Finally got to check out NADC burger in Larimer Square last night. It is easily the most casual restaurant on the block and was relatively empty on a Friday night. We placed our orders at the cash register, and took a table for a relatively short wait to get our food. NADC has a limited menu, an approach that makes sense in a burger joint IMO, and I got the namesake (double) burger, an order of fries and a beer. It was $30 for that, and honestly I don't have much of a quibble with that these days, though using disposable plastic cups doesn't help the ambiance or the environment. The smash burger had great seared lacey edges, and while it was melting and hot, my top bun was still cold to the touch. The fries were really crispy, and appeared to be coated/battered to achieve further effect. There was what seemed to be more burger sauce for dipping and something akin to ketchup + that was extra tangy and reminded me of Worcestershire sauce. All in all it was good, but exceptionally one note, which I blame on an aggressive amount of salt and pepper. The pickled jalapeños, cheese and sauce didn't even register their flavor when I was eating it. And because the fries were likewise salty and there was not a typical sweet ketchup pairing, they did not help the situation. A couple of my friends enjoyed their burgers more, but they also got singles which may have changed the balance some. Beyond that, we were told they didn't have a restroom that we could use, because it's apparently downstairs and the elevator was out of service. So it wasn't a particularly great place to hang out and we needed to go elsewhere to find facilities afterwards. I would put it at 3.5 stars overall; some room for improvement.

Delicious juicy (and a little greasy) and a nearly perfect burger! Relatively new to downtown, this skate style burger joint does not disappoint. The menu is limited which I love. They have a burger a kids burger, fries, a bar, and cookies. My husband and I both got the burger and we split some "beast fries". The Waygu beef Pattie's were melt in your mouth delicious. The "beast mode" fries were overly salty and the hard blob of cheese just didn't make any sense. Had they just been drenched in that secret sauce that would have been enough for me. Small minimalistic space. Service was quick and friendly
Pretty decent cheeseburger . I'm not sure I would go back for more though as I think the price is rather steep for a very simple burger. Fries were ok. I disliked their ketchup ( chipotle) . They should have regular ketchup as well . Soda was not to my liking. Service was friendly. Place is casual .
Casual place to visit. Head to the back of the restaurant and order your food. Limited menu, but this is the place to go to for a great burger and fries!
I love that they sell colorado cola here ... it's so refreshing going to places that have something different rather than coke or Pepsi products. The burgers are pretty tasty as well. I love that it's conveniently located on Larimer street. It's a nice pit stop in between events in the area or going here before or after a show at comedy works and stuff like that. It's a small menu but they make what they know and do a good job with those items. There's plenty of spots to sit inside or grab your food and go and hang out on Larimer! People here are always friendly and helpful as well!
Looking for a good burger joint? Try NADC. it's a wagyu smashburger, juicy, good bun, pickles and cheese. I ordered the kid's burger, single pattie, and it was perfect for me. If you're very hungry, get the regular which is a double pattie. Fries are fresh and crispy. They looked like they were double fried which make them extra crunchy, but tender in the middle. The dipping sauces are a spicy ketchup or what might be their version of ketchup mayo. We grabbed some burgers after a comedy show. It was Thursday night, and only a few customers. Although a few groups came in after we got our food. The space is railroad style with the kitchen at the very back. You've got to ride an elevator down a level to get to the bathroom. The service is quick and friendly. Order at the counter and pick up at the front too. Enjoy!

Prices are a bit steep at $16 a burger that doesn't include fries. Nice people working here though, everyone I spoke with was friendly. It's a clean space with a good amount of indoor and outdoor seats.
Great late night burger joint. Came after a show downtown as they were open late. If you're a fan of the thin super tasty burgers you'll love this place. Nice contemporary interior, menu is simple, and food tastes great. It's a little pricey but good quality meat and sides seemed comparable to the price point.
$76.00 for two marginal burgers, one order of fries, a draught beer and a cocktail in plastic cups? Really? I would have a better meal at In-n-Out. Three times. And still have change. Big letdown. Larimer Square rents must be brutal.
I love the simple concept and have been wanting to try this place for ages. Finally made it before our DCPA show. The location is great, the vibe simple and cool building, and I hate to say this it was an underwhelming experience. While the burger was fresh, overall it was meh. Not a lot of flavor on a stale bun. The fries were cold. They sit in the counter while the chef finishes getting the burgers ready and too much time passes for hot fresh fries. I think if I was coming from the bars and needed some subsistence, this would definitely do the trick, but there are better affordable local burgers out there worth the time and money.
On a sunday afternoon, there was plenty of seating. You approach the counter, order, then find a spot. They'll call your name out when it's ready. I got a cheeseburger as that's kind of their main focus! What can I say besides...it was delicious yet so simple. Texture of the ground patties, American cheese melted over, crunch of the pickle and jalapeño...soft bun.. it just went so well together. I would recommend this burger shop for sure for anyone craving simply a tasty cheeseburger.

