Ricardo and Sergio are phenomenal! I've been using them practically since getting my hot tub back in 2021 for twice a year deep cleaning. They are meticulous and pretty quick (not that it matters but for those that do care) with their cleaning and I'm always excited to have that first post cleaning dip in the tub. I recently switched over to Bromine after years of non-bromine, non-chlorine then low dose chlorine failed water treaments and spending too much time driving back and forth to get water tests and have them also doing bi-monthly hot tub maintenance so I can enjoy my hot tub and stress less. Ricardo also recommended a great company to get a new cover than I am very happy with! If you have a hot tub, use these guys, you won't go wrong! Holy Customer Service, Batman. I had a new hot tub installed Friday evening. The installers didn't give me any information about how to add chemicals - this is my first hot tub and I was clueless. I messaged Ricardo late Friday night asking if there was any way he could come out on Saturday. Despite not usually working Saturdays, he was able to fit me into his day and came over. He added chemicals, showed me how to do it in the future, sent me a cheat sheet (why wasn't this provided by the hot tub company?!?!), and answered all of my questions. He was super friendly to boot.
