The drinks are made quickly with about a 5 minute wait time. I appreciate the upbeat music played whenever I visit. I notice the staff have an enjoyable time together and are kind to their customers. Is this place better than Quickly's? Uh, yeahhh what isn't?! Still subpar. Maybe I've been spoiled with the variety of tea/boba in Los Angeles and having access to drive to the 626 to get authentic and fresh teas that I just can't get behind this place. IMO - I think T4 in Fairfield is a better option than Sharetea. I would like to note that Sharetea is a good spot to study (or so it seems?) There were plenty of tables and I'm sure kids gather here to hang out and/or study. The drinks are simple and nothing outstanding that I've seen or tried. My first experience at a Sharetea was in Cerritos, where I was certainly not "wow"ed, but I can see how this is an option if you're in the neighborhood. i ordered an oolong pearl milk tea that tasted watered down. last time i came here my drink was even worse and tasted like they forgot both the tea and sugar/syrup. it was basically water with tapioca pearls. was really disappointed since its one of the most basic drinks and i thought it was hard to mess up. sharetea has always been a hit or miss based on the location and who makes it but i think there are better places than this one. read more

Boba tea from Sharetea is just okay. It isn't wow or exciting. What bugs me with share tea is the price. I get that everything is more expensive. Really boba at 6.50 for their fruit teas are ridiculously over price. Their prices have really gonna up in the past few years. Before it was about 5.00 now it not even worth going. My go to tea at Vallejo location. Nice ambience, nice collection of teas and a 2x a month treat for me . This place is busy sometimes one has to wait outside to go inside . However for the quality of tea and ingredients I will wait for my order. Majority of the staff are young which brings the youthful energy to the place however parking could a a challenge so make sure you park at the parking lot and walk to the shop. read more

Too much boba in the tea. This place needs a manager to work on the employee's professionalism. I had to wait for a few moments for the cashier to finish his conversation with his coworker about a party they might go to. One of the drink makers had her phone on the counter face timing a friend. It's kinda unsanitary to have your phone out in plane sight especially during this pandemic. And they mess up orders all the time. I knew better to come here. My family and I have ordered sharetea probably 6x this past week.. I know that's A LOT! Lol We've been going to the one a few doors down but were tired of walking in and reading "out of boba" how do you now make enough of something that is an essential part of your business? ANYWAYS.. Sharetea is yummy!! I've ordered: Thai Tea blended with pearl Okinawa 80% less sweet with pearl Matcha with mini pearl blended (you order the one blended with red bean but replace with pearl) I did try the Hokkaido but was not a fan of the flavor. Also we mobile order every time! Super time saver for sure. I go through the IG page and click the link in the bio. But I see the link on Yelp now too. I've gone to Sharetea about 4 times since they opened, and I agree their quality is better than Quickly (a few doors away) but it doesn't get 5 stars from me for the following reasons: 1. The wait is ridiculous; the average is easily 20-30 minutes. The most common reason for this is that many people get anywhere from2-4 other drinks for their friends, making the actual line look deceiving. Additionally, they are clearly not efficient in their production line judging by the wait time. 2. They offer various levels of sweetness but twice when I asked for a lower level (30%), I was told it wouldn't taste good. I responded, "thanks but I'm the one drinking so please make it 30%". The employee insisted so I finally had to ask the manager, who "ok'd" it and the drink was fine! 3. There is only one size (20 oz I think) which they charge a lot! What Sharetea needs is two lines. One for 2 or less drinks (faster service) . The other for any single person ordering more than 2 drinks. They need to also train their staff to be more customer-oriented and not argue with what the customer wants (I.e. sweetness level). Finally, the need to offer different sizes like every other place. Sharetea will not be so novel after the buzz has worn out so if they want to stick around for the long term, they better learn to satisfy each and customer. Update: I'm downgrading another star as their some staff are not properly trained in sanitary methods. One of the workers had very long hair, which she tied back only a portion of. She was serving as the cashier and putting boba into the cups for the next worker. Part of her hair in the front was going into the cups and the boba container- gross! When I mentioned it to her and suggested she tie the rest of her hair back, she completely ignored me and continued making drinks. I also didn't see any hand washing by staff. read more

In my opinion this is the best boba spot in Vallejo. The one in Hercules is great as well. We were stuck with the other boba spot which is less expensive but super artificial. I am not a milk tea person, I am a juice tea person. Having "discovered" boba while living in Hawaii I was spoiled by the fresh fruit. Here it is a bit more sketchy finding a place with fresh and tasty options. My go-to is pineapple/green tea, half sweet, light ice. It's not on the menu at lots of places - same here- but there is one guy here - I didn't catch his name- but twice he made sure I got what I was looking for and was SO friendly and nice, I love him. There is often a line here so I highly recommend using the app - Clover - to order ahead. that Sharetea uses now. If you want something that's not on the specific menu, order the closest thing and put notes in the order - so far I've found that they read them! They have a loyal customer in me! Also I mainly order during the day, so that is when my experiences have been. I've been there at least a dozen times in the last 6 months. read more

