We've worked with three pool contractors over the course of several years and would have saved…read moreourselves a lot of grief if we had found Hacienda sooner. Verbal communication was great, on the order of minutes to respond to texts over the course of the entire project (i.e. several months and not just until the ink on the contract dries). Unlike most contractors, let alone pool contractors, the contract was exceptionally clear and detailed on what was being done, costs, and TBD items. No surprises or misunderstandings. On time, on budget: obviously, they have multiple projects going on simultaneously, but they are well organized and we never had an issue. On a project of any meaningful size, things happen, but Hacienda actively identifies and addresses them. For example, they noted our booster pump could be lowered to be less conspicuous and fixed it. Side note: they did a really nice job with the pool equipment. PVC was painted to match the manila folder color of the rest of the equipment and it was all well laid out. We've recommended Hacienda several of our neighbors, at least one of whom is now building a pool with them.

On Tuesday morning anround 9 :15 am, Anthony (Pool Technician) texted me on saying he would arrive in a few minutes. I always appreciate the communications and prompt arrival. Anthony quickly troubleshot the issue with his diagnosis of a faulty pool pump and a faulty circuit breaker. Anthony explained that the new electrical code required a GFCI breaker needed to be replaced. Within the next two days, Anthony replaced the faulty circuit breaker and installed a new multispeed high efficiency pool pump within a few hour. The new pool pump is so quiet and easy to program. Anthony programmed the filter cycles for me and explained all of the function. Thank you Evan and Anthony for your quick and rapid response as you are my "Go to Pool Repair Service".

Several times one did but spoke no english. After a few weeks of having to leave a message finally one showed up only to tell me my levels were low. He didn't say I had a leak but my levels were low. A few weeks, pay cycles, and increased water bills later a leak was "Supposed" See Pool Time cannot diagnose a leak. They can only refer you to a service that is backed up for months. So what happened to me was a wasted summer with no pool and an increased water bill plus being charged for a cleaning service that couldn't do the job. I could see if just one of them said "Look Sir. There's nothing we can do." That never happened. They just showed up when they felt like it and charged me.
