This place had fresh, tasty food. Large portion sizes for the price but I also might be skewed since I'm used to Bay Area CA prices. We were a large group of 16-17 folks and they were efficient. It's the type where you move down the line and each station does certain parts of the bowl, but it still moved pretty quick. Never heard of this place until I visited my cousin in Denver last weekend. I completely enjoyed my food. It was a tough choosing since I did not want to eat really heavy because I was running a 10k on Sunday morning. Literally the worst location in the franchise. My husband and I get cava like twice a week and are always disappointed by this one. Not very friendly staff, always order ahead and it always takes an extra 20 minutes after we get there for pick up, AFTER the time slot they provide. Never have enough of any of the food, and seems like the guy in charge always hides in the back when trouble arises. Would recommend every other cava before this one, and would never eat it again if this was my only location option. read more

CAVA is serving up some delicious & healthy Mediterranean dishes! We arrived on a Saturday night at around 7:45PM. Even tho the restaurant is open until 10PM most of the chairs were stacked on the tables, leaving know where to sit. Note, the Drive-thru is only for "Digital Pick-up" & it is clearly marked on the outside of the building. There is ample parking at this location. Service is buffet style, customers start at one end & pay at the other, the employees handle the food. The buffet was a little messy, especially the meat area. Everything is customizable - we ordered two Bowls & stayed with the ingredients in the description. The employee that assisted us was friendly & I appreciated that she wore gloves in preparing our Bowls. The Steak & Harissa Bowl was awesome, the steak was flavorful, it came with a tasty red pepper hummus, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, slaw, greens & brown rice. It was topped with a Harissa Vinaigrette, that packed a spicy punch. (Harissa is a hot pepper blend with spices & oil.) The Harissa Avocado Bowl was just as delicious - juicy chicken, feta cheese, roasted corn, rice, greens, avocado & a Harissa Vinaigrette. Worst location I've ever visited. There were at least 6 or 7 employees working, yet only one person was making bowls while the line stretched out the door. Most of the staff were gathered in the kitchen talking and laughing instead of helping customers. To make matters worse, they weren't even actively cooking while customers were waiting. The lack of urgency and teamwork made for a very frustrating experience. Chipotle would never! read more

It doesn't matter what CAVA you go to the food is always consistently good. The food tastes the same if you're eating in DC or Denver. The Tower location is one of the smaller locations , so if you go during the busy hours you might need to wait for a table if the weather isn't nice enough to eat on their patio. read more

A fantastic healthy option on Tower Road! Delicious fresh ingredients, really friendly staff, super clean- we are so happy to see this CAVA location open right by the airport! The falafel bowl was delicious and had a nice zip to it thanks to the skhug sauce (blended coriander, hot peppers, and garlic). Also had the spicy lamb + avocado bowl which was delicious! Overall price is comparable to Chipotle and you can walk away with a decent amount of leftovers since the portion sizes are good! Will be back. read more

Got the spicy lamb and avocado bowl. There was a good amount of everything although the lamb meatballs were a bit small, but enough over all, and the black lentils were very crunchy, undercooked which made the meal disappointing. I also got the Pineapple Apple drink which tasted extremely watered down, and unsweetened, no actual distinctive fruit flavors at all. Furthermore, the bowl comes with a boring quarter piece of wheat pita, yet the flavorful pita chips cost extra, as did the tazeki sauce. Lastly, for two meals, a drink, aside of tazeki and pita chips came to $40. I'd say for a fast food joint this is too pricey particularly for the mediocre presentation.The seating and parking are plentiful. The staff were slightly above average. read more

