I always respected the owner, Drew Clark, because he fixed every one of my problems quickly and efficiently. Over the past several days, my filter had stopped working properly. I telephoned Drew and left a message. He returned my call in a few minutes and when I told him about the filter, he dropped what he was doing and was at my house within minutes. As in the past, he quickly found the problem, and even discovered other issues that he also resolved. He did all this in roughly 15 minutes. When I offered to pay him for his time, he said it a pleasure to see me again, and would not take my money. In this day and age, for a business owner to do what he did, is astounding and humbling. So, if you are looking for an honest and professional pool service, I recommend Clark Pool & Spa.

The filter I received was approximately $1600, probably cheaper with their bulk discount. I was charged $2600. Therefore, they are making about $500/hour. They also replied and said that "gas and warranty" factored into the costs. I know gas is high in CA but they are based in the same city i live in.
