My son and I came here for dinner while we had a layover at Denver airport. This was one of the few places that was open late. We had about another hour before we board our flight. Service was fine. Got the food pretty fast. Fries are crunchy and burger is good. I would come back and eat here if I ever come through Denver airport again. read more

Food was good as expected. Shake shack has great burgers. I was disappointed that the "shake" menu was VERY limited. I was looking forward to a nice new treat to try but had to settle for the black and white (which was still good). The counter cashier was non-chalant to the point of almost rude. All in all was good, but didn't live up to the experience I've had at other locations. read more

I got the regular Shack burger here. It was a quick experience. Fries were a little pricy (so I ended up getting a small fry at McDonald's for less). I have had Shake Shack before, but I think the experience was better last time. Burger was a little smaller than the one I had ordered before and I did like the potato bun. 2026 #28 read more

Short lines during lunch rush so it was Shake Shack for the win! I was hungry and needed some food before my flight so their quick service was deeply appreciated. Food tasted great as usual and the fries were especially hot and crispy. Ambiance was blah like their typical mall locations. read more

I've never been impressed by the Shake Shack in concourse B. Calling the incorrect name so my food was cold when I finally realized "Joaquin" was me. Or this time the rude service. Very expensive for a burger and fries. read more

Can't ever go wrong with this place! Always nice and crispy burgers. I've always wondered why they keep their fries slightly undercooked but oh well. Crispy fries would truly make it a whole package. Delicious food like always. read more

Located at top floor of concourse B, this Shake Shack did not disappoint. It had a decent space with tables and chairs as well as a bar seating. The cashiers were very nice and courteous. They took time explaining and I did not feel rushed. They answered questions adequately. Food came out quickly. The Shack Stack is a cheeseburger (beef patty) and shroom burger patty (mushroom) with lettuce and tomato. It was very good and went well with regular fries. Had good experience here. read more

Came by for lunch the other day and it was a quick and easy experience. There was no line on the upper level of the B level food court. The Gen Z behind the counter was in uniform and didn't seem to like being there... Ordered the Shake burger lettuce wrapped along with a side of crinkle fries. The Shake burger was mediocre. The burger was drier and the condiments were normal. I didn't quite understand the crinkle fries as they felt frozen. I was able to order and get my food within 10 minutes which was great for those on a layover! read more

This location is located in the Denver airport. The service was friendly and the wait for our food was quite prompt. There was a nice seating area to enjoy our meal while we waited for our flight. Their crinkled fries were fresh, crispy and hot! We had the chicken, bacon, and avocado sandwich and it was delicious! Highly recommended!! Also, they give free refills! read more

I've heard so much about Shake Shack so we decided to give it a try. I'm not sure I would visit again. The burgers were super small. The meat patty was thin, dry and way overcooked. It was just a "one note" burger, not one flavor stood up. The crinkle fries were bad. read more

Ordered the single hamburger with extra pickles. Sandwich was good, but really no bun and it was smashed. Very busy at the airport. Wait was not too long. read more

1. It's a Shake Shack. Shake Shacks are basically good. 2. Sitting at the bar and ordering keeps you from having to wait in line. 80+% of people stand in line to order. The food actually comes out way faster if you order from the bartender. You don't need to order an alcoholic drink to do this. 3. The bartender when I was there was a saint. 4. Espresso toffee milkshakes sound like they will be wonderful. They taste perfectly fine. Getting the toffee chunks up your straw will be the most exercise you get in your day of flying. Prepare for a workout. 5. Yelpers complain about the burgers at the Denver Airport Shake Shack. The burgers in my hometown Shake Shack of Austin, Texas are not wonderful either. BUT The hot dogs are just lovely - both in Denver and in my hometown. Getting a hot dog is a much more prudent play. read more

A nice quick stop. Good cocktail. Food was ok. Overall not bad. Not my favorite stop. But one that I will not avoid.

This place is ok...or for being in an airport....the price point isn't too bad. Double Shake Shack burger: Meat was ok, good cook and not all dried out. Actually had seasoning. So, all and all...that earth shattering but good enough. Bacon cheese fries: Major disappointment. Krinkle cut...and not good ones. Cheese was tasteless. Bacon was ok...but didn't get much at all. $8....not really worth a darn. Fast service on this day. And food was hot. So, those are pluses. read more

This was the only option still open on a late night layover in Denver. As many Shake Shacks I've been around, this is my first time trying them. I needed some protein so I went with the avocado bacon chicken sandwich. It wasn't anything out of this world, but it definitely did the job. I'd eat it again. read more

I grabbed a quick bite here before my flight. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the central concourse in Terminal B, so it is a little bit of a walk from the gates, but not very far. There was a line, but it moved quickly. I'm happy to see they've added a veggie burger to their vegetarian menu options, but I stuck with the tried and true shroom burger. I added avocado, which was an additional charge, and cherry peppers, which were free. I also got fries. Service was pretty quick. I waited about 5 minutes for my food. All the food was hot. The fries and mushroom breading were crispy. They have self serve dispensers for ketchup. Can't ask for much more. read more

Been here a handful of times. Each time the food is just what I want. Delicious, flavorful juicy smash burgers. The fries were super crispy too! The only downside is the price here is pretty high compared to other shake shacks. The Portland airport PDX doesn't raise the price on any food in the facility, I wish DIA would do the same. read more

I've only had Shake Shack once, and it was before they became a chain. I don't remember much about my previous experience. The location within the airport had a good amount of seating available. I went with the avocado bacon burger with fries. When I pulled the burger out of the bag, I was a surprised by how small it was. I guess I should've gotten the double. What I liked about the burger is that the bun wasn't fully separated, which kept the ingredients from falling out. The bacon was thin though and the avocado was not spread evenly. Crinkle cut is not my preferred type of fries either. read more