First time coming to this sharetea location & it's cute or whatever. They have a BUNCH of people working at a time even when it's super slow so you know you'll be well taken care. The location is a bit off because it's located at the very corner of the plaza hidden, but on the inside is really cute. Prices are average & the decor is cute, clean & right now, festive. Definitely a nice place to hangout and gives off the "Starbucks" vibe. However, I'm not sure there is WiFi available here so that would be a nice touch. Do I prefer them over quickly? So stoked that Sharetea is finally in Vallejo! Sharetea is probably the best boba in town and I'm so happy I don't have to cross the bridge and pay a toll for boba now. Their drinks are pretty standard for a boba place but that's not a bad thing! They accommodate to your liking for both ice level and sweetness and they have so much variety! They have milk teas, hot drinks, fruity teas and milk drinks. It's definitely the place I go to take my friends who haven't had boba before who want to try it out. They also have a point system so you get freebies if you are a regular. I try to get here before the rush which is usually around 3 PM, the line is out the door and gets super crazy. UGHHHHH thank you Boba Gods and ShareTea management team for listening to our cries on this side of the bridge. Prior to this location opening-- most of us were spending $6 for toll and driving excess lengths for a decent cup of boba and now it is conveniently located in our own little Vallejo. I project business here to be very successful as your quenching the thirsts of not only Vallejo, but all of Fairfield, American Canyon, Vacaville, and so on. The one thing I really appreciate about Sharetea in general is their generosity in toppings. You get a ton of boba in one cup and this may be unusual for some people, so ask for less if you fall in this category. Drinks are not overly sweet, my comfort is 80%. Cups are one size fits all so you're never left with feeling guilty about choosing the larger size. Staff since day 1 has been so knowledgeable and efficient in their work. Unfortunately, the cashiers are taking the money ( large bills) and then taking advantage of young kids (11yr old kid), telling them they will not provide any change. As far as boba goes, Sharetea always has good quality. My go-to is the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea (also try it hot during the colder days!). I've recently tried the Coffee Ice Blended w/Vanilla Ice Cream and I've gone back to it a few times. Just let the ice cream melt and it'll taste that much better! The 1 star knock off is for 2 things. First, line location. I feel if they moved it to the other end of the counter, the line wouldn't always run outside. Second, flies. I know they try to have the doors closed as much as possible, but that won't stop flies as you'll always have customers coming in and out. Especially when you're hanging out inside, it gets annoying swatting flies away. Hopefully they figure out some sort of fly control. Whenever I was in the bay area, Sharetea was not one of the Boba place that I looked for because they're so many better option. However, in Vallejo, Sharetea is a treat to have because the only have Quickly and Tapioca. Fortunately for me, I found a drink that I could finally enjoy. When I was in the bay, I ordered their milk teas (jasmine, original, thai or oreo). Those did not suite me well. This time around, I tried the Mango Passion Fruit Tea with boba. I can now say that I'm fully addicted to it, and that it's my favorite boba drink. It's sweet, but not too sweet and their boba is one of the best boba's that I've ever had. It's chewy, light and something else. The only thing that I would recommend Sharetea to change/add is to have snacks or actual meals in their menu (Ramen maybe?) It hasn't been long since this location has been open, so there's a line out the door with people wanting to try the new boba joint in town. I know it's already been mentioned that Quickly is right around the corner, but let me just say- not all boba are created equal! Sure there's a price difference but it's definitely something you can TASTE. If you want quality boba, you go to Sharetea. If you want something to satisfy your sweet tooth for cheap, Quickly it is. Both are good in it's own boba-ish way. I won't discriminate. Can't we all just get OOLONG?!?!? :P As a new establishment it's expected of the place to work out the kinks. I came about 3 weeks in so I don't know how it was back then, but the employees were on top of their game. They had a well established assembly line. Each person knew their role and executed it well. With a line out the door I expected to wait long, but it moved fast and you can see why through the workers. They all seemed to be in good spirits too, so that could only mean good things! At Sharetea you can customize your ice level (regular, less, none) and sweetness level (0, 30, 50, 80, 100%). I like things sweet, but I found 80% to be the perfect level of sweetness for me. I tried Okinawa Milk Tea w Pearls, Homemade Taro w Fresh Milk, and Thai Tea Blended with Ice Cream & Pearls. Taro is good. Just not my style.. it's more savory than sweet. I only got it cause it was one of the few non-caffeinated options. My daughter and husband enjoyed it though! The Okinawa (brown sugar milk tea) is delicious! I really enjoyed it until I tried the Blended Thai Tea.. WOW! The ice cream is a great addition to a classic drink. The cashier recommended to me and I am so glad she did! Thank you! I'm hoping that the line dies down eventually cause it's not easy to stand in a line with 2 kids (especially if I'm alone and I just want to run in and grab a drink). Came in for the first time and ordered a coffee milk tea and honey milk tea. The coffee one tasted a bit burnt and the other one didn't taste like honey at all but it was the first time I'd ever tried honey milk tea so I don't have much of a comparison, maybe it's always like that. Customer service was meh, maybe the girl at the counter was having a bad day. Nice space, kind of an awkward layout with the counter so the line has to go outside. I'll probably stick to quickly, tastes the same to me and is a few dollars cheaper. read more
