Upon visiting the showroom we found a swim spa within our budget. Jeff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He offered to come out for a site visit to our home and help us narrow down which models best fit in our yard. A few weeks later we purchased a 12' swim spa and a 7' hot tub. The site visit was very informative on pad and electrical requirements. No other dealers offered that. It has been about a year since we had our spas installed and I wanted to give an update. Both spas still operate perfectly. We did have a warranty issue with the swim spa where the spa shell cracked on the bottom. It was upsetting to us but I want to say Jeff honored the 10 year shell warranty and sent it back to the factory for repair. All is well now and I do not see any leaks. We split the crane cost to remove and reinstall the swim spa. That seemed fair. Jeff noted that he has sold hundreds of spas over the years and ours was the only one where the shell cracked. Future buyers: 1). Insist that no control lines be placed underneath the swim spa. 2). One thing to be aware of is that a 35T crane in your driveway most certainly will crack concrete. 3). Another thing to be aware of is that Turbo Spas does not provide a detailed submittal with electrical stub up location like some vendors do. This makes it extra tricky to prepare your pad. read more

Best thing I bought before the pandemic and loving it still now that my husband finished the deck around it. Jeff is amazing to work with and we shopped around a lot. Best for your money to get what you want. From start to delivery and install Jeff really was helpful and knowledgeable! I love it for relaxing to having nieces and nephew over. The auto filter is great Heats up fairly quick and lots of custom settings. The jets in the spa are great. Swimming is really easy. We bought the covana automated pool cover soon after separately. My wife & I bought a Sedona spa in Latte with Mocha siding. Its a beautiful piece of equipment. The purchase was painless, and the spa was a lot less than from the spa stores down the street. Jeff and a helper brought it in a couple of days, set it up, hooked up the electrical I had dropped in the week prior and filled and did the chemicals. A truly easy experience. After my first water change, the heater wasn't working. I called Jeff and the next day he was out and replaced it no charge, no hassle and with no complaints. This is the 3th spa I've owned, the other 2 were Hot Springs. This one is just as nice as those and a lot less money. I have known Jeff's wife for a very long time and she always spoke proudly about her husband's work. We feel very blessed to have learned about Turbo Spas from a local pool repair tech. We decided to call with questions and Jeff answered and was so willing to answer all my questions and was never pushy. When have you ever had an issue and the owner answers and deals with you directly... Unheard of right... Well not with Turbo Spas! Jeff said to me when I was questioning rather or not I should buy a swim spa from him half the country away "if you have a problem, I have a problem and I hate problems, so I will take care of you." I took the risk and believed that and Jeff stood true to his word. I've texted and called and every time, every question was answered! Communication was/is amazing! I have complete faith that if I have a question or problem Jeff will communicate, help, and take care of our family as customers! That just isn't something you see with many businesses! I bought my Hot Tub from Jeff Davis at Turbo Spa's. I have never owned one before and had a lot of questions. Jeff was very patient and informative, helped me select the options I wanted and he then built the perfect hot tub for me. Jeff delivered and installed the spa on the schedule he promised and took his time showing me how to use it and treat the water. He took extra care getting it to my backyard and did not damage anything. The house I live in is new construction, I had the builder run a 220 line for the hot tub, all was well the first time I used it and then the next time it kept tripping the GFCI breaker. I called Jeff; he checked out the components of the hot tub and could not find anything wrong. Next he moved to the electrical panel as he suspected the wire run by the builder was not thick enough. Sure enough, that was the problem. I had the correct gauge wire run; Jeff came back on a Saturday afternoon to check everything out and one of the pumps kept tripping the GFCI breaker. Jeff instantly determined that the problem was with one of the motors, it got hosed due to having not having enough power being run to it originally. Jeff told me he was heading back to his shop to see if he had another motor. Shortly afterwards, Jeff returned with a new motor, keep in mind this is all on a late Saturday afternoon and it was getting dark. I got a drop light, in 15 minutes the new motor was in and we were up and running. I asked Jeff how much I owe him and he said don't worry about it; he'll cover it as part of the warranty. I was dumbfounded; I didn't expect Jeff to cover this since it was not his fault, but he would not take any money from me. If this does not demonstrate above any beyond customer service, nothing does. I met Jeff the owner of Turbo Spas & found to be very friendly & explained many things about spas that I was not aware of. He beat the best price that I had come up with by at least $500.