Located in Terminal B on the top floor of the center area. Prices not bad, and they have a long bar area here, or to-go orders can grab a canned drink. Service was efficient, though no self-service, you walk up to the counter in the line and order. You get a buzzer as you wait. Smokeshack was perfect, and the flavor was excellent - just what I wanted in a pre-flight meal. Greasy and delicious. read more

Denver airport restaurants have you captive and they know it. Prices are high and service was indifferent at SS. I always seem to go through this airport hungry and short on time. And most places have lines. SS didn't and we ordered 2 single burgers 2 fries and one drink. Priciest SS I've ever been to. I tried ordering on app but the location wasn't listed. Probably due to different pricing. Makes me miss and love in n out that much more. Denver needs to follow pdx airports lead and have street pricing on their restaurants. read more

I rarely leave bad reviews for places I dislike because I don't like shining negative lights on places but this is an exception. The lady working the register was very polite and got my order down quickly. The total of my order was 22 dollars so I was expecting a decent shake shack meal. There wasn't a ton of people there for 12pm and my food came out quickly. The food itself was genuinely awful. I got a double patty cheeseburger which was the worst burger I have ever ate in my life. The middle was undercooked and tasted strictly of grease, and not the good kind. I took one bite and threw it away. I also got a shake which had almost 0 milkshake and only cookies. It was impossible to suck through the straw. I let my sister and brother both try the food and they had the exact same reactions as me. Shake shack please do better. read more

If you enjoy watching a fully staffed kitchen stand around looking at one another other while you wait 20 minutes for your burger, fries, and shake, then don't walk by this opportunity to cool your heels. When they finally called my name, I brushed off the moss that had accumulated on my luggage, and picked up my capacious brown-paper bag-o-food and shake. I opened the bag to find a depressed-looking burger about the size of a McDonalds junior burger, that I had to reassemble after finding it packaged as a build-your-own-burger in the paper baggie. Finally sinking my teeth into it, its flavor was perfectly burger-like, although its temperature was decidedly 'waited 10 minutes on the kitchen counter'-like. The shake was certainly creamy, yet had the subtlest of La Croix strawberry flavorings, punctuated with the odd fruit chunk as a reminder that it indeed was a shake with fruit provenance. All I can say is, thank goodness for crinkle-cut fries. At least these performed as advertised; crunchy, hot, and delicious, with the right amount of salt. Of all the options at Denver Airport for burgers, fries, and a shake, it's not the worst. But it's also not the best. Walk by or wait, it's not a loss either way. read more

The simplest thing I can say is that I f-ing love this place. Yeah, the service staff is awful. Yeah, the wait for your food is awful. I don't care. They have amazingly good breakfast in the form of a sausage, egg, and cheese sammich with tater tots. They have amazingly good smashed burgers with processed American cheese, just the way the Bible foretold in Ezekiel 23:19. They have amazingly good chocolate shakes...and they look the other way when you pour bourbon into that chocolate shake. I really don't know what more you could ask for. read more

two stars: one for timely service and another for hot, crispy french fries. my shroom burger was subpar, and the toppings weren't organized evenly on top of the patty. the mushroom didn't seem fresh or cooked all the way through. not good value for investment at all as my bill was $40 for two burgers and cheese fries. also, the seats were torn apart, making me feel a little gross at the restaurant. i highly recommend you go to smashburger at the denver airport. read more

It's a shake shack at the airport. So it's not going to be amazing but it holds up in terms of speed of service and also the decor. Like many other ones that are non airport. This is the second time I've had a chance to have alcohol added to my shake at one of these and it did not disappoint. The food was good and I enjoyed my time here while watching a football game as I waited for my flight. Not sure why others were giving it such poor reviews. No issues I can see. I was pleased to find a Shake Shack at DIA Terminal B when in Denver for a conference recently. I hadn't had a good burger in months due to being abroad in Taiwan, so this hit the spot. The line was long but it goes reasonably fast and you can always order online for pickup if you're in a rush. The server I dealt with clearly didn't want to be there but everyone else was professional and very nice. Prices ARE high for a fast-food burger, but the quality is high as well and I think the prices aren't much higher than a non-airport location. On my way out, I stopped by again and took a seat at the bar. According to the bartender, this is the only Shake Shack in the world that offers a bar, which is pretty cool. Service at the bar was faster than the line, so a good tradeoff if you don't mind tipping. Will definitely eat here anytime I pass through the terminal! read more

Shake Shack - Double shack burger and fries. Line is long but reasonably fast - Burgers Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I LOVE shake shack, but since moving to a small town I never get it. So, I was psyched when I saw it at DIA! I got a smoke stack (single) with fries and a bottle sparkling water. They do have a bar here too, if you would like a hard drink or beer. It was the airport, so I thought it was pretty good for airport food. It actually wasn't as greasy as usual (which, I personally see as a con!). The fries are always boring, but they were crisp and fresh. You can add cheese to them, but it was a long travel day and I didn't want anything that heavy. Not a huge line. Their seating area was clean. So for me it was a pretty good experience. read more

They had one guy working the counter. Because of this there was a very long line. What poor service here. This is not how to run a business especially when in a place where time is short. We get our order and both burgers are wrong. People had to leave their food to catch flights. The employees seemed like they were medicated, slow and not responsive. The only positive is that the burger even though it was wrong was still good. read more

I've been to several shake shacks and this is the first one I had a poor burger in. The fires were also cold and felt like they have been sitting out. And the cheese had the coagulated sensation while the patty was also somewhat cold. I'm surprised as there was a big line ordering, but yeah, trust the Sara on this one people. I think the safest bets at this airport might just be chick fil a. The staff are friendly, but man oh man I was hoping for my usual shake shack experience instead of cold food. read more