Our group visited on a Sunday afternoon, they were virtually empty around 3 pm which was good for us. We had immediate service and food was ready within a few minutes. It is a small menu so be prepared as it's just burger and fries, which was fine for us. 2 burgers (a double NADC, a kids burger), 1 side of fries and 1 cocktail = roughly $45. That's not a cheap burger and Fries lunch ... without the cocktail it's about $30. Just something to keep in mind. Burgers were good, a little greasy, they allowed burger modifications to remove items but you can't items. Personally I wished they had the option to swap out cheeses but understand they want a limited menu at this restaurant for a reason. Fries were crispy and a good portion. Sadly this place just didn't hit all the marks for me based on price and options for me. Worth a try though as I like to visit new spots. read more

BIG FAN. The burger here was awesome. I've been wanting to try this spot for awhile and finally brought the entire family, and everyone loved it. Cookies and beef tallow fries are fabulous. The fries are probably the best fast casual fries I have had. Burger was very good, not exceptional but juicy and flavorful. Maybe could have used some jalepenos or more seasoning to kick up a notch. Local sodas a plus. Price point is at a premium for a fast casual lunch, however inKind payment brings it down to a fair price point. read more

Good burger, located in Larimer square this spot is a cool pregame burger spot. It's open late and is a cool space, littered with interesting art. You don't have much to choose from literally one type of burger, two types of fries, and one dessert, a cookie. For the basic burger and fries you're looking at $22ish dollars out the door... so I would say a little pricey for what you're getting. That being said, it tastes pretty good. The burgers are smash burger style no lettuce or tomato, the jalepenos are a nice touch but wish there were more of them. You order at the counter so there's not much to comment on in terms of service. On the edge if I would go back but it is certainly a nice concept. read more

I waited way too long to finally try Not a Damn Chance Burger (NADC), and I'll admit -- I was wrong for sleeping on it. The concept is simple: burgers, fries, and drinks. But the execution? Spot on. I had the NADC Burger, which is a double wagyu patty with American cheese, secret sauce, onions, pickles, and slightly tamed jalapeños. It was rich, indulgent, and perfectly seasoned -- one of those burgers that just makes you stop mid-bite and say "wow." We also tried the fries and the Beast Mode Fries, which came loaded with cheese, pickles, jalapeños, sauce, and seasoning. Both were solid, but that burger was the star of the show. While it might not be my #1 burger of all time, I loved it and I'm already planning on going back. If you're in Larimer Square and craving a wagyu smashburger done right, this is the place. read more

The smash burger was hands down, perfection! Very limited menu but what they have, they do well. I did miss the beast mode fries, missed it on the menu. Plenty of seating. I got there for a late lunch and it was great, quick service. The sauces, peppered ketchup and chipotle ketchup, were a great addition to the fries. Who knew ketchup could be so good! If you want a good burger, check this place out. They have video games if you want to hang out and play before or after you eat. They do also have some beer selection and a few cocktails which I was not expecting. Cool place, good food, def go again! read more

Overall rating: 4.5/5 Located in Larimer Square, NADC provides a really chill vibe where you can grab a good quality smash burger. I was drawn to this place based in its unique origin alone. We came around 11:45pm and the workers were really nice to still let us sit and eat. As it is in downtown, expect to park along the streets and walking over to the burger shop. There's literally one kind of burger on the menu, and the burger itself was really good. It was juicy and I loved the char and meaty flavor from the patties. With that said, one thing I noted was that it was leaning a bit rich and greasy towards the end of the meal. We ordered fries and highly recommend getting them in Beast Mode! Our order came out to be around over $30 for a burger, drink, and fries which is a bit steep for the price. Overall, I'd come back again but maybe not as often and would recommend people to check the place out if they haven't tried. read more

