noodle. With a side of chicken

Food is amazing! The broth is so flavorful and the serving size is perfect! I also ordered the shrimp rolls and the side sauce was perfect. Only reason I didn't give five stars was due to the service. I seen at least three people get up to get their own to go bowls, and I had to ask for a refill on my water. I also waited and waited for my check to be told that I had to go up front to pay.

#32 Wonton with Chicken

Back again for the 20th+ time. This place has a great pho selection at a fair price, and the portions are huge. Service is always on point and super polite. If you're trying to catch a game, you might get lucky--there are two TVs inside. I always go with my favorite: #32, which comes with egg noodles, wontons, and pork (I sub the pork for chicken). Always hits the spot. The vibes are chill, and they're usually playing some good tunes in the background. Service: 9/10 Taste: 10/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 Happiness: 10/10

#76 - Cube Beef Steak w/ Rice.

Came here for lunch with my girlfriend. Everyone here is very polite add the customer service was good. The decor of the place is great and really peaceful. I ordered the steak squares with rice and it was excellent. I tried some pho off my girlfriend and it was also good. Everything is full of flavor. I would come back again.

We were in town visiting some relatives and was recommended this place. I had low expectations because I am from OC where there are no shortages of good pho restaurants. Surprisingly, I was quite impressed by this place. I got the #1 pho which has all the meats, tripe, and meatballs. Their broth is good and meat quite tender. If you're not a fan of pho, they have plenty of other Vietnamese dishes to choose from. My husband ordered the broken rice plate and really enjoyed it. Service was quick and attentive. No wait for our party of 5 on a Sunday evening. I would come back if I'm in the area!

Bun Bo Hue

When craving pho that's opened on a Tuesday I go here or pho #1. I believe both are under the same ownership from what I was told. It is clean and easy to park in the area. Beware of terrible drivers here.. they speed through the parking lot. For the pho and rice plates I always love it. Portions are generous, and always consistent. For the bun Bo hue, it was my first time trying it here. The server said the exact thing as the server at Pho #1, "the bun Bo hue is not made traditionally." I asked what made this different, and they responded that they didn't have the right noodles for it, and there isn't any blood cubes. You know what though, it was not bad. It didn't taste exactly what I was used to for bun Bo hue, but it was different and good in its' own way. Again it is identical to Pho #1. I would probably not get their BBH again, but I'd come back for the pho and rice plates! It's hard to find good BBH in Vallejo.

Pork chop was very salty. They need to reduce salt, so customer can add salt if needed. Service was good. Quiet & clean environment.

I had the lemon grass chicken banh mi, which comes with pate (liver spread). I could skip the pate next time. Compared to other pho places, the meat was a bit underwhelming. Some places pack the meat more generously. I also tried the 7. Lemongrass chicken over rice. It came with an egg, a couple of shrimp, a side of salad, and a small broth. It was not bad at all. The presentation was nice, and the flavors were tasty. The service was a bit slow. The lady who took our order took a while to get back to us, but she checked on us several times. Overall, I'd return to try the rest of the menu and their pho next time.

To start, I ordered the fried chicken wings, and to my surprise, they weren't even hot when served. The texture of the meat inside also made them seem old or not freshly made, which was not a great first impression. For the main meal, I had the BBQ beef plate with egg, spring roll, and shrimp. The biggest issue for me was the rice -- it was unexpectedly hard, and the entire plate arrived cold. I honestly couldn't believe it because who wants cold food, especially for the first meal of the day? The shrimp was also extremely salty for my taste, to the point that I only managed to eat one piece and left the other two untouched. The beef and egg were okay, but it was hard to fully enjoy them because the food overall lacked freshness and warmth. I really wanted to like this place given its ratings, but sadly this first visit left me disappointed.

On my first day in Vallejo, I tried another Vietnamese restaurant across town, and it was such a disappointment that I almost swore off Vietnamese food in Vallejo altogether. Being from Sacramento, where we're fortunate to have some of the best Vietnamese food in California, my expectations are pretty high when it comes to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I arrived about five minutes before closing because of traffic, and even though they were already past their closing time, they still welcomed me in, took my order, and treated me with kindness. That level of hospitality is rare and greatly appreciated. I ordered the cơm tấm with shrimp, egg, and grilled meat, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly. The meat was flavorful and tender, the shrimp was grilled perfectly, and the egg had a soft yolk that tied the whole dish together. It tasted exactly like the authentic Vietnamese food I grew up eating with my family. Every bite brought back memories of home. The cherry on top was finding out that the restaurant is family-owned and operated. When I visited, it was a father and son working together, helping customers and running the restaurant with genuine care. You can tell they take pride in both their food and their service. I plan on continuing to spend time in Vallejo, and I will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food, generous portions, and warm family hospitality, this place is absolutely worth a visit.
