I really didn't like this place food seemed so dry and my entire family got sick after eating at this place.

Ordered one of their signature entrees, the New Orleans Seafood. Outstanding, the best tilapia I've ever had from a chain/inland restaurant. They were slammed and still we had quick service from (I shoulda got his name!). Most impressive and while I just can't 5-Yelp a chain, I wish I could give them a 4.5 on that tilapia alone and am figuring out a way to con them out of that seasoning blend recipe. This particular Ruby Tuesdays is located in the hotel ghetto near the Denver Airport.I 'd never been in an RT but its presence in this area is welcome.I didn't eat here but I wanted a cocktail and RT delivered beautifully.Also I must say the restaurant is very attractive.I might even eat here some day. read more

Salad bar is pretty pathetic these days. There is your basic lettuce and veggies and about 12 dressings. The other salads are all crap, loaded with mayo and not homemade at all and all looking quite the same. No fruit anymore, nothing and it's not worth $8.99 on it's own. For a buck more, you can get a real meal and salad bar is also included, but the food isn't good at this chain, so I opted for just the salad bar. Luckily, if you sit at the bar for lunch you get $2 off and that is about what this salad bar is worth at $6.99. Also, the grumpy bartender informed me that I have to "request" those cheddar biscuits because I sat at the bar. So, if you sit at a table, it's automatic, but not at the bar? What fool made this policy up - she babbled something about being too busy or something, but that didn't stop the dude next to me from self serving himself to about 9 biscuits while nobody was looking. Just give us your biscuits - it is the best thing your chain has to offer. I did manage to wrangle four out of her, but she was treating the things like gold. Very comical. read more

I ordered a meal for delivery as I was traveling with a pet. They were very quick and the meal arrived hot and fresh. This was the first time I had eaten at a Ruby Tuesday's and I was hesitant to order based on the reviews but I'm glad I did. The meal looks very plain in the Styrofoam packaging but I was expecting that so wasn't worried. I would recommend the delivery service (I stayed at the La Quinta next door). read more

I am placing this review to counter the bad reviews we read. We called in a take-out order for a hamburger and a chicken sandwich. We were told it would be ready in 20 - 25 minutes. It was ready when we arrived (on time), hot, and delicious. The restaurant was quite crowded, so I can see why some people had to wait. We had a good experience. read more

Do not visit this Ruby Tuesday! Our waitress was great! The food was terrible! Our burgers were cold and rubbery... French fries were cold vacation part two. After waiting 20 more minutes and no food, the manager was clueless when she approached our table. She mentioned that our food was still not up because they had takeout orders to fill. Hubby and I were staying at a hotel nearby before our flight the next morning. Greeted at the door right away but decided to sit at the bar top. Had the pleasure of meeting our bartender, Cayla. Very nice gal!!! She took very good care of us and so easy to talk with. She's a keeper!! We shared the Double Decker Chicken, YUM!!!! This is a dish to share unless you have a big appetite. It would be nice to have the option of half the portion, for the smaller appetite. Your beer/wine prices are a bit high though. Box wine at $8, REALLY!!! Don't do it! Do not eat here! We came for lunch and waited 40 minutes for the simplest meals! Manager didn't even care to come over and apologize or offer a discount after we complained. The server could have cared less as well. The food was soggy and greasy and just over all pretty bad, we didn't finish our meals. I suggest this place gets a better kitchen staff and a manager that acts like a manager instead of just wandering aimlessly about the restaurant. read more

Went here waiting for a buddy to get in from the airport. Usually when you hit up a chain place like this, they are all going to be the same. Wrong. This place has the greatest salad bar you can get at a chain restaurant. However, at this point in time it was awful. I am not sure if it is because this is out near the airport so they dont have to worry about repeat customers or what. The lettuce was wilted, no croutons, no regular ranch (just fat free). Also our waitress was very slow and didn't really seem to care at all about what anyone thought. One guy went and asked for croutons three times and they never brought them out. Crazy. read more

The restaurant service is very poor from hostess, waiters, and managers... they were busy but staff seemed annoyed to be there... they don't refill drinks unless asked and seem to rush your order.. only reason they got 2 stars is for slow service manager sent over an appetizer... This was a late night pleasant experience. I had the shrimp and it was good, my wife had the huge salad bar and she was pleased (always an important component), and the kiddos had mac 'n cheese and were happy with it. This location will take airline vouchers, which was how we got there as our hotel was right next door. Overall, it was a good meal. read more

