The burger looked like it lost a bar fight. The bun was soggy, the patty was colder than my ex's heart, and I swear the lettuce was just green paper. The fries? A tragic mix of lukewarm, limp, and strangely damp -- like they were fried in disappointment. The drink machine was "out of order," so I got handed a bottle of warm water that tasted like betrayal. I liked the good location close to the airport (and connected to a nice Phillips 66 convenience store), the clean interior and the fast, accommodative service. The grilled chicken sandwich was pretty tasty, with fresh veggies, a good portion of tasty chicken and honey mustard on a fresh bun. This location also offers a drive thru. For the folks that are hangry & blame the fast food server this one is for you.... Got off our flight at 10:30p. Definitely ready to eat. Saw that there is a Wendy's close to the airport and made a b-line for our fav. The team there was so nice! They missed an order so we came back thru the drive thru. Still so nice! So stop and think about your mood if you meal gets missed, etc. these folks are working til 1a. A smile goes a long way! read more

We stopped at the Wendy's on Peña blvd and this place was a disgrace to employment. We went drove up to the window and ordered a rather simple order, but it must have been very complex to the young man in the window. We confirmed the order before paying because he didn't seem to understand 3 of the same burger plus one meal. We paid and got the bag. Welp, only 3 burgers and no meal, but he got 4 sodas. Close, but no cigar. We went in to ask where the meal was and he said we didn't order one. All he heard was coke he said, even after we confirmed the order to his face. We were in a hurry so we just paid for another meal as they tried to charge us for another we didn't need. We take it back out to the car and find out there are no fries with the meal. We go back in for a third time wondering what the qualifications are to work here. You at least have to know how to read and count to ten correct? Anyways, as we go back in and tell them they forgot the fries, the kid at the window starts laughing at us like he did it on purpose. The manager didn't say anything to him at all even though he was talking and laughing right at us. If this were my establishment, I would want it at least competent. This D***A** boy in the window would be headed home instantly and indefinitely. The manager lady would also need some training or a demotion. They seem to all just be friends that hang out at a place called work where they do nothing. I sure as hell am never going to eat at this location ever again. After all of this I didn't feel comfortable eating my food so I didn't. I just through it in the garbage where it belongs in the first place. read more

Convenient location for the airport, in a nice updated building. They have nice touch screen ordering, and the human cashiers are friendly and helpful. They were out of side salads and ranch sauce though, which is probably since they're so busy. I got a full salad since they were out, and fries. Everything tasted well and fresh. I had to ask a few times for a printed receipt and once I finally got one, I noticed $1.00 charge for a "boo booklet". I did not ask for this nor did I approve the charge. I get it, its only $1.00, but I would have had no idea had I not asked for my receipt (multiple times). I can only assume that this may have happened to others since it wasn't disclosed to me and the only way to find out is to ask for a receipt. read more

It's embarrassing to locals that people visiting from out of state (or country) to have the first impression of these RUDE people. Disgusting. The shift lead (front of house) was ignoring the customers who didnt want to use the kiosk.. you are basically forced to use the kiosk unless you use the drive through.. Whoever the owners are NEED to get ahold of their business.. its prime realestate that's being WASTED. I think it's crap that this location closes at 8pm. So many wait in the parking lot to pick up their loved ones at DIA much later than 8pm. In my opinion, this location should be open until at least 12am, or even 10pm would be better. But...8pm? That's just ridiculous. Also, the hours are not posted on their main doors. So everyone who thinks they are open gets irritated after trying to open both of doors since they have no clue when they close. Absolutely ridiculous. Please fix this issue with posting the hours. It would help a lot for less frustration. Not everyone has the luxury to look up when they're open on their phone before expecting to get fresh and hot food. read more
