Thai tea with boba

A hidden gem in Benicia. I have a normal spot for Pho in Concord where I work and I'm a regular. Pho Vy beats them both in quality, and price. Pho Vy has a bigger menu selection and the family who runs it is kind and loves there customers. The food is excellent and this place is a hidden gem in Benicia

Was in the mood for some soup. Decided to go for some Pho. I work in the industrial area of Benicia and this place came up. Veryyyy yummy! Customer service was accommodating, the gentleman asked me if I needed utensils (even tho, it's upon request per CA bill). Will definitely come back and try out the mango dessert!!!

B1P. Charbroiled Pork (Bread)

I had been eyeballing this place for a while now and it is simply DELICIOUS. The hospitality from the owners is unmatched. Super welcoming and friendly. The star of the show though is the charbroiled pork Banh mi. The bread is unique compared to your traditional french roll. Soft, flavorful, almost like a brioche and a french roll had a baby. The meat is perfect. Would definitely recommend 5/5 would come again

I gave Pho Vy another try, this time to check out their banh mi, which I had been curious about. I ordered the pork banh mi and it turned out to be really good. The meat was flavorful, and the vegetables were fresh and had a nice crunch. Everything was well put together and tasted fresh. I decided to revise my original review because I had a feeling they might be better at banh mi, and this visit confirmed that. I'm glad I went back, and next time I plan to try their pho to see how it compares.

Vietnamese iced coffee and pork Bánh mì

So remember the McDonald's mini deals with the small drink, well that's how I felt when I ordered this Vietnamese iced coffee. It was good, but not great. I was surprised when she handed me my drink, I was thinking to myself, oh did I order from the kids menu??? The Bánh mì I had a lot of hope for it, and it was decent. The meat was flavorful and seasoned well. The pork was good, but I felt like I wanted something more, after I ate it. The bread was toasted well, but this sandwich really didn't knock it out of the park for me. Bánh mì 6/10 Vietnamese Coffee 7/10 Coffee size:

This is a Benicia Gem they have Bahn Mi sandwiches!!! You don't have to drive to Martinez or Vallejo to get them.. and the rice plates and verm bowls are on point! So grateful for this place!

the guy that took my order was very nice! since they opened, this is probably the best sandwich they've made so far. I've ordered a few times and the meat was always skimp. My husband got it last week and the bread was kind of burned.

The flavors were spot on--not overly sweet or watered down--but unfortunately, many of the bobas were stuck together, which made them hard to drink. I wonder if it had to do with what I noticed is that some food is cooked in the back and the plates are put together up front, which sitting under a hot light could help. Also probably being picky, but is it really a silog if it's steamed rice and not sinangag (garlic rice)? Leaving me a little disappointed. The Ilocos empanada was okay. Grain of salt, this was only my second time having one, but after having one from Papi Clary's across the bridge, that one was much tastier. I've yet to put in orders with some of the other vendors in the area selling empanadas. Overall, kinda just meh. I'll most likely try it at least one more chance. The plus is that you can show up and get empanadas without having to put in preorders like the other vendors in the area when you don't feel like paying toll.

Recently came here to pick up a tray of shrimp ceviche and a small octopus ceviche for a family party. Service was phenomenal! The lady who took our order was so sweet and patient while she explained the different sizes and pricing for the trays. Her two other colleagues were in the back working quickly to get our order and the previous order ready. You could see how they were preparing everything in the kitchen, so you know everything was super fresh! A half tray of shrimp ceviche cost us about $100, which may seem on the pricier side, but honestly so worth it and you get a pretty good amount of shrimp in it! Didn't get to try the octopus ceviche but from what my cousin told me, it was just as delicious. Botanas La Cruda has such a variety of delicious menu items, it's so hard to choose what to get! Obviously, you can't go wrong with any of their ceviches. I also really love their bionico if you're looking for something sweet. They have elote which is classic and always tasty! And just personal preference, I love tostillocos, so you can never go wrong with an order of that. The restaurant is pretty small, but it's decorated really cute inside. There are a couple tables set up both inside and outside, and you can seat around 2-3 people at each one. They share a small parking lot with Bula Pies, but there's usually plenty of spaces available there or next door at 7-Eleven. Highly, highly recommend coming here and trying out whatever catches your eye on their menu. Whether it's a sweet summer treat, or a fresh order of seafood ceviche, you're bound to find something tasty to eat!

Most of the food taste like it's been frozen. I'm the kind of person when I go to a restaurant I always eat my leftovers later. Nothing was worth keeping later cause it was all disgusting. We barely ate enough of the chow mein to make a satisfied because it was so gross. The female was snappy at everybody. The guy was fine. Their machine out front is horrible to use. It's frustrating and it keeps kicking you out of the item when you try to order.. It doesn't load fast enough so you can't see any of the images. It's absolutely terrible. Then to top it off when we tried to pay, it wouldn't let us it kept getting stuck over and over we had to actually ask them to ring us up through the register.
