Malrie is a phenomenal designer (and person) --she guided us through every aesthetic and functional choice from layout to landscaping, and became a true friend throughout the process. She gave us peace of mind with transparent pricing and a clear payment schedule, taking all the financial stress out of the equation.Carlos and his crew showed up every single day and delivered flawless execution throughout. Arreola handled everything seamlessly, even coordinating with Anderson Arbors for our pavilion. Now, we are out in our yard every single day swimming in our new salt water pool, relaxing in the in-ground spa, or cooking in our outdoor pavilion (complete with a built-in kitchen and fireplace too). This was a massive project that turned out beautifully. We could not be happier. If you want a team that will guide you through an overwhelming process, make you feel 100% confident, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship, you want Malrie and Carlos. They are amazing people who go above and beyond. We are absolutely in love with our new yard! Happy to be a resource to anyone considering.

Once we started working with them, they were everything you'd want in an engagement and more. Extremely reliable, responsible, dependable, and definitely went above and beyond in so many ways. They walk you through every step of the process but also let you be involved with as little or as much as possible. So attentive and available whenever we had questions about anything. All of their crew onsite were friendly and respectful. We added on things along the way but they still met the original timeline discussed. We could not be happier with the turnout and spend so much more time in our yard now! Would recommend and happily be a resource for anyone considering.

We knew we had to put…read moresome type of protection around our pool but didn't want the expense of an automatic cover and everything that is entailed or a fence to block the view of our backyard. So I started to investigate and found Baby Proof Pool Safe net online and contacted Scott. He promptly replied with a bid and some information to get us started thinking about this product. He came by our house to speak with us, answer questions and to see our yard and was confident that his product would work and we would be happy. He was very knowledgeable, he didn't pressure us for a sake and emailed us some videos to watch. As soon as we decided to go ahead with the pool net. Scott scheduled us an installation date the very next day. JUAN was at our house at 8 a.m. If it hadn't been raining, he would've been there by 7. Within two hours, the safety net was installed with high-quality material. Juan gave us a demonstration as well!! I will say that it did take my husband and I a few times to correctly tighten the safety net but we finally felt confident and had videos to help us. We both have taken the net off by ourselves but it is so much easier with two people. Overall we are extremely happy with the product and with Scott and Juan. It is the least intrusive and allows us to enjoy the beauty of our backyard and have the protection and peace of mind that our grandson will be safe!!

Odd/hostile experience working with Dakota and Andrew at Sullivan…read more There was minor damage to the cover of our hot tub on a service call and instead of accountability, Dakota blamed the age of the cover. It was a strange mix of defensiveness and blame on the call itself. We had an issue with the tub draining after a power outage and Sullivan saying that was impossible unless there is a leak or crack. Ok, well if it is a leak and crack then possibly inspect those areas as a service/repair service? I'm not an expert in hot tubs. We purchased a house that had a new hot tub installed, and the continued response of the hot tub being old for the reason why the damage occurred is weird. The middle part of the cover was also ripped apart from the seams and there was minimal accountability there as well. The new Operations Manager had a weird, defensive response as pictured below. You can be the judge if this is an off response to damages in an inspection and repair. The hot tub after servicing is also still leaking. We needed to hire another local servicer to do this repair work who properly described what might be the issue BEFORE coming out to work on the hot tub.

We could not be happier!…read more We have lived in our house over 30 years. There was a vinyl lined pool when we moved in. We have replaced the liner over the years but finding anyone to work on it has been impossible. We decided to replace it with a gunite liner. We got estimates from three companies, including elite pools. We were very impressed with Alex's knowledge and the manner in which he explained the process. Alex and the people he used were very professional and polite. We were very impressed with the way the work was done. They started with a demolition of the old liner. They then used rebar to frame in the new pool. They filled it with gunite . Alex directed us to a tile shop to select the coping and pool tile. He then brought by samples of the pebble that would be used to line the pool. They installed the tile and coping and then the pebble. Watching the process for the installation of the pebble was interesting. We had no idea what the process involved. Alex and his employees did a great job of cleaning up after they had completed each stage of the project. Alex was very easy to communicate with and kept us updated as things progressed. He even referred us to a pool company to help get the pool up and running when our normal pool service could not be reached. We felt that elite pool provided a good product for the cost. We would not hesitate to refer them to any friends or family.
