The project was to remove concrete rubble that had dropped into our pool during a construction job. He swept the bottom of our pool a few times and was able to remove the concrete rubble. Highly unprofessional!! Charges way more than what others are charging. My Pool pump stopped pumping water. Being relatively new to the pool, I called these guys to check it. They said $150 to visit and solve the issue. I said yes. The guy came, opened the pump and filled it with water. Pump started working. I negotiated with him saying just for 10 min work you are charging that high and he agreed to reduce it to $120. Two days later, the problem appears again. I called him to fix it as it seems whatever he did was just temporary, He said he will charge me again to show up. He started pushing me to sign up for monthly service which will include taking care of such issues. His monthly service was at least 20% more than what I am paying. I told him to come and fix the issue for what I already paid him. He stopped responding to my text. read more

Rene at first was great. After a while, he lost interest and failed to scrub the walls of my pool. He's very inconsistent. He charges $140 a month and on top of that $100 per filter cleaning, but fails to even scrub the pool walls and do basic pool cleaning. My plaster got extremely dirty and instead of remedying the issue when I asked him to. He argued with me about it, saying, "the water is clean, yes or no." read more

We hired this pool service being new to the pool maintenance didnt know much how its done, but at the end of two months our waterbill came 800$. I knew something was not right, so checked for leakage and all and also did not continue with pool service, next months my bill came 140$ which is appropriate. So not sure what they do but they wasted lot and lots of water, for which I had to pay. I woukd never recommend him. read more
