Absolutely horrid customer service and has been an absolute NIGHTMARE to get my refund back from Ruby Tuesdays. First time ever going to Ruby Tuesdays, did a curb side order for the BOGO. My order was for a chicken and broccoli pasta and came out super dry. My girlfriend refused the food and went inside and asked for a refund, not paying for dry noodles, epically when it's $20 just for her food alone. Assistant manager says "it's up to the Ruby Tuesday standard and they can't issue a refund, I go in the store and start conversing with said manager. Tells me its up to par and issuing refunds isn't the "Ruby Tuesday way" tell him that's not acceptable and I want a refund. Tell me why when the manager walks away to go grab the guys email/number for refund a waitress walks up to me and says "omg that looks so bad, I would NOT pay for that." Then she walks to the kitchen to grab us free stuff. I have this on video recorded as well. If the food was up to the "Ruby Tuesday standard" why's your waitress trying to bring me free stuff for my order?? Assistant manager comes back and Gives me a Florida number (Im in CO for reference) for refund, attempt to call the number 10 times, no answer. Finally responds after 3-4 hours after I leave the store, says he will issue refund and send me a gift card to make up for it, because it was sub par and not a order that should of ever been sent out. This manager ghosted me on the giftcard and on the confirmation of cancellation. All he says in text is "we cancelled the order" Okay, but why's it so hard to get the cancellation email from Ruby Tuesdays? Called the corporate line, left a voice mail, no response. Absolutely horrible customer service. This hard just to get an email saying you all cancelled my order? Will never return. First and most definitely my last trip to Ruby Tuesdays. Like I'm so deeply sorry I don't trust the guys word who lied to me and ghosted me on sending me the gift card and the confirmation. I uploaded photos of what I ordered vs what I got. I've always been a fan of Ruby Tuesday's mainly because of their salad bar, due to Covid the salad bar was shutdown. While I know it is not their fault about the salad bar, the quality of the food seamed to be not as good. The burgers are definitely smaller then normal. Limited seating due to Covid. Staff was friendly and somewhat attentive. Bar area is closed to seating. This location was not participating in happy hour. read more

The food was ok and the staff was nice enough but the restaurant was dirty. This is the second Ruby Tuesday we've eaten at, the other in the Philly area it too was filthy and the salad bar looked like a bacteria laden disaster waiting to happen. This particular one at least the salad bar looked fresh but it's really hard to enjoy your food when the carpet is dirty and the seats are ripped and torn. read more

My husband and I flew into Denver and had lunch here on 1/17. Check was for $45 and gave 20% tip. Should have been $54 and my credit card alert said $85. Don't go! There's a reason way most Ruby Tuesdays have closed. Service was terrible and wait staff doesn't care. Went to one by DIA airport before 6pm to 3/4 empty restaurant and hosted stated 10-15 minutes ended up 20. Saw several employees just hanging around in the back. Ordered food and that took at least 35 minutes. Watching other patrons leave without have food served to them. There was nothing special about Ruby Tuesday even in their prime time. Will never go back and I'm sure whatever Ruby Tuesdays are open will be closed within two years!! read more

The Swiss burger was really good it's not what was advertised but it was ok. The pasta was mid it reminded me of Kraft mac and cheese with rotisserie chicken in it and the scallops were delicious but I have definitely had better. For the service the lady did her job but she wasn't the most chatty. And the ambiance was quiet wich my dad loved but I wasn't a fan because the place was empty. All around an ok place to eat although if your looking for the best place to eat this is not for you. read more

I waited for over 10 minutes to have my order taken. It wasn't because my waitress was super busy. She was chit chatting. I ordered the salad bar and came to sit back down to eat. No silverware! Waited again for several minutes waitress comes and I ask for silverware and a water. She comes back with the water and says she is looking for some silverware. Another several minutes go by and she finally brings silverware. Then, I get my bill for$14. 53. I give her a$50 Bill. She comes back with$35.00. tells me they have no dollar bills. She passes my table again I all her where my change is. She says, we don't have any change. We just round up and add it to the tips. I said I would like my change. She says this is how they do it. I think that's bull! Needless to say, I would have tipped a couple of dollars if she would have not kept my change! Not ok!!! read more

