    Where's the staff?

I thought surely the reviews could not be this bad for a burger place. I was wrong. I ordered a classic smash single with cheese. On first inspection I opened the bun and could not see the burger. It was under the tomato and was not very large. The patty was charred and very salty. The bun was room temperature and a little hard. The fries looked good, but were lukewarm and limp. I had to run for a flight so I did not have time to talk to the manager.

Usually I pass by since there's a line but today no line and I was able to get a quick order in. I got the crispy chicken sandwich and it comes with fries. I also got one of the bottled drinks. The chicken sandwich was good, although by the time I ate it in my uber ride home, the lettuce was already soggy...not their fault. The fries were crunchy but didn't have much flavor so I needed ketchup. Good value meal option at the airport.

Came with friends. Heard so many wonderful things about this place. Nope. It's a hard no for me. 2026 and still ZERO plant based options. No, apologies, I'm incorrect. French Fries, Lettuce & my Shirley Temple. Veggie patty has milk & cheese. Get outta here with this mess.

We had a layover in Denver and stopped in a a Smash Burger. Delicious and fast service. I'm surprised at the bad reviews. Maybe it's the time of day you are there. We are here at 12:30 pm and they are busy and service is great!! Marie was our server and she rocks!!

the ice location is scary. When cleaning the counter debris falls there! ID cards from their lanyards drag across the ice. please move it.

I really like this place. It's easy to get into and out of, and that's one of the big things you need at an airport. The employees are super quick to get your food. The kitchen gives them 100% support and turns you quickly. Every time I come here, the food arrives before me, lickity split. It is hot and tasty. My Coke is refilled fast and often. Highly recommended

The best part of stopping in at Smashburger in the DIA was my server, Anthony. He was happy, enthusiastic and willing to help. Otherwise, the food was room temp when it arrived, the chicken tenders were dry (although the crunchy coating was tasty) and the wine was way over-priced. The restaurant is also in need of repair. The cushioned seat where I was supposed to sit was ripped. I had to sit to the side of it to avoid getting the loose material on my pants.. If I had read the other reviews before going in (and I typically do), I would have gone somewhere else. Hopefully someone in management will read the reviews and take some corrective action. I believe they are lucky to have Anthony as an employee. Otherwise, this would be a one or two star review.

Avoid if possible. But maybe the smash burger gods were punishing me for ordering a crispy chicken smash burger?! The picture on their video menu looked better than their hamburger. There was nothing "crispy" about it and it was very, very salty. Condiments come in a separate plastic baggie with no sauce at all. Would have tossed it except for it cost me $20 and I was in a rush to make a connecting flight. Fries were just ok. Pass, not smash.

HORRIBLE! One of the worst, most expensive burgers ever. The pictures tell the story. Got my burger and the patty was burnt. The veggies came separately in a plastic bag. The fries were cold and unseasoned. The best part of the meal was the mustard packet. THIS JOINT IS A RIP OFF!!!

    Classic Smash Burger.

Picture this: Concourse C at Denver International Airport, a land of weary travelers, rolling suitcases, and delayed dreams. And there, amid the chaos, it found me -- a classic smash burger so gloriously seared it could've been forged by the gods of caramelization themselves. The first bite? A meteor strike of beefy goodness. Juices cascaded like a Colorado waterfall, molten cheese bonding to the patty in a way that made me briefly question every life choice leading up to this moment. And Marie -- oh, Marie -- the bartender who guided me through this transcendental experience with a smile that could calm the turbulence of Frontier Flight 732. She poured my drink with the precision of a NASA engineer and the compassion of someone who knows you've been stuck on a layover since sunrise. Now, was this burger better than a steaming plate of Panda Express Orange Chicken? That's like comparing Shakespeare to a Michael Bay movie -- both masterpieces in their own, chaotic ways. The burger whispered umami poetry; the Orange Chicken screams in glorious, sticky-sweet harmony. One flirts with elegance, the other body-slams you with sugar and regret. Did this smash burger change my life? Not quite -- but it did change my layover. For fifteen glorious minutes, I wasn't trapped in an airport; I was soaring through a meaty Valhalla, guided by Marie and her arsenal of condiments. Final verdict: If you find yourself in Concourse C, follow the scent of sizzling redemption. Sit at Marie's bar. Order the classic. For a brief, shining moment, you'll believe in airport food again.

Quick fast food in the evening at DIA had made me wonder if I should had just skipped indulging myself tonight. I ordered a Bacon Stack Smash and substitute the fries for tots. Tots were normal, but that burger...all toppings were missing and the burger was super over cooked. Ended up splashing some ketchup on it and just forced it down. Overall...just skip this spot. There are new joints to try in the area after renovation.

Stopped in on the way to the gate. I had mt heart set on the smash fries but the fryer was down! So sad. Ordered a bacon smash it came with chips. It was super crowded but what isn't during the holidays in the airport. We were seated pretty quickly and the food came out in about 25min. It was cold sent it back

I grabbed a bite to eat while waiting on my flight. This place is very expensive. They only had select items to order so I settled on a breakfast burger, and tater tots . 2 meals $35 bucks . There was a wait time but they speeded my order up considering my boarding started earlier than expected. I was appreciative for sure. Staff was friendly but I think if it was more working than playing in the prep area food would come out faster. Burger and tots were good and seasoned well. Cooked to perfection.

Food was decent, service omg I hated every time the lady called me honey I got ignored by the other bartender lady Don't even get me started on how expensive the drinks are there, just walk further and you will get better service and prices. Also not as hot as that place was.

Easy ordering, long wait for cold burger & cold fries. Lettuce, tomato pickles came in a plastic bag. Just shy of $20. Not likely to return.

We also ordered the crispy potatoes and just thinking about them again is making my mouth water. The interior of the space was super vibey with disco balls and fun art. Def downtown vibes. Elevated Hospitality: A Masterclass in Event Execution at Tom's Watch Bar…read more I recently organized an event for 120 guests at Tom's Watch Bar in Denver, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the initial contract phase to the final onsite execution, the team proved they are true masters of high-stakes hospitality. The Vision & Planning Working with Joanna during the planning phase was a dream. She is a consummate professional with a sharp eye for detail. She understood exactly how to translate our brand into the space, creating a custom Denver-themed digital design featuring our logo that played across every large screen. The energy it brought to the room was palpable--our Immediate Past President was so impressed she's already requested the same "wow factor" for all our future events. The Spread The catering exceeded all expectations. We opted for a diverse package that catered beautifully to everyone, including our vegetarian and vegan guests. The Savory: The mac & cheese was a crowd favorite, and the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and moist. The loaded sliders and tater tot bar also kept the energy high throughout the evening. The Sweet: Do not miss the dessert bar. Specifically, there is a peanut butter bar with an incredible internal crunch that is absolutely addictive. The Atmosphere & Entertainment The venue layout is genius. We had a mix of indoor seating for both small and large group discussions, plus an incredible outdoor space with stunning stadium views. We brought in a third-party karaoke vendor, and the staff--Joanna, Zach and Matt--coordinated with them so seamlessly behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about a single technical detail. Between the karaoke, Jenga, and cornhole, there was never a dull moment. The Service What truly sets this venue apart is the personal touch. Zach and Matt are absolute stars. Knowing I was busy managing the entrance and welcoming guests, they went out of their way to check in on me personally, ensuring I had food and a drink in hand. That level of care for an event organizer is rare and deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a venue that combines a high-energy atmosphere with white-glove professional service, Tom's Watch Bar is the place. Request Joanna, Zach, and Matt--you'll be in the best hands in Denver.
