I never thought I'd say it, but Culver's ButterBurger has officially overtaken In-N-Out for me. The cheese melted beautifully, and every ingredient tasted fresh and well-balanced. What really sets Culver's apart is consistency and overall flavor. While In-N-Out has a loyal following and delivers a solid burger, Culver's feels more substantial and satisfying. I was really disappointed with my experience. We ordered two Concrete Mixers through DoorDash, and while I understand delivery times can vary, the issue was entirely with the restaurant, not the driver. Our order took a long time because Culver's sent us a message through DoorDash saying our order was made incorrectly and would be remade at no charge. While I appreciated them acknowledging the mistake, it significantly increased the wait time. Unfortunately, after waiting even longer for the remake, our order still arrived incorrect. Mistakes happen, but it's frustrating to wait extra time for a remake only for it to still be wrong. I hope Culver's improves their quality control, especially for delivery orders. read more

Guess one of those regional chain burger joints. The thing stands out about this burger chain is the butter buns and the frozen custard. They have whole freezer section that can bet pint of favorite flavor. I ended up going with Double Bacon Deluxe with fries combo. It reminded me of In-N-Out little bit. The patty thin not as thin concept same. Admit I enjoy the bun different than most burger mass chains or not. The bacon and cheese perfect balance. Fries were good. Overall tasty burger and fries. I should have tried the frozen custard but had no room. If in Denver area and see Culver's. If never been should go. Good stuff! read more

Well this place is new so obviously it's going to be really busy and slow service. I was really taken back by the prices for dinner vs regular size. The outside is very clean and they have cute seating areas. This place also has EV 4 chargers via charge point but they are not hooked up yet. Staff said it will be working soon. Customer service 5 star! Inside cleanliness and ambiance 5 star! Food 3 star! Haven't ever been to a Culver's before so didn't have any expectations, but I have heard positive things. Inside this place is super clean and the bathrooms were also spic and span clean. Everywhere was so clean so very nice job! Service was really amazing and you can tell this is a company culture. Food however was just another burger while it was elevated the burger was so overcooked the flavor was gone. The highlight was the onion rings they were very tasty. I would come back and try again but with a burger, rings and a drink it was almost $20! Pretty steep for lunch so maybe not. read more

Service is really good here. They take your order, deliver to your table, then offer sauces to complement your meal. The sauces were very tasty. Place is very nice and clean. Love that they have Diet beer. I had the Ruben and the sourdough double cheese burger. Both were very good. I'd rate them both 8.5/10. My friend has the double cheeseburger and he gave it a 6/10. First, the managers are wonderful. They are very organized and professional. They definitely know what they're doing and were trained phenomenally. The other staff however could do with some more training and listening skills and honestly just some common sense in general. While we waited for our order, we went to get our drinks only to see that the lids were out; we tell one of the girls standing at the register and she looks at us with a blank stare as is like "They're at the fountain actually" We repeat ourselves, "The lid dispenser is empty, there is no more lids" again the girl just stares at us as if she has no brain in her head and the third time we tell her the lids are empty the manager comes up and tells her AGAIN "They said the dispenser is empty, so go grab a new stack and refill them" That's when it clicks and she giggles and is all "Oh!!!!! Okay" it took her a solid 5 minutes to find the lids and then she places them on the counter instead of handing them to us before going to refill the dispenser. I feel bad for the managers because they appear stressed about the incompetent staff they have to manage. The cooks weren't listening to them and arguing with them and rolling their eyes, the cashiers were doing anything but providing full attention service and a few other people were just kind of standing around looking busy. Train your staff better and give your managers raises. Especially the taller male that wears the blue and silver earrings: he did an amazing job but looked stressed by the stupidity of the other staff. He definitely deserves compensation. read more

Drive should not take 15 mins for the food at any location! No matter where in the metro, 15 mins seems to be the norm.

Always slow service in drive thru even with low customer volume. Management clearly needs to supervise service levels with employees better.

Was very disappointed ... been going to Culver's for a couple of years ... not once did they tell me that their ranch cost 60 cents extra ... now I've been ordering 2 because the size of their large onion rings... I've been charged $1.20 more for their ranch dressing in my order ...won't being going back their ever again...that's gouging your customer... and there's many companies these days that doesn't gouge their customer... l'll go there read more
