After a full day of traveling and just passing through, I wasn't too hungry but wanted something warm and comforting. I ordered the green chili tortilla soup ($7). It was okay, but nothing I would order again. That said, I'm a foodie and enjoy trying new food experiences, so I was glad I gave it a try. The restaurant itself is nice and inviting, with many other food and beer selections on the menu. Tonight, I just needed to keep it simple, but I can see how it would be a good spot to explore more of their offerings. Team Smiley

Our hotel does not have a restaurant so we walked out in search of dinner. The nearest hotel did not have the right vibe. We crossed the street and found this to be just what we were after. I ordered a burger, remembering that getting a juicy burger pink in the middle means medium if you were in the West. They mailed it, and my wife's Cobb salad was magnificent. I liked the selection of local beers. Our server, Gin, had a degree of enthusiasm that was perfect for dealing with 2 old jet lagged New Yorkers. Just a marvelous night.

The service was ok it took a long time to get our orders for two. The food was horrible. The only thing that tested ok was the bison burger. The sweet potatoes were hard to chew. As an appetizer we ordered the three tacos beef, they were salty and hard to chew as well also they were so oily the damn grease oil dripping ruined my cloth. Tried to talk to the employees about my situation no one will answer when I called. Tried calling management no answer no response. For almost $100 bill charge would I recommend any of the menus. My answers would be NO NO NO save your money. There is a good diner's few blocks down from the restaurant better service and better food choices with excellent desserts

Bison burger was delicious. I skipped the blue cheese and ordered medium. Juicy and the garlic aioli was fantastic. I ordered on for the fries. Fries are thin like steak-n-shake. Service was fast and friendly and accommodated my requests easily. Decent wine selection and the Malbec was my choice. Overall delicious and hotel/airport pricing but not outrageous. Would recommend

Needed something fast and close to the hotel. This place is attached to the Doubletree. Food was fantastic. Service was good. Plenty of TVs and comfortable seating. I had the Carnitas tacos. They were delicious, I tried a cup of the green chili...Meh. My buddy had the bison burger. I tried it. It was delicious. Portions are hefty, prices are what you expect from a hotel restaurant.

Mother's Day quick stop in late afternoon for a bite to eat and drinks. We ate at the bar . Bar tender was fabulous! Attentive and helpful with menu pics ! Service was prompt and paced. It was a relaxing experience. The artichoke dip app was amazing. ! My husband Ahmad the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, it didn't last long on the plate and I had a blackened shrimp Caesar salad, dressing on the side . No leftovers ! It was delicious!

It's delicious!! Nice little sports bar w plenty of tvs and easy to walk to from any of the airport hotels. Arrived ~ 730 on a Wed evening and were immediately seated. Didn't love where our table was (see pic) but loved the service. Friendly and efficient. Food is way better than expected. We each had the burger which was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious!! Fries were excellent also, as was my beer. Easy walk from Hyatt House!

This is overall a great hotel restaurant with close proximity to the airport. The Tower Dip is definitely the winning appetizer! It was delicious with torched cheese on top We just stopped in for apps and sides because we weren't very hungry. The sides were overpriced and lacking flavor. $7 for a small scoop of mashed potatoes or a mediocre Mac n cheese is a bit much. The service was speedy and everyone was very nice. They have a huge space, this would be really nice on a summer day when the patio seating is open! Tbh the number one reason I would come back here is for the Tower Dip - we talked about getting the dip to go and stopping by Danico Brewing Co nearby next time!

Food was good, I asked for a rare burger and it was more like medium rare but still good. We also had another burger and regular fries, the burger was over cooked but the fried were good. Overall the food and beer were both over priced. Server was fine but nothing special.

One night stay before catching a flight. Close to airport. Very clean. Nice choice of food. Quick service and very good food. Service is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying at the doubletree and eating here.

We ended up going back twice, which pretty much says it all. Right off the bat, the person seating us was friendly and quick to acknowledge us, which we appreciated. That said, they could definitely use 1 to 2 more people up front. There's was only one person both days (at least at the beginning of the crowd) managing a lot of tables, so there was a bit of a delay getting seated because they were constantly running back and forth. We went both days right as the crowd was starting, and once seated, everything ran super smoothly. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. I wish I could remember our first server's name. He was from CA and was fantastic. Really attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was fresh, the portions were generous, and everything was genuinely delicious. It's rare for us to go back to the same place twice on a trip, but this one earned it. Great sports bar atmosphere, plenty of seating, including outdoor seating, and it would work well for pretty much any sized group. I Highly recommend this spot if you're staying at the Gaylord Rockies or nearby.

The salad buffet was a popular choice during our visit and I was impressed with how tidy the staff kept it. The salad greens were crisp and fresh and the toppings plentiful. My fave being the jalapeño crisps. Lunch was really good too. While I was craving a burger, I ended up ordering the Hickory Bourbon BBQ Chicken. Healthier option and it was a good option at that. The Bourbon BBQ sauce is delish! Sweet and savory, I just had to ask for more. The only downside here is the condition of the dining room.