I have a new favorite burger place in Denver. You order at the front and then can take any seat inside. Turnover is fast so there were spots to sit. The menu is simple and no frills. I got the burger and beast mode fries and both were REALLY good. I would definitely get the fries beast mode every time but even just a plain fry was delicious. The price is definitely steep for just a burger and fries but because it was really good I can't wait to go back. read more
NADC Burger serves up the best burgers ever! The kids' burgers were perfect too. The menu is a bit limited and it's counter service, which is worth knowing, and the bathrooms are upstairs (a little odd), but the food more than makes up for it. Is NADC overhyped? Yes, it is. Do the original locations in Texas not even have 4 stars on Google? No, they don't. Is the food overpriced for what you get in volume? Yes, it it's. Does NADC still make a very good burger with high quality beef in a sk8r friendly environment that you should try if you're a burger enthusiast? Yes, it does. NADC has a very limited menu, and it's supposed to be that way. If you come here, you should get the NADC burger like it's designed. That's part of what you're paying for, the burger designed by a Michelin star chef. The fries are Bonchon-like, and food comes out pretty quick, so don't be worried about a long line. If you're in Larimer Square and you're curious what a fast food-style burger with Michelin DNA would be like, NADC is worth a visit. read more
Located in Downtown Denver in Larimer Square NADC is open late for great burgers and fries. There is only one burger on the menu, but it has two patties and all of the toppings you could want: cheese, jalapeños, and pickles! It is a great burger with awesome burger sauce to dip. I did find the prices to be a bit steep... one burger and one order of fries (no drink) was $26 after tip. You order at the counter and pick up the food when your name is called. The ingredient quality was high, but I'm not sure the serving justifies price for me. Nonetheless, it will definitely be a tasty treat after hanging out downtown. read more

Restaurant was empty during our visit, 8pm on a friday. There's a small skate shop inside. Order your food at the counter in the back and grab a table. Servers were kind, service was quick. Limited menu- burgers and fries. You want something else? Not a damn chance. But what they do, they do it well! Fries were incredible. Burger was great. When NADC Burger (Not A Damn Chance) opened at the tail end of 2024 I was thrilled. I heard rumblings of their Denver launch and to have something more casual in Larimer Square sounded like a big win to me. I was one of the first to try them when they opened (sometimes I get some perks!) and was immediately impressed. They only have two items on the menu. YES, I SAID TWO. One burger and one order of fries. #MicDrop When you have two items on the menu, you'd expect them to be exceptional. The first time I sunk my teeth into this burger the flavor jets were in full effect. The burgers are wagyu patties, which is completely insane for a burger joint. But insane sometimes translates to delicious. And for the price, I find it to be worth it. I'm not saying it's the perfect cheeseburger, but you can tell that was their intention. NADC Burger ($16) // Double patty of 100% full-blooded RC Ranch wagyu beef, American cheese, secret sauce, onions, pickles, slightly tamed jalapeños. Last night's burger was ooey gooey melty meaty and craveable. My only qualm was the bun that was over-toasted resulting in a more burnt bun, and nobody wants that with their burger. Beast Mode Fries ($8) // cheese, diced pickles & slightly tamed jalapeños, special sauce & seasoning. These. Are. Addicting. Skip the regular fries and order these. Great portion size for the price, you can split them unless you're coming straight from the gym. Cheesy and tangy, while the fries have the perfect texture. Also, they're fried in beef tallow! Props to being open late on a Monday night Downtown. We need more places to do this and though it wasn't busy I was grateful for an open dining room where we could sit and have a beer with our meal. They have a cool space and I hope this spot is here to stay for years. Kudos NADC for doing one thing and doing it damn well! read more

Really good burger spot! The fries were cooked perfectly. They were crispy on the outside and not soggy at all. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and the bun was just right. It's a great fast-casual restaurant, perfect for a quick bite to eat. The staff were nice and friendly. read more
