Service is friendly and always with a smile. Went through the drive thru for breakfast and ordered a breakfast chicken biscuit. The biscuit was a little on the dry side. It fell apart when I took a bite. Other than that it was quite good. Even at 6:15am the sweet tea was on point!!

Always something at this place!!! Hash browns are always greasy and triple cooked, yet somehow cold. They never add extra cheese to the sandwiches, even though you pay for it! Customer service is a joke, they just don't even respond. Always a disappointment at this location!

We stopped here on the way to the airport on a Tuesday morning. Probably 15 minutes before lunch was available. To our surprise the inside was basically dead. Chic Fil A is usually popping. At least it is in Florida. We ordered at the counter and sat down. Our son went into the play area. He said he found a chicken nugget and orange juice splatter lol -- The food did take a while to arrive. I would say 10-15 minutes. Not terrible but a bit surprising due to how empty they were. Maybe they were trying to knock out the drive-thru line first? Who knows. We enjoyed our meal as we usually do at a Chic Fil A.

Still trying to mentally put this restaurant in a different culinary space in my mind. It is NOT anything remotely related to Thai Basil. Somehow I was thinking it would be Thai food. It is not. I will definitely come back for breakfast as they appear to have a lot of breakfast options. The service was very good and friendly. The look and feel Was much fresher than the old Chicago building that was there before. We had a bourbon burger and buffalo chicken egg rolls. Both were decent good and decently priced. The menu was almost overwhelming with so many options from open faced sandwiches, Greek options and regular plated options. I think we will go back to get a better feel for their food.

While traveling back to FL from CO we stopped in for a quick bite prior to getting on the plane. Food was good but not real hot. I love the flavor but need a little bit more heat in my food. I'll be back to try it again.

Do better with the portions. 12 piece nuggets? This is literally breading and chicken crumbs this isn't part of what a 12 piece is

I know I know, a chain is a chain, is a chain restaurant. However, this place has never messed up my order, makes the hash browns the way I like it (crispy), and have always been friendly to me. Then again, I don't really customize anything and am pretty basic when it comes to ordering from the menu here. Yes, they tend to get super busy, so some of you should understand that they're just trying to keep up as well. I usually come here for breakfast or late afternoons, it's to avoid the crazy crowds. I'm just thankful this place has fed me when I'm in a rush in the mornings. I always get a "my pleasure" from the nice staff members.

There are many hot chickens, but those flavors get tiring and honestly it's more one dimensional in taste. The chicken Katsu isn't your traditional Hawaiian/Japanese but it's close. They put their own twist on it and it delivered. I personally still prefer the Hawaiian style chicken Katsu but this is very good. I wish the Mac salad was creamier as it was pretty dry that night. The elote was good, but nothing to rave about. The fried rice complimented the chicken well. White rice would also go well to help with the saltiness of the chicken. The tenders are good and juicy. It has a light breading which is great since it emphasizes the meat of the chicken well. They priced their meals perfectly and its cheaper than many places which makes it a hit. I wish I can give it a 5 but it's closer to a 4.25. Kickin chicken will be in my rotation for post shift meals since it's conveniently placed across the street!

I brought my son and a family member to Waldo's one Saturday evening. No line to order food, but the bar was full, so we ordered and were seated right away. Things we liked: The mac & cheese was the best thing on the table. Tasty with good texture and plenty of cheese both in the sauce and melted on top. Kiddo reports that the tenders were great and the fries "ok." He cleaned up the former. I appreciate the beer selection. They have some solid local brews to go with the corporate swill. Everyone wins. I enjoyed my Avery Maharaja. They have plenty of TVs if that's what you are into. Service was patient, prompt, and courteous when ordering food. Not so thrilled: Adults were disappointed in the bone-in fried chicken. It's why we came to Stapleton for dinner. Oily and overcooked, one piece each was too much. It was closer to a TV dinner than a place like Tom's Home Cookin (RIP). I know this is a chain, but the quality and taste were not up to par. Noise was suited for a sports bar environment, but wasn't unbearable. Beer and food are ordered in separate locations. I stood where it says to order, then waited 10 minutes to be served. One person ahead of me, two struggling behind the bar, which was full and getting all the attention. My son came looking for me. It's their model. I just don't like it. Waldo's offers good beer, decent tenders/sides, and an upbeat vibe. It's hard to not rate it better, but the fried chicken was a huge letdown. I'd go back for a beer and snack if in the area again with watching sports on the brain.

The person who took my order, who was a woman, was very nice at first. Then I started asking questions about the Rasta Pasta to see if they could take out any meat if there was any. Come to find out they have shrimp in their Rasta Pasta. She checked with the kitchen to see if they can remove the shrimp, and they said yes. I asked another question: can I know how much food comes with the Rasta Pasta? She said it's a big amount. I was wondering if I can get a small amount. When I asked that, she seemed so annoyed to go back to the kitchen to ask them if I can get a smaller amount of Rasta pasta. This is when she started to become a little bit rude. When she came back from the kitchen, she told me, "Yes, they can make a smaller portion of Rasta Pasta." But then, this being my first time at this restaurant, I thought maybe I could eat a little bit and then save the rest for later or tomorrow. I then changed my mind from a smaller portion to a bigger portion. I understand when you're dealing with an indecisive person at the moment, it can get a little annoying, but when you work at a restaurant, whether you're the owner or not, that is so rude. She then said this to me, "That's a lot of food for one person." Without her even knowing if I have siblings or not, or if I am sharing this with someone, she just assumed that it's all for me just because of how I looked (I had planned to eat a little then save it for the next couple of days). I do look a bit overweight, but for her to point that out, that's so rude. I almost cried in my car when I walked back to it after leaving the restaurant. I'm currently on a weight loss journey, but for her to say that and not even know me almost broke me. The atmosphere was okay at first, but obviously that went downhill as I was leaving the restaurant. The only good thing that I actually enjoyed that I got from there was the coconut cake and the mac and cheese...
