We have had our Caldera Niagara spa for almost a year now and have been so pleased with Sensible Spas and their customer service. First off Debbie was who I was in contact with and was told it could take 2 months before she got her next delivery of spas. She asked for my contact info, what my preference of spa was, color, etc. and told me she would contact me when she could put in her next order. After only 3 weeks she contacted me that there was a Caldera spa that was available and within a week we had our spa delivered and electric set up. I bought my spa, a small triangular Aquaterra (3 person that really fits 2) about 15 years ago from Sensible Spas and it still works great. I would recommend anybody buy their Spa from Sensible Spas; the prices are reasonable, they have a great showroom and selection (now that Covid supply problems are better), and best of all, they can service them and get replacement parts. The only things I've done is had Bill come out to replace the controller switch pad, and I'm on my 2nd new cover which I picked up at their shop, but they can deliver as well. I've called Bill several times with minor problems like priming and programming and he's walked me through it and I was able to fix it myself. They are really good when you have questions regarding servicing or getting parts. My cover took a long time to get because of all the supply chain problems but Debbie in the office kept me in the loop and it finally arrived from the manufacturer. With Sensible Spas servicing parts and repairs, I'm hoping to keep my spa going for a long time. I buy my hard-to-find filters from them too since I never get the right ones when I've tried Amazon. read more

I do not know why I did not find Debbie and Frank earlier in my quest for a new spa. We went to one place close to my home who only delivered spas. No hook up. No fill. No take away of the old one. I was emailing back and forth to another company who had teased me with, "10 spas under $10K." They even had some from Costco (which my husband was interested in) and some scratch and dented. This is a review of Bill. We attempted to have Bill come out to the Tracy area to look at our leaking spa. We were quoted $180 to look at it. We agreed without having any idea what the further cost might be. Bill kept finding excuses not to come out to look at it for two weeks. He was well aware that we took the day off from work so as to meet him at the house today. He kept postponing every couple of hours. His last comment was to arrive after 4, which obviously is too late when it is dusk at 4:30 this time of year. He has very poor customer service and communication skills, but we were putting up with it because we were hoping to get the spa fixed. Our 30 year old hot tub gave up the ghost, so we decided to replace it. We found Sensible Spa on line and boy, are we glad we did! They are really a great deal. We bought a replacement from Debbie ( who was most helpful) that is smaller to suit our needs, and the poor guys at Sensible Spas had to remove the "Cadillac Grande" 10,000 size one we needed removed. They managed it with difficulty, but were able to do so! The electrician Saul was great. My husband is an electrical engineer and he was most impressed when Saul successfully brought our electrical up to code and change out the box.
