They took time explaining and I did not feel rushed. They answered questions adequately. Food came out quickly. Came by for lunch the other day and it was a quick and easy experience. There was no line on the upper level of the B level food court. The Gen Z behind the counter was in uniform and didn't seem to like being there... Ordered the Shake burger lettuce wrapped along with a side of crinkle fries. The Shake burger was mediocre. The burger was drier and the condiments were normal. I didn't quite understand the crinkle fries as they felt frozen. I grabbed a quick bite here before my flight. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the central concourse in Terminal B, so it is a little bit of a walk from the gates, but not very far. There was a line, but it moved quickly. I'm happy to see they've added a veggie burger to their vegetarian menu options, but I stuck with the tried and true shroom burger. I added avocado, which was an additional charge, and cherry peppers, which were free. I also got fries. Service was pretty quick. I waited about 5 minutes for my food. All the food was hot. The only downside is the price here is pretty high compared to other shake shacks. I've only had Shake Shack once, and it was before they became a chain. I don't remember much about my previous experience. The location within the airport had a good amount of seating available. I went with the avocado bacon burger with fries. When I pulled the burger out of the bag, I was a surprised by how small it was. I guess I should've gotten the double. What I liked about the burger is that the bun wasn't fully separated, which kept the ingredients from falling out. The bacon was thin though and the avocado was not spread evenly. Denver airport restaurants have you captive and they know it. Prices are high and service was indifferent at SS. I always seem to go through this airport hungry and short on time. They have amazingly good smashed burgers with processed American cheese, just the way the Bible foretold in Ezekiel 23:19. When they finally called my name, I brushed off the moss that had accumulated on my luggage, and picked up my capacious brown-paper bag-o-food and shake. I opened the bag to find a depressed-looking burger about the size of a McDonalds junior burger, that I had to reassemble after finding it packaged as a build-your-own-burger in the paper baggie. Finally sinking my teeth into it, its flavor was perfectly burger-like, although its temperature was decidedly 'waited 10 minutes on the kitchen counter'-like. The shake was certainly creamy, yet had the subtlest of La Croix strawberry flavorings, punctuated with the odd fruit chunk as a reminder that it indeed was a shake with fruit provenance. All I can say is, thank goodness for crinkle-cut fries. At least these performed as advertised; crunchy, hot, and delicious, with the right amount of salt. It's a shake shack at the airport. So it's not going to be amazing but it holds up in terms of speed of service and also the decor. Like many other ones that are non airport. This is the second time I've had a chance to have alcohol added to my shake at one of these and it did not disappoint. I was pleased to find a Shake Shack at DIA Terminal B when in Denver for a conference recently. I hadn't had a good burger in months due to being abroad in Taiwan, so this hit the spot. The line was long but it goes reasonably fast and you can always order online for pickup if you're in a rush. The server I dealt with clearly didn't want to be there but everyone else was professional and very nice. Prices ARE high for a fast-food burger, but the quality is high as well and I think the prices aren't much higher than a non-airport location. On my way out, I stopped by again and took a seat at the bar. According to the bartender, this is the only Shake Shack in the world that offers a bar, which is pretty cool. I had Shake Shack when at SLC and it's amazing how they get their fries perfect each and every time. So crispy on the outer side and the inside so fluffy and full of potato loveliness. The cherry on top is the eco-friendly packaging. Everything is paper based if you avoid a drink, which I did. (Water is my best friend when traveling.) It's not cheap: $15 for the two items alone. The one girl running the register was nice and professional. She said she was clocking out for the day while a young girl with purple hair took one persons order then left. However added some salt and ordered some extra shake shack sauce to dip in. That worked!! The service was quick and the food fresh!! The hype is not real. It's fine, I guess, but for $20, you'd think it would be...special. And it just isn't. There's a place in Tulsa called Flo's and it has absolutely *ruined* me forever when it comes to other burgers. I just come away thinking, "well, it ain't Flo's." So it goes. I am sooooo over the "hospitality" industry not being hospitable. We had a delay and now will get in way later than planned so decided to grab a bite. My wife asked the cashier how he is doing and he just stared at her as if she was speaking Aramaic. She then proceeded to ask what shake sauce is and he said "I think it's like a mayo type of sauce.
