S & A works with a licensed Contractor on larger jobs but by themselves on smaller jobs. Gerardo was very punctual, he came out to review the job, sent me a quote, schedules the job, showed up at the date and time committed, did all of the repairs, did the post repair pressure test to ensure no other leaks, cleaned up and took payment upon completion of the job. They are a small company but do excellent work, very honest, professional and deserve a 5 star rating. They will be my go to company for any repairs needed in the future.
