Full well-known this is a chain restaurant. We still really enjoy eating here. This particular location always has the happiest most courteous employees of any Outback we've ever been to. There's always a steady crowd here but never a long wait. The food is always cooked very well. They actually cook your steak how you requested. It has been a while since I visited an Outback and I was happily surprised what I've been missing. My Quality wood grilled steak was perfectly prepared. Melt in your mouth seasonings were spot on. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. The service was terrible, and our server was inattentive and did not seem to care about the customers. My food arrived cold, and the steak was one of the worst I have ever had. It was extremely tough, overcooked, and very difficult to eat. To make matters even worse, after I paid, they charged me $2.99 for a game that I never even played. They told me they would cancel that charge and process a new payment with the correct amount. When I asked if the money would be returned to my account, they assured me it would. However, two days later, I checked my bank account and discovered that I had been charged twice. I am extremely frustrated and have been trying to contact the restaurant to get my money refunded. Between the poor service, cold food, terrible steak, and billing issues, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. It's been awhile and I came here for dinner with my son's fiancé. The service was good and place was clean. As for the food, it wasn't all that great. I've been to other locations, but I wasn't too impressed with my dinner. My son's fiancé enjoyed hers very much. She had the salmon and I had the filet and lobster tail. My steak was real charred and a bit dry. I loved the size of my baked potato, but it needed more of the garnishing for such a big potato. I only ate the top half. I managed to get through about 75 percent of my steak with the creamy horseradish. The best part of my meal were the mozzarella sticks, baked potato soup, and the raspberry cheesecake. It's going to be a long while before I come back to this venue again. I already knew what I may be getting here, but maybe I'll have better luck in the future. And as always this was wonderful...a golden cooked onion - nice & crunchy with a spicy dipping sauce. Next, we had a Caesar Side Salad & a House Side Salad. Both were served in big bowls with fresh crisp greens. The Caesar had a great dressing & the House had a good variety of ingredients - cucumber, tomatoes, onions, cheese & croutons. The other side, was the Steakhouse Mac & Cheese & it came out with the entree. That could have been a meal in itself. Really cheesy & delicious. The Ribeye Steak with Coconut Shrimp was fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly, & the the star of the show were the Coconut Shrimp. The Shrimp were plump & very flavorful. The next entree was the Filet & Lobster Tail. Pleasantly surprised by my visit to outback I've only been a 1-2 times over 10 yrs maybe and I really wanted something simple like a wedge and grilled chicken. The place was busy and waitress was like the only one to 10-12 tables. She wasn't the most friendly and was kind of curt and took a few times asking if we needed something and still maybe got BUT the food was good and the pricing was good. We got the wedge and pork chop plate which comes with 2 center cut pork chops. They were well glazed and tasty. The green beans were good. The absolute worst service, food, and management I've ever experienced in my life. The restaurant was dead, there was our group of 5, and maybe 5 more people. Our service took forever and the food sucked. Then we all ordered signature cocktails because they're supposed to be 7 dollars. We got our checks and our drinks were $14 dollars a piece. When we asked management they said we ordered the wrong signature cocktails even though it's not printed anywhere that any of the signature cocktails are exempt.
