This place is located next to Joey in the shopping mall area. My friend made reservations on open table so was seated right away outdoors. Our server was prompt and happy he was able to make recommendations as hasn't seen my friend in forever so was happy to catch up. Overall food we had was the yellowtail app and steak frites that we shared were good. We asked the server to select our dessert to surprise us and have him pick and he chose the panna cota. I normally love as it's light, however the flavoring on this one was lacking and texture was off

We came with a group for lunch so we got to try a variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. The Fish & Chips were light, crunchy, and not greasy at all. It was a big chunk of fish. The Pan-Seared Salmon was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The Prime Steak & Frites was cooked to an absolute perfect medium and paired well with the crispy fries, and the S&S Signature Burger was juicy. The Charred Watermelon & Arugula Salad was fresh, adding the grilled shrimp made it perfect. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal.

First time dining at Saint & Second and it was a great experience. We came for an early Father's Day dinner with a 5:30 reservation, and it was nice getting there before the dinner rush. The ambiance was perfect--upscale yet comfortable, and not so loud that you can't enjoy a conversation with your table. Jose G took great care of us throughout the evening. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly without being intrusive. The food was delicious. Our favorites were the wedge salad, lamb chops, and the ribeye. We finished with the s'mores and cheesecake desserts. Each dish had its own unique twist, and the flavors worked really well together. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great food, service, and atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

Stunning restaurant in Manhattan Village with an extensive bar that is indoor and outdoor. The interior is beautiful with their wine collection lining the main walkway of the dining area We had a pleasant server who took our drink orders. A Matcha Latte and a regular coffee. It took some time to arrive, assuming because the Latte took time to make. When asked if we needed cream and sugar, we said yes. The server returned with tiny spoons and then disappeared. It took another 10 mins for the cream and sugar. The server gave us suggestions for entrees and we ordered. When our food arrived, the floor manager asked how everything was but we hadn't taken the first bite yet. The server returned to ask if we wanted another Latte. He never inquired about the coffee nor did he offer to refill it. For the entire service, the regular coffee was never refilled. I had the avocado toast, which was just ok. I was told the egg would be lightly scrambled and I agreed but I should have had it poached. The runny yolk would have helped the hard crust of the toast. The floor manager removed our dishes and the server only returned to ask if we wanted dessert. Highly doubtful I will return with so many more options in the area. Ok, bye.

Lovely location that's beautifully decorated with an indoor/outdoor space. No issue parking in adjacent garage, but I'm sure it gets busy at peak times. I enjoyed the chorizo tacos. Although, the portion seemed small considering there is no side dish served with this. (Comes with 3 tacos). I will say that I was pleasantly surprised with how big their brunch menu is. They have a little bit of everything from avocado toast to pancakes to sandwiches. The service left a little to be desired. It seemed very slow even though we arrived not long after they opened and things were fairly quiet. It took a while to get requested items like creamer, receive our food and have our plates cleared.

Ehhh.... That's how I feel about this place. Just "ehh." I was so excited to try something new in my backyard but their summer seasonal menu lacks enough items to be enthused over. We started the hummus plate app-- arrived dripping with oil (even the bread is saturated) and the green & grainy hummus was just a fail. Somebody should have tested that menu item before adding it to the menu. Our whole group passed on it after a bite. Cesar salad- Sparked a manhunt for the lettuce hidden under a liter of dressing. Salmon Tacos- zero flavor. I asked for the salt shaker to help the cause. Also, the purple tortillas were soft in the middle, and stale all around the outer edges so the bite of food was off putting just chewing a semi-hard tortilla. If I could rate the staff and manager separate from the food though? Five stars. They were friendly & attentive.