Idk what was going on but this was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever. Ive been to lots of CAVAs, this was my first time at this aurora location. I ordered the online drivethrough at 4:10pm for pickup at 5pm. I showed up to their empty parking lot at 5:10pm. I was the only person in line. I waited 10 minutes while at least 5 different employees walked back and forth, cleaning, pretending not to see me. I was really confused about that so I double-checked the time to make sure they weren't closing. They don't close til 10pm everyday. Finally, I get the attention of an employee who then rolls her eyes, and slowly approaches the window. I nicely say "hi, I have a pickup for (my name)." And With the most someone-just-pissed-in-my-cereal sigh ever, she responds "okay." And closes the window on me. Not a "let me check on that." Not a "I'll be right back." Just closes the window. I wait another 10 minutes. A guy comes to the window, "have you been helped yet?" I respond "not really, I have an order for (name.)" he nods, closes the window and comes back with a warm unsweet tea. Absolutely no ice. Like, not even melted ice. I start to wonder if this is the routine and it's my fault for not specifically asking for ice...like do you have to ask for ice now like you have to ask for forks? But I look at what I ordered and sure enough, I ordered ICED TEA. I decide not to push it because I feel ridiculous having to return my drink to ask for ice. Like...it should just have ice in it that's common sense. Even if you put the drink together 30 minutes ago and the ice melted. I worked in food service for 4 years. And that's why we didn't make the drinks until the customer arrived. After he hands me the warm no-iced tea, he says "we're working on that order for you." Closes the window and I wait another 7ish minutes. A different guy comes to the window, "have you been helped?" I respond "I think so? Someone said they were working on my food." He nods and closes the window. I wait ANOTHER 7minutes before the first guy comes back, hands me a bag with a big smile on his face "here you go." I just say thanks and drive off, just happy not to be waiting in line anymore...as the first person in line at an empty restaurant waiting 35 minutes for a Mediterranean salad that was supposed to be ready at 5pm and the order placed 45 minutes in advance but I digress. I get to a stop light, look in the bag the salad is lopped to the side, there was no lid on the salad and the dressing was spilling out all over the bottom of the bag. Mind you, I ordered the dressing on the side. I feel ridiculous writing this. But whatever. 2 stars because the food was still good. read more

Just came in for my 2nd time ever. Both ladies working tonight (11/29/24 just after 6 pm) at the food line and register were very kind! I'm still new to this so they were very helpful. I asked the one lady checking me out which dressing she recommended and she said Garlic and then described the others. I loved the garlic dressing! I got the Harissa Honey Chicken bowl, with basmati rice base, red pepper hummus, and regular hummus. I also avocado, cucumber , both tomato toppings, fire roasted corn, fiery broccoli and romaine. It's a bit expensive but decided to treat myself after a long work week. Very filling and they don't skimp! Great service, and very clean store. Small but has easy parking too. This location can really be a hit or miss. Especially evenings, the line will be out the door and the service is SLOW. Lack of service and sense of urgency. Very frustrating. Customer service needs to improve at this location. I went to this location since I was working in the area and have been obsessed with CAVA since I first tried it but my bowl/lunch was about to be ruined.. The girl serving me was still using one of the cards that listed the toppings, you'd think she'd get it right, right? Me too but she forgot 3-4 toppings, she covered it up and gave it to the cashier. I had to let the cashier know that there were missing toppings on it thankfully she was nice about it and didn't hesitate on adding them, since the other girl ran to the back to do something else, before I could mention it. As I left I saw her mean mugging me as if I committed a crime by asking the cashier to add the toppings. LOL smh read more

I love the idea of Cava, but the chain restaurants I have been to in Colorado are usually underwhelming. Went in on Sunday 3/16 for lunch $35 for two salads, not sure how that happened when the salads are $11.95. One of the salads had frozen lettuce that was stuck together with ice crystals, slimy and not edible. Ordered chicken, pretty sure I got lamb. Will not be back. read more

We just did an online order at this CAVA location in Aurora, CO, and although the drive through option is fantastic and convenient, beware and check that all your items are in the bag. We ordered a side of pita with one of our bowls and did not receive it. We also ordered a side of hummus and the container had literally a tablespoon of hummus and we paid $3.20 for that! read more
