A Mediterranean-style salad in a disposable bowl contains sliced cucumbers, green grapes, corn kernels, crumbled cheese, and crispy strips, all topped with a creamy dressing. The salad includes various fresh vegetables and cheese, with additional toppings like fried breadsticks or pita chips. The setting appears to be a casual dining environment with a wooden table, a drink, and some bread in the background.

It doesn't matter what CAVA you go to the food is always consistently good. The food tastes the same if you're eating in DC or Denver. The Tower location is one of the smaller locations , so if you go during the busy hours you might need to wait for a table if the weather isn't nice enough to eat on their patio.

Fresh options - The image shows a salad bar with fresh leafy greens in a large metal container, accompanied by several smaller containers holding various toppings and dressings, including mashed potatoes, hummus, and other spreads. Purple tongs are placed in each container for serving, and the setup is on a stainless steel counter, typical of a cafeteria or casual dining restaurant.

A fantastic healthy option on Tower Road! Delicious fresh ingredients, really friendly staff, super clean- we are so happy to see this CAVA location open right by the airport! The falafel bowl was delicious and had a nice zip to it thanks to the skhug sauce (blended coriander, hot peppers, and garlic). Also had the spicy lamb + avocado bowl which was delicious! Overall price is comparable to Chipotle and you can walk away with a decent amount of leftovers since the portion sizes are good! Will be back.

Photo shows the front of CAVA, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, with a parking lot in the foreground. Several cars are parked, including a black SUV and a sedan. There is a designated handicap parking space visible. The building has large glass windows and a sign displaying the name 'CAVA'. The sky is overcast with gray clouds, and some snow is present on the ground and around the parking area.

I was hoping for indoor seating and Just really didn't enjoy the food. Basically overpriced salads.

Half grains half greens - A takeout bowl contains a mixed salad with chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and creamy dressing. A plastic fork is inserted into the salad, and the bowl appears to be placed on a car seat or similar surface. The image is taken in a dimly lit environment, possibly inside a vehicle.

Good fresh food with easy pick up but they didn't give me my pita. Didn't realize until I got home. I guess I will have to check my bag before I pull away at the drive thru next time.

Pineapple Apple Mint, which was an udder disappointment as it tasted like watered down nothing. No distinctive fruit flavors.

Got the spicy lamb and avocado bowl. There was a good amount of everything although the lamb meatballs were a bit small, but enough over all, and the black lentils were very crunchy, undercooked which made the meal disappointing. I also got the Pineapple Apple drink which tasted extremely watered down, and unsweetened, no actual distinctive fruit flavors at all. Furthermore, the bowl comes with a boring quarter piece of wheat pita, yet the flavorful pita chips cost extra, as did the tazeki sauce. Lastly, for two meals, a drink, aside of tazeki and pita chips came to $40. I'd say for a fast food joint this is too pricey particularly for the mediocre presentation. The seating and parking are plentiful. The staff were slightly above average.

Mains Menu - A printed menu displays a selection of main dishes including braised lamb, spicy lamb meatballs, grilled chicken, grilled steak, roasted vegetables, and falafel. Each item includes a brief description, calorie count, and additional options or ingredients. The menu emphasizes customizable portions and dietary notes like vegan options.

The buffet allowed me to try everything - and it's nothing like what you're picturing. There was constantly warm, fresh pita to try the hummus, whipped feta and tabbouleh. There was constantly fresh fruit out with honey yogurt that was to die for. While there was a ton of meats and cheeses to try from, the star of the show was the falafel. You can't miss trying it, it was the best falafel I've ever had. The vibes were great for brunch, and I highly recommend going for buffet style if you want to try a bunch of things on the menu.