Server Álvaro is an actual SAINT at Saint & Second! I want to start by clarifying that I went to S&S yesterday afternoon ready to cry major boo-hoo tears to my two besties, without much of an appetite. Instead, I ended up with a full belly and side cramps from laughing along with our awesome server, Alvaro. The Man. The Myth. The Legend that he is! Small Backstory: Last Friday I lost my job of almost 25 years in public education due to a complicated work accident (my back was broken & I now have screws in my spine) and I planned to whine to my best friends into a cocktail or two, and get out plenty of Kim Kardashian ugly-cry faces until it would be time to go home. Enter ALVARO! This kind man had the nerve to be polite to us! The nerve! LOL. He greeted us with a warm smile while my cold heart was practically making it snow. He explained all portions of the breathtaking menu when I had planed to eat my sadness. He even had the GALL to say if we wanted something not on the menu that he would see what he could do to make it happen! Here I was, ready to drink Unicorn Tears, and he was cheering me up! WHAT THE??! LOL The three is us started with the MEZZE PLATE. And OH LORD! I think we ate the print off of the plates while trying to get to the last crumb. We polished off a whole extra serving of cucumber slices in the process, by the way, and I'm not embarrassed to say that. The Turkish honey-sweetened labne was such a party in our mouths! Make of that what you will. Each of us got a dinner entre, with mine being the S&S Fish and Chips. I loved that the fillet was not overly battered and the chips had an almost double-Belgium fried taste going on. I couldn't help but swipe several spoons worth of aged-cheddar grits off a friend's seared pork chop plate. Now THOSE were some butter-heaven sent grits! My drink, that kept shooting partially through my nostrils from laughter, was a classic margarita on the rocks. No margaritas were injured/harmed in the process of my belly laughter. At some point towards the end of our night, a patron of the mall next door pulled the site-wide fire alarm, ringing through the whole location for everyone to use caution and head to the closest exit. If you grew up like my friends and I, you don't follow that suggestion unless you're trying to run out on the bill like a jerk. Bless be to Alvaro, he stopped by our table several times to apologize about the noise and flashing lights and explained the fire department was working on it. I explained that the Hood Cricket sound didn't bother us and we were happy to wait out the alarm. So not only did Alvaro provide us with excellent service, an outstanding meal, and generous smiles, but he also made sure that we felt SEEN. And THAT is what made the whole evening worth it. No sadness or cringey tears about a lost job were needed. It ends up all we needed was a server named Alvaro at Saint & Second to make my spirits feel high again. Pricing is a bit high but was totally worth it! Patrons were dressed business casual. Sound level, not counting the hood cricket, was mid and conversation was easy to have. Several televisions were playing different stations but no captions were provided. There is handicap parking available in the parking garage located just outside the front door of the establishment and no stairs or elevators are needed to enter. There are several entrances/exits to the available outdoor seating area and outdoor heaters are available. Glances around showed me that every patron I saw was tucking into their plates with smiles and were enjoying themselves. I have already made plans to return to S&S in another two weeks because it was indeed THAT GOOD! And for those fine diners that are wondering, "But what is a Hood Cricket?" An HC is a chirping fire-alarm that some of us are able to tune out with ease. You're welcome!

I thought the vegetarian options were decent We got a ton of appetizers. The mezze plate was good with three dips and pita The avocado hummus was ok. It tasted a little odd The truffle Mac and cheese was great too and the Asian salad was delicious The Asian salad came with some crispy noodles on top and had mandarin oranges in a tasty dressing I got the quinoa bowl - it tasted very healthy and was packed with super foods. It was a little under seasoned though I for Fries on the side too. I wish they were cooked a little more well done. They were a little pale overly salty and had gotten cold. I still ate all of them because the tasted so good The servers were really good and attentive Had an oat milk decaf latte at the end which was great as well!!

JOEY had a bit of a wait so I saw Saint & Second across the way with no wait. So our group shifted to Saint & Second.... Good decision! They have indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bar area. They also have a private room that seats 12 people (lunch hour you have to spend $750 and dinner is $1200). If you arrive just before dinner, there's no wait but as it got closer to 6/7pm, the crowd grew. Regina was our waitress and she was outstanding! We had a party of 9 (plus a baby) and she was very attentive. She made some good menu suggestions for drinks. I'm usually a cognac drinker but since they didn't have cognac I went with the cranberry spritz (refreshing gin drink). As for the meal, I had Cesar salad and dinner rolls..... best dinner rolls in America.... I'm convinced. Served warm with truffle butter, soft and fresh. So delicious we ordered a few! My friend said the pork chops are absolutely delicious and 2 others recommend the fish and chips. Since it's located in the village Mall, the closest parking would be the south village parking structure. I can't wait to go back and try some other menu options.

Made a reservation here for a brunch with friends. Online reservation was easy. Upon arrival we were seated right away if not early, our party of four trickled in slowly but they still let us sit down. Service was attentive and helpful. We got our drinks first followed by food order. I got the shakshuka which was very good and full of flavor. There is a slight spicy kick to it. The food came out quickly and they had our waters filled frequently. Overall my friends enjoyed their brunch meals and we had a great time catching up and didn't feel rushed to leave at all. It's located in an outdoor mall space and we were able to continue our hang out in the common areas afterward. Parking was easy too especially in the morning hours.