Our experience for dinner was saved by our waitress, Amber. She was friendly, attentive, and apologized when things were slow (and they were slow). Our food was good but we witnessed a lot of unsanitary practices by employees wearing "gloves." Well after over 5 hours worth of layovers, lost luggage, and a girlfriend who's birthday vacation took a bad turn after a delay flight we decided this place was close enough to walk to to just get something, anything after not eating all day. We were seated quick as the place was almost empty. My view of the window where the food came threw I noticed how the servers were dumping the food on the plate out of microwave bags, I told my girl let's get something to just hold us over. Something small. She gets soup and salad and I get a "lite portion" of chicken and rice. And 2 beers. Soup comes out cold. Bowl is hot, soup is stone cold.... send it back and our waiter says there are new guys back there I'm not surprised. Ha. All while the servers are talking about chewing gum and going to smoke cigarettes. Food comes out. Salad is brown on the lettuce tips. Chicken came out with an extra patty. Made no since as it's a lite meal. Beers were warm. Cold soup and warm beers. I sit here and praise my girl for holding it together all day, we lost our appetites my stomach hurt from the whole situation, Please avoid. There is a serious problem here. read more

The chicken fresco was good but the service was horrible I sat at the bar for 5 minutes before I could get a drink and the bar was not busy I had to order my water 3 times and it did not come until my meal was half done I requested my silverware set up 3 times twice after the meal was delivered and getting cold. Went here with wife and mother in law. Had the salad bar. Most the bar was fresh. Some items looked like they were old items and they put them out during the lunch hoping someone would eat them. Not the best salad bar for the chain but would do in a pinch. read more

I have to say overall just Ok, the Wait staff is very nice and pleasant. The salad bar was clean and fresh, off to a good start... Then the meal came and it was less than impressive. I ordered the trio with Lobster, shrimp scampi and Creole Tilapia and side of steamed broccoli. They gave me Zucchini (burnt), and the Lobster (no more than was there) was over done, shrimp was good and Fish was good, just not prepared well. Customer doesn't come first here. I travel to town for my work regularly for training and stay at a hotel next door so we frequent the place or used to. Tonight I ordered the new chicken and biscuits dish which was good but VERY dry, I asked the (very nice) waitress for extra gravy, she came back and politely said it is rationed for the dish and they don't offer extra, really?? I tried to keep eating and couldn't as it was too dry so I told her I'd pay for extra. She came back and gave me a cheese sauce and said their wasn't a purchase option either, wtf? Freaking joke so I didn't eat the dinner. The waitress was the best we've ever had there so not her fault but this place is way to proud of their biscuit gravy and don't care about customer requests so we'll goto other restaurants near the hotel starting tomorrow read more

Ordered take out on 10 24 2016 not such such a ruby take out meal though. My wife and I ordered, I ordered a Carolina salad and a side of fries. Which they forgot the fries but put ketchup in the bag after we asked them to, not knowing there was a cup of ketchup in there already. The fries were on the ticket but not in the bag when we got back to the hotel. The best part of my salad was finding a big portion of a plastic bag "yum" and my wife ordered a side Ceasar salad with a broccoli cheese soup "way too salty soup".. and we ate our salad with a spoon and one fork after asking if the plastic ware was in the bag. I gave up on my salad after the plastic was found. No idea why this location is still around after now just looking further into reviews. Please train your staff again or get some new management that will actually manage the right way according to health and safety standards... read more

For it being a chain restaurant , the service was great and fast. Our server was friendly and attentive to our table. The food was pretty good. They had a full salad bar option which was nice alternative to the burger. Good happy hour specials. Was hesitant at first with all the negative reviews but it was the only place really nearby our hotel that was walking distance. I don't really eat at chains but would try Ruby Tuesday again. read more

Last chance for Ruby Tuesday in my book.....new menu is over-priced and way less food, not very appetizing either. Ordered Shellfish Trio, included one crab cake, one small lobster tail, 3 shrimp on skewers for about $24. Seafood was over-cooked, somewhat cold, and very SMALL portions for the price. Not much flavor, and the wait for food was very long...on a "not busy" night.....the wait staff was scarce, rarely checked on us. We've tried this Ruby Tuesday a few times, with months in between, and this visit is the LAST....we won't be going there again. Used to be a great restaurant, reasonably priced portions....new menu is lacking and not so great. read more

Hard to find a real salad bar anywhere so we definitely stop in every few months. That said, I would not visit for anything else. Tried burgers, platters, etc., just not that great. Sat at the bar for dinner. Felt invisible as bartenders were clearly slammed and avoided eye contact at every turn. Took over an hour to get a simple burger. The biscuits are tasty, but there are very few choices for vegetarians. The spaghetti squash was watery and overcooked. The salad bar is generally a good choice but at 10:00 on Sunday evening many of the dishes were either very picked over or nearly empty. The salads were also not marked with names so if was difficult to tell if they contained meat. It's an ok choice when you need a meal after a flight to DIA. read more