The restaurant has this nice open feeling to it with a full bar (you can order off the full menu if a solo or pair dining) and then plenty of tables. I recommend coming with a larger group if you can so you can try lots of things. Servers are nice and attentive. Obviously you have to try various hummus plates. The foraged mushroom and brussels sprouts were my favorite. I especially loved the jalapenos on the brussels sprouts one. The hummus itself was creamy and rich and the pita they bring is warm and fresh. The tabbouleh was fine but nothing spectacular and it says it has avocado in it but I didn't detect it. I love muhammara and theirs did not disappoint. The pickled vegetables were nice but I also love pickled anything. Absolutely make sure to get the bright green falafels. Probably my favorite of the night. Perfectly crispy exterior with a soft warm center that I'd eat over and over again. We ordered the duck but I was quite full so did not taste it. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is the scallops were incredibly underwhelming and quite bland. The scallops themselves were cooked fine but no flavor and the pomegranate sauce didn't add much. There desserts were also just so-so.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The food is fantastic and the portions are generous. Prices are very reasonable. We shared the Baba Ganoush to start. This is pureed, baked eggplant. Here tahini and pomegranate molasses were added. I am not a big eggplant fan, but this was phenomenal. The presentation was gorgeous with the puree spread out beautifully on a large dish, topped with olives, paprika, parsley, and a very generous dollop of delicious olive oil. An outstanding version of this dish. We received a large plate of very fresh pita triangles to go with the baba ganoush. These were great. We definitely used them to scrape every speck of eggplant off that platter! We both ordered the Gyro Plate. The gyro meat was very authentic, extremely tender, and very flavorful. The plate included a large tower of savory rice, a rich tzatziki sauce, a nice side of silky hummus, some pickled vegetables, and more pita. Another delicious offering and a huge portion. We also had soup as the entrees come with soup or salad. My friend tried the lentil soup and said it was flavorful and tasty. I had the tomato soup which was hardy and richly-flavored. This was a great meal. There's a pastry case with a choice of many Middle Eastern desserts. My friend selected several to take home and we staggered out of the restaurant with lots of leftovers that will make a delightful lunch tomorrow. A wonderful experience.

The restaurant inside was quite clean and well-maintained. I liked the simplicity in the dining interior. This was a nice start. And yet.... The menu - Quite small and limited. The laminated menus were at the register so I glanced at it. As I didn't see much on one side, I flipped it to see if there was anything on the back. There was nothing. I first thought that I would order a few things from the appetizer section but it didn't seem like it would be the most economical way so I turned my attention to the "The Real Deal": entree section. And oh boy, everything is/was so expensive unless you would order as a pita. For instance, the Shawarma Chicken is $21 as a pita, $25 as a baguette and $32 as a plate; the Ribeye Skewers is $34 as a pita, $37 as a baguette and whopping $42 as a plate. What?? Seriously?? After seeing these insanely high prices, I had no choice but to go with one of the cheapest items: Sabich (plate). I had no clue what Sabich was so I asked the young guy what that came with. And he said it's eggplant and eggs. Okay, sounds good I thought. I am a plate person so I went with that and it is/was $26. I'm not trying to be stingy here and yet after tax and tip, the total was $35. This is like ordering a good-portioned plate with some meat in it. At that point, I sure was crossing my fingers for the quality to be excellent or at least good. Sabich wasn't bad. It's a vegetarians plate where well-seasoned carrots, purple cabbage, eggplant and (hard-boiled) eggs (2) were placed in a round container. It came with a deliciously dense pita bread and oh my lord, French fries!! I have seen it where one of the accompaniments in a Middle Eastern or Mediterranean plate were French fries at least a few times in the past and this is a big no no or turn off for me. Why French fries?? Can they not put tabbouleh or hummus or something more closely associated with the very cuisine?? Or am I being picky or snobby here? As soon as I got to my car, I immediately started digging into the food (I had a yoga class to attend so hence the late lunch in my car.) Sabich is/was "okay" at its best. As I have already stated, the pita bread was delicious. Also, the two sauces that came with the dish were quite decent (I especially liked the yellow one) but other than that, this wasn't a dish I could rave about it. And the portion size wasn't that generous either. And I paid $35 for all of this? I feel like I wasted my money on something that was simply and painfully overpriced. Ugh.... I don't think I will return to this establishment. The only reason why I am giving this place a 3-star review is because of the pleasant young man upfront. His warm smile and meaningful "thank you" when he handed me my food were the only memorable things I could think of.
