He ordered one and replaced later the next week. I found the new pump had rust all over it and questioned whether the pump was new or not. He said it was a defect and needed to be exchanged with the manufacturer. I asked for the invoice for the purchase and he stopped responding. He was supposed to leave a jug of descaler and he never did. Ultimately I am convinced he installed a re-manufactured pump instead of a new one, and charged me the full amount regardless. I was happy with his service but wish he would have been up front about what he was doing and not try to hide behind a remanufactured pump. I had more work to give him, but this experience leaves me unable to recommend his work.