Service is great. However, the lasagna lacked flavor. The drinks were also just ALRIGHT. I'm a sucker for great service and Javier was very nice, quick and thorough. The wedge salad hit the spot. The ribs were also good. The place is very nice. We had the lasagna. I guess it just wasn't for me. Ample parking. Place gets packed. Servers, restaurant and restrooms are super clean.

This is a new restaurant within this complex that is host to many shops and restaurant. Given all the establishments in this shopping mall, these places gets super busy, especially on the weekends and nice evenings. Parking can be tight...there is a garage parking lot. And parking outside of the lot as well. Best to come early to this restaurant on the weekends and nice evenings. The restaurant is hot as new. Most of the restaurant is bar seating which is indoors and outdoors. Some seats are around the bar and some high boy tables. There are seats on the patio area, including a couch space. Inside there are some tables, best to make reservations for the tables as limited. The restaurant also features a private dining area. The restaurant has an extensive drink menu. The drink menu features a long list of wines, cocktails and beers. Plus, the restaurant has a small happy hour which features a couple of cocktails, wines, beers and some appetizers. We had a couple of appetizers and then moved onto the regular menu. We settled on a 26-dollar hamburger and steak. Hamburger was solid in taste although a bit pricey. The steak was perfectly cooked! Better prepared than a recent steak that I had ruth chris which is supposed to be known for their steaks. My only gripe- was that they seemed a little overwhelmed with the crowd. Even though we were at the bar, it was hard to get service. And given how loud the bar area is and how far we are away from servers it's hard to get their attention. When you are paying big bucks, you want excellent service!

There are places that grow on you, Saint Second certainly is one of them. We have been here several times and every time we are back we find something different in their menu... today in our return we find two new items: I had the Lasagna Bianca... a pleasure well done pasta with an unexpected white cream simply delicious... my wife had the Smoked Glazed Pork Chop!!! Perfectly grilled in a mirror of pure and arugula with tomato and walnuts... that's creative... !! Martinis were prepared with love and my wife's Cosmo was a beautiful creation by our bartender Shanon excellent service at the bar... and the venue !! elegant, modern and relaxed, just what you need at the end of a hard work week... don't miss this place that it's managed by Javier Torres that greets you every time you are in... We love it!!!

One thing to keep in mind: it can get pretty windy up there since you're close to the airport, so bring a light jacket or dress accordingly. The highlight of the night was definitely the drinks. We asked for something fun, and the manager surprised us with a couple of off-menu cocktails that were creative, delicious, and honestly the coolest drinks we've had in a while. They were pricey, but the presentation and quality made them worth trying. Unfortunately, the service took a turn after that. The manager disappeared for what I assume was a break, leaving a single server to cover the entire rooftop. We completely understand that things happen and it wasn't the server's fault, but we ended up waiting around an hour to an hour and a half without anyone checking on us. We wanted to order another round of drinks, but the server was constantly rushing past trying to keep up with everyone else. Eventually, we gave up, walked to the bar ourselves, paid our tab, and left. Flora has a great atmosphere, beautiful views, and some genuinely impressive cocktails. If they can improve the staffing during busy hours, this place would easily earn a higher rating from me.

The Strand House offers good food, goodservice, and amazing views and vibes at reasonable, but upscale prices. We came with my family for an early dinner on a Sunday afternoon. Off the lunch menu we had the Italian panini ($29), which was a surprisingly complex sandwich with mortadella, salami, onions, lettuce, fresh Marzano tomatoes, and many other vegetables. It was served with an exceptional set of fries, which had a great amount of garlic and the perfect blend of crisp on the outside and softness on the inside, along with tangy ketchup. The children got the pasta bolognese ($14), which was a standard bolognese, although the pasta was a little overcooked. We also got a child salmon ($21), a surprisingly generous piece of fish, well cooked with a somewhat crispy exterior and soft interior alongside broccolini and whipped mashed potatoes. The service was decent - our server collected our order, checked on us appropriately, and generally took care of us throughout our visit. As the pictures suggest, the interior is quite upscale, scattered across three floors with a view overlooking the main road and the beach itself. This led to an excellent, breezy atmosphere and spectacular views, perfect for a hot day. Prices are a little on the elevated side, but not excessive, given the highly popular location of this restaurant and excellent views.
