I went here because my flight as canceled and I ended up in a hotel in walking distance that told me they would take my meal voucher from the airline. It was Sunday night after 9pm and they were busy. A good sign. I sat in a comfortable booth and my waitress was nice and provided good service. I ordered a double patty hamburger with lettuce, red onions and tomato with fries. The hamburger was tasty with fresh toppings. Unfortunately, the fries were overcooked, hard and lots of undesirable pieces. Overall, my experience was better than expected based on the low reviews and my prior experience at this chain restaurant.

Wonderful place! The salad bar is awesome! It brought back fond memories of when restaurants in Kalifornia used to have all you can eat salad bars. A long time ago...... The lettuce was crispy and fresh and the toppings were numerous and tasty! Highly recommend the salad bar! I had the blackened tilapia and it was good. Perfectly spiced and served with rice and fried zucchini. Very yummy! The server was super friendly and always checking in on me. Excellent service! People were really friendly. The restaurant is very nice to just sit and enjoy the day! Great place and hope to be back soon!

Im so glad they brought salad bars back after covid. Their salad bar is epic. The proof is in the picture

We arrived at Ruby Tuesday for dinner on a Saturday evening & decided to try their Endless Garden Bar. I find it harder & harder these days to find a salad bar so I was happy that Ruby Tuesday still had one & it was good! We were seated right away, both the host & wait staff were very friendly & introduced themselves. Note, the plastic table cloth & seats had numerous tears in them & I thought the music was a little too loud. Lots of parking here at this location. For $13.49 this was an unlimited trip salad bar, we added Potato Cheese Soup for an additional $3. The soup was delicious & it had lots of cheese. Those interested in having salad more often can sign up for the new Garden Bar Pass, that amounts to under $2 a day! The salad bar was very fresh & the staff constantly kept the area clean & replaced low items. It was however difficult to reach some of the items in the back. The salad bar had several different types of greens with lots of toppings & many salad dressing options too. I especially liked that they had diced hard boiled eggs, broccoli salad & a corn salad...all yummy! I would have liked to have seen more fruit. There were only three choices - grapes, mandarin oranges & dried cranberries. Overall, a great price for a satisfying meal!

The server (bartender) was amazing! Professional and very friendly. It's the amount of soup for the money that I'm disappointed with. $6 something, over $7 including tip and the container is half full.

Well... the good. They still have a salad bar!!! Yes friends, the Salad bar you have known and possibly loved still exists in these 4 walls. It's been a bit of a hotspot for me as of late when doing airport runs. Stop off for a bite before drop off or after pick up to waste time or wait out a little traffic after a long day in the air. Burgers are pretty solid. I must admit I have little else most visits. On this particular visit I thought I would try something off the Summer BBQ Menu. I went with the Bbq Burnt Ends. There was an appatizer and a meal portion so I thought. They advertised both. Turns out.. the Appatizer portion and the meal portion are exactlly the same size. So if ya get the meal you are paying a whopping 5.00 + for a side of fries that's normally 3.99 on their sides menu. So now on to the Burnt Ends.. First off... Not a burnt end at all. It's more of their pork chop cut into peices, covered in bbq sauce and thrown under the salamander for a few moments. They should have just been named BBQ Pork Bites. They were okay, a little tough but the flavor of the bbq sauce was decent. Not something I would order again. Going forward I will just stick to a burger and salad bar here.

Boneless wings were served uncooked and raw. Manager came out and blamed the waiter for bringing out the wrong food. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I purchased a Garden Bar Pass. Unlimited trips to the salad bar. $39 for 30 days, or $100 for 3 months. It's close to work and I need more greens, so the deal is convenient. Service is ok. Happy hour starts at 4pm. Good but not great salad bar. Great value for what you get by purchasing the Garden Bar pass.

I called Dions and let them know the situation. The manager informed me to place my order again and they would get it sent out right away and refund me for my previous order. I messaged the new driver, letting him know there was traffic and to maybe take a different route. Unfortunately, he did not get the message in time and ended up being stuck in the same traffic and had to do the same thing... cancel my order. I called Dions, not upset with the situation because life happens! I just wanted to make sure that I would get refunded for both orders. The manager was extremely apologetic and told me she was going to send one of her employees to personally deliver my food. I insisted that it was totally fine and she didn't have to do that but she was adamant and said they would be leaving soon! The employee arrived with my food within 15 minutes and she was so kind. This is absolutely going above and beyond and I am truly grateful for that!! I will 1 million percent return and recommend everyone to this location!!! Well done, Dions!!! There is a viewing platform where kids can watch the cooks preparing pizzas, and from the dining area, you can see the full kitchen and the coordinated movements of the team as they prepare pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. You order at a counter, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Since it was our first visit, we asked for recommendations, and they were happy to oblige. We ended up ordering the Napoli pizza on the original hand-stretched crust. I ordered the lemonade, which turned out to be an outstanding recipe. I'd dare say it might give Chick-fil-A a run for its money as my favorite lemonade. The pizzas take about 18-20 minutes to prepare, so plan accordingly. Knowing that everything is made fresh and seeing just how busy the restaurant was, I was completely fine with the wait. The kitchen is well-staffed, and everyone is clearly working hard, so you can tell they're moving as quickly as possible without cutting corners. , The pizza itself was excellent, generously topped, with a great balance of cheese that complemented rather than overwhelmed the other ingredients. The crust was the perfect thickness with a wonderful flavor. I actually found myself looking forward to eating the outer edges as I finished each slice.

Ordered 2 meatballs to accompany my dish and they were more mealy than firm. Would not order them again. My friend ordered the steak and cheese (which was almost $30) and was surprised when it came out as the steak was not shredded or sliced but an entire filet which made the price point make a little more sense. The bun was not the expected Italian bread roll/loaf but something else entirely that felt grocery store bought. Additionally, the sandwich arrived soggy so basically my friend had a steak (sans bread) with mozzarella and canned mushrooms on it but certainly not the expected Philly-style steak and cheese. The service once seated was pretty good. Would go back given the same set of circumstances but would steer clear of anything not pasta related.
