The line looked really long, but Chick-fil-A is typically known for their efficiency and getting people in and out of their drive-thru quickly, so I was hoping this would be the same case when it came to ordering at the counter. I waited in line for about 5-7 minutes, which wasn't too bad, considering there were a ton of people in front of me. Miriam took my order and was pleasant and helpful. I ordered a number 3 (nuggets, drink, and fries). From the time I ordered to getting my food it took about 3 minutes, which I found to be fast. It's growing pains still. But for a traveler short on time it's a risk. My spicy chicken sandwich meal with frosted shake upgrade took 10 minutes. One after another of customers went and both my friends got their meals. Was it that I didn't want pickles that held up my meal? Not sure but I had to finally go up at the 10 minute mark and ask. Was told "it's coming now" and five more orders later it finally came. Giving them benefit of doubt for being in training still. The person who took my order did a great job. Chicken filet dash A is located in Terminal B within the central food area just off the escalators. The line is as long as the TSA line but moves much faster. They fill your drink and condiments at the cash register then shuffle you to the side and wait for your name to be called. Carried my sandwich to Terminal C and just waiting for someone to ask- "Where'd you get Chick-filet?" The fans are everywhere I'm telling you. I directed the hungry fellow to the hallowed ground and he gave me his eternal thanks. The waffle fries were not as crispy as I've had at other restaurants so those were disappointing. Chick-fil-A is never a bad idea! I was roaming around the airport looking for a quick dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find a Chick-fil-A near some other fast food spots. There was a bit of a line, but it didn't take as long as I expected to move along. When I got to the front, I was greeted by one of the friendliest fast food employees I think I've ever encountered in my life. Not sure if people are just nicer in the area, but they're certainly not like that in the Northeast. Great vibes for sure! I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, which was pretty standard. The chicken was cooked nicely and it tasted great with a bit of honey mustard sauce. Located in terminal B. If you are in other terminals you can easily go down escalators and get on the shuttle train to terminal B. It's right up the escalators in the middle of terminal B so you don't have to walk too far. Excellent chick-fil-a location. Line is long but moved quick. They had all cashier spots open. Pleasant employees and quick service. My nuggets and fries were great as usual. They do not take gift cards, app or point rewards but other than that it's your typical chick-fil-a. Very disappointed with this location and overall experience. The line is super long and that's because there are only two cashiers and they serve the food to you, as you order it. Most other airport locations take your order and then call your name when it's ready. It's a lot more efficient use of time for everyone, that way. The biscuit was dry and gross. For a busy airport, I must say that this location is pretty good! The food was ready by the time I was done ordering, which was good and bad because it was sitting up there ready for a little bit before I got it, which obviously meant it was like room temperature by the time I ate it. I can't blame them though because literally the McDonald's in the food court next to it didn't have one person in line because EVERYONE around us was getting Chick-fil-A haha so they need to keep up with the crowds by having some food premade and ready. I have never seen a chick-fil-A at an airport before, but I was pleasantly surprised that this was literally right next to our gate when we were about to fly home. If you are in Terminal B or have time to stop by real quick, I'd make a stop here. I ordered the spicy chicken club meal and my boyfriend ordered the chicken nuggets (or tenders)... I can't remember which they are called, and we both enjoyed the chicken. The fries were very salty (too salty for me) and were lukewarm, but the chicken still tasted great. The workers were very nice when we ordered, and there were like 6 registers and 5 workers taking orders, so they used their resources well for the long line of customers waiting. I cannot tell you how excited I was to see a chik-fil-a during my layover at Denver! Unfortunately I already had a small personal pie at Pizza Hut just moments beforehand so I didn't have room for a sandwich. Instead I shared one order of small plain waffle fries and the chicken nugget meal (comes with a drink) with my boyfriend. It was only the second time in my life having chik-fil-a. The first time was in Long Island New York. Got in line around noon. The line moved quickly and we got our order under 10 minutes from the time when we joined the line. Literally the worst chick-fil-a i've ever been to. The service I got from Gregory was horrible. He seemed to be more worried about everything else rather than his job. Usually big fast food chain restaurants in airports don't match up to the quality of food and service of their non-airport counterparts. This Chic-fil-A maintained the same friendly service and quality of food as any other location I've been to. The main difference service wise is that they do not bring your food to you here, you have to wait near the counter and they hand it to you.