My boyfriend and I decided to order something from DoorDash and we decided to go with this Ruby Tuesday location, huge mistake. I ordered the Alpine Swiss Burger, loaded tots, and mozzarella sticks; my boyfriend ordered the loaded fries. The mozzarella sticks were completely missing from the order. The burger as you can see receives an F minus. Only a sprig of bacon was provided on the side of the burger, and the tomato, bun, and lettuce were thrown sloppily in the container. Additionally, I asked for Mayo on the burger and there was none. The meat was bland and under seasoned. The loaded tots had congealed cheese. All in all the food was very unappetizing. I mean what else do you expect when coming here? My grilled zucchini was soggy and there were only a few of them. The rice was dry and stale. My salmon tasted like they just defrosted it with no seasonings. I had to add balsamic vinegar to stomach it down. My experience here was great. For starters , we were greeted by Lisa , today's host, in such a pleasant manor! Tv had assortment of channels to suit different individuals , all good levels for sound . Windows open and wonderful Colorado sun shining in. We were seated right away and then attended to right away by lil who was also on top of it . Everything was very prompt and welcoming. Food was great! Our boys enjoyed the salad bar which is my new go too, I didn't realize they had such a great salad bar. Burger was awesome, regardless of my skim appetite ! Lisa brought me foil so I could wrap my to go more appropriately for my flight . I wanted an early dinner and settled here. I was a tad skeptical because of reviews, but overall, I was quite pleased. Got the appetizer ribs and a side loaded potato. I didn't 'request' utensils, so maybe that's why I didn't get any...but nonetheless the ribs were fine, I envisioned sticky ribs as having a honey/syrupy vibe to it, but tasted like ribs with regular BBQ sauce. Minus the sauce, they were cooked great and no complaints there. The potato, I know, potato...it was absolutely fluffy deliciousness...perfectly cooked, salted and buttered. I have NO complaints about this spot. I came in for lunch and was truly satisfied. The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. My sirloin, fries and broccoli were so good, I left with an empty plate and a full stomach. Chain restaurants get a bead rap sometimes, but this one should not. As we attempted to order, our server shared that they didn't have any ribs, no baked potatoes, and no pasta. What a way to start off for dinner. The service of slow and the salad buffet was messy. The place looked run down, some seats were torn and the walls needed to be painted. This location is really run down and needs a major update. To add a further problem, a person parked they large 4x4 truck in a handicap space which block my vehicle from getting out. In another word, they shouldn't have parked in the handicap spot. The worst! We ordered on line for pick up. It took forever. they didn't have utensils for take out food. Also, so many orders sat under the warming light. They only had two people working the kitchen, then three, but the place was full. Horrible. will never get ripped off by these greedy jerks again. they won't hire people so they can scam more money. I just flew in from Utah, and I was starving. I asked for a suggestion on what was good between the fish and chips or a burger. The server suggested the fish and chips, so I went with that. When the food came out, I asked for some malt vinegar, but they didn't have any, so I just went with some lemon instead. I took a big bite and it was COLD and RAW. I immediately spit it out and flagged down the server. She apologized and said that they had a new cook and asked if I wanted anything else. I ended up ordering a burger that was burnt on one side and half cooked on the other. Now I'm sitting here kinda feeling unwell and kicking myself for staying and ordering another dish. Won't be going back as that was a horrible experience, and I'm hoping my night doesn't end up praying to the porcelain god. read more

We went to this place twice in one day because it was right next to our hotel for our overnight stay in Denver before our flight out. The salad bar was very fresh, although extremely limited, especially for $13.99. I think it has shrunk since I last went to this chain several years ago. The menu is extensive and impressive, but I was not happy with my selections. I had the deconstructed steak kabobs, and half of the meat was pure fat!! I had to get some cheese at the salad bar to complete my protein for the meal since I couldn't eat that. Even the steak that was actually meat was very overcooked. And then I ordered the dulce de leche "sundae" for dessert and there was only one tiny scoop of ice cream in the goblet. So, very disappointed in the food and portion sizes. I do like the fact that they offer some veggie sides, such as mushrooms and zucchini. However the portion sizes for those are very small, and they aren't exactly cheap. My husband had some grilled chicken pasta that seemed fine, and then a chicken parm sandwich later. They were both fine. Service is kind, so no issues there. It is a very convenient walk from several hotels near the airport. read more

Good experience. we were seated right away and had a party of 7. Waiter took drink orders and then kept checking back in on us . We all ordered and the meal arrived pretty quickly. We live nearby and have never tried this restaurant and decided to this past evening. Our server was over shortly after we were seated, she recommended our drinks to us and we ordered the ruby Tuesday sampler appetizer with the drinks. Before our drinks made it to us our server came back and checked on us and we then ordered entrees. It took about 20 minutes for our drinks to make it to us and our appetizer of mozzarella sticks, boneless chicken wings, and chips and artichoke dip took over an hour from when we ordered to make it to our table with no acknowledgement from the person who dropped it off (I believe it was the manager on duty) The appetizer was anything but appetizing after waiting so long, being $15.49. The mozzarella sticks looked like they could have spent more time cooking and there were barely any chips to go with the artichoke dip. Our server did come and check on us shortly after and apologized for the long wait. We still ended up paying for said lackluster appetizer as well as the drinks, but decided to skip the entrees and leave as it was easy to noticed there were many others who had issues with getting their food. This restaurant is in a great location and it seems to have been well kept on the inside and out. They clearly need more help at this location. It's unfortunate because we would have loved to have enjoyed dinner here, but will definitely pass next time. read more

I've eaten here many times traveling through Denver Airport but not recently. When I have it was always a pleasure, Drew the bartender was always good and the food and atmosphere excellent, always a nice crowd. My concern is why the evening hours have been somewhat curtailed. I hope it's not a security/crime issue. I always cherished my times here as well as traveling through my favorite airport-DIA and trips down to the southern part of the state. It was a nice place to get a bite to eat if you happen to be staying near Tower Rd and don't want to take an Uber or Lyft into Denver. Food was good and drinks were reasonably priced. It started to downpour, so I got dessert! The only downside is that it seems that they are still running at around 50% capacity or less. It was a 35 min wait for a table and the place appeared dead. However, it was ok to sit at the bar shoulder to shoulder. Just seemed a little counterproductive when it comes to guidelines. But, they're open and running well. read more

The manager told customers to F off and called them a holes and threatened them to leave all because one gentleman asked for the GMa name. Then the manager proceeded to say he's not a customers punching bag. He clearly has ZERO customer service skills. I witnessed the entire scene from across the bar and the other customers and employees were appalled. No person should have to witness or experience what just happened in a public setting. My wife ordered a ribeye. When it came it was so thin it only had one side. She ordered it med-rare. It was like leather and would have made a great replacement for the sole of someone's shoe. It went downhill from there. I ordered the mushroom/swiss burger and for the first time in my entire life, the patties were actually crispy. Not just well done, but actually crunchy. I can now tell people where I got the worst meal in my entire life and I'm 76 years old. The upside was out waiter (Dominick) was a very pleasant young man and very accommodating.
