Ricardo and Sergio are phenomenal! I've been using them practically since getting my hot tub back in 2021 for twice a year deep cleaning. They are meticulous and pretty quick (not that it matters but for those that do care) with their cleaning and I'm always excited to have that first post cleaning dip in the tub. I recently switched over to Bromine after years of non-bromine, non-chlorine then low dose chlorine failed water treaments and spending too much time driving back and forth to get water tests and have them also doing bi-monthly hot tub maintenance so I can enjoy my hot tub and stress less. Holy Customer Service, Batman. I had a new hot tub installed Friday evening. The installers didn't give me any information about how to add chemicals - this is my first hot tub and I was clueless. I messaged Ricardo late Friday night asking if there was any way he could come out on Saturday. Despite not usually working Saturdays, he was able to fit me into his day and came over. I hired Ricardo almost a year ago, and He came out to my house in Berkeley. He was very nice and reassuring. "We can order the parts you need & get your hot tub working. " He asked for 1/2 the price of $800. He assured me that we would only give him the 2nd half of the hot tub payment when the hot tub was working. We paid him, trusting that he was good on his word. We had gotten his name from a local hot tub store in Berkeley that we have been buying supplies from for years. When the parts came in, he was in Mexico. His nephew came out to replace the parts, and the nephew was incredibly rude. He left before the hot tub was working. They took our money and ran with it. I am placing a claim with my credit card, but please do not use this company. They are crooks. One year later, $800 out and we don't have a working hot tub. read more
