This place is awful! Service front desk, took forever taking a Togo order, , took 25 minutes for Bah sandwich and boba drink. But when I got home there isn't any boba on the drink. Plus, the sandwich is so dry , I almost choke. Suppose to get a free spring roll, he punched a card but didn't get them. My food was packaged so poorly, it spilled inside the bag. Just went with my family. Kids loved the waiving cat and their chicken noodle soup. My wife and I really enjoyed the combination beef broth pho as well. The pho was loaded with veggies and not just a simple broth and meat bowl. Very filling! The server was really nice as well. Just plan on being there for at least 15 minutes or so before food arrives because they make it fresh and it's worth the wait. read more

Server/owner was welcoming and friendly. He gave me extra shrimp chips. We did NOT like the shrimp. It was previously grilled and they just microwaved and served it. It was rubber. Bbq pork fried rice was good but the pork was minimal and lacked flavor. Nothing bbq about it. Vermicelli salad was just ok. I'll skip it next time. The egg roll was not good, very bland. Very disappointed. I'm usually not the type to write a bad review about a place and perhaps this place was having a bad day. My family and I came in on Sunday afternoon. I got a pork banh mi sandwich and my husband got the beef short ribs rice plate. All the vietnamese restaurants that I have been to, I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for our food. And it seemed like 2 other customers who were there at the same time of us were impatiently waiting as well. After receiving our food, I was very disappointed what we got. My husband's beef short rib plate came with 3 pieces of meat and some pieces were not cooked through very well, not sure this was worth the 16 or so dollars I spent on it. When I got my sandwich, I recieved the wrong order as it was tofu instead of pork. After returning it back to the kitchen, I received my sandwich after 10 minutes. The bread was fresh and the meat had good flavor other than it being really fatty. But the veggies were not pickled and a I was expecting to see more pickled radish as I have seen at other places. Really hope they improve on the speed of their service and quality of food cause I have seen really good reviews about this place before just very disappointed by our visit. read more

I came in on a weekday around dinner time and it was empty. My husband and I ordered their combinations pho and combination hu tieu. Everything was fresh but the food did not taste very authentic at all. Pho broth was lacking the hearty taste of pho. No aromatics. Hu tieu was also lacking heartiness. Broths did not taste like they were cooked for hours with bones. We felt no matter what we added to our soups, it was still missing something. I didn't finish my bowl. Fantastic Flavors! I got the shrimp spring rolls that came with a think peanut sauce with peanuts on top. Was delicious. The rollers were nice and big which for me is a nice change from the skimpy ones I get elsewhere. The vermicelli flavors were great as well. I can't wait to try the pho next time. The prices are really good!! The down side Small location - small business - you may have to wait longer due to small staff size. Suggest you order ahead. There are only about 8 tables and no music. I ate here on 7/16 for dinner and everything was phenomenal. I had the combo rice plate with pork, shrimp, and Korean short ribs and was extremely satisfied with the amount of food and the flavor. I also had an order of the salt and pepper chicken wings which were excellent and came with fried peppers that were amazing. The real star of the show was the bahn mi. I got the charbroiled pork bahn mi and it might be the best one I've ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted, light and crispy, with incredible flavors in every bite. They have a whole vegetarian / vegan menu!!! I got the lemongrass tofu and it was delicious The staff was also very sweet and attentive, we did go right after they opened so they weren't very busy. We also ordered the lychee tea, it was yummy and sweet. My friend ordered the beef pho and said it was very good. We were in the area for a kids sporting event and needed a quick dinner. The choices were pretty limited but we found this nice little spot on Yelp. Heard it's a new restaurant, which formerly was a Chinese place. Friendly greeting from our server. Menu had the usual pho restaurant choices but on a smaller scale. I ordered the combo pho, vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, and fried spring rolls. Received water in a carafe, which was a nice touch. Food takes a little longer to come out as it's a smaller place, not like a Kevin's Noodle House. They were doing a brisk takeout business while we waited. The pho bowl had lots of meat, but slightly smaller noodle portion. The meat was nice and thick and chewy, with lots of flavor. The grilled pork in the vermicelli bowl was very flavorful and tasty. Spring rolls were fresh and crispy, but only had 3 rolls. My only negative was my broth could have been a little hotter. Otherwise, this is a pretty good place to visit.
