We walk in to the restaurant and a staff member is walking towards us but doesn't make eye contact or greet us. We order and pay for our food through self-check out. We're waiting 10 minutes and another customer is helped out and gets their food 2 min later. At that point my husband asks about our food and the manager apologizes and jokingly pushes the other staff member and says something along the lines of "I thought u got that order". They ended up reimbursing us for the food. Overall, they had poor customer service and seemed unprofessional. read more

Today at approximately 3pm I used the drive through. The male on the speaker was incredibly rude. My order came to about $18. I had about 5 min to think about how much of a rude jerk this guy was. I decided that when I got to the window I was going to get food elsewhere. I did not take the food or pay. If you don't like your job.... work somewhere else. It's here, it's finally here!!! The grand Re-opening of this location had arrived. Wendy's is love, Wendy's is life. This location had closed a year or two ago, but It just got reopened and I'm thrilled because no more taking abuse from the competitors. The staff is decent, not pushy and willing to give you more sauce. They are friendly, and no long lines thus their grand re-opening. I've always been a Wendy's girl, and next to my job.... hell. I work at the airport so if I forget my lunch i come here. What a mistake! No matter what time of day it is or how many ppl are in front me, it's always a 5 to 10 minute wait in drive thru. 10 dollars for a combo and the burger looks like a 99 cent value menu burger which is funny cuz this location doesnt have a value menu. I asked for extra pickles and I got 2. Usually the combo burgers come with 2 to 3 so if I ask for extra...there should be more than 2. Working at DIA, tonight I've been to this location far more than I'd like to admit. This is by far the worst location I've ever been to and the owner should be ashamed of wasting his premium location with dog shit service and quality. Not only is the service terrible but now the guy has the balls to remove the value menu because of the "airport" location. I hope Wendy's takes away this owner's franchise license and the place gets bought out by a good times. We waited for ten minutes in line at 23:00 only to be informed that this particular franchise does not have a value menu. Perhaps my memory is off, but I recall ordering such items in the past. Customer service and speed of service at this location are dissatisfactory and inconsistent. You can only order on kiosks and nobody confirms they've recieved your order. I waited over 20min for my food, feeling anxious with my flight boarding in the next 45min and a rental car to return. The order I received was incorrect, but I let it go because I didn't have any time left. This Wendy's is small and intimate. It's pretty clean with seating for about 40 people. The service is about average. The staff are friendly and nice. There isn't a restroom inside, but there is one next door. It took less than five minutes to get our quick order. If you're looking for parking, there is plenty of parking out front and on the side of the building in a parking lot since this Wendy's is next to a pit stop place and the car rentals are near. I've enjoyed my Wendy's experience for stepping into one for the first time in my life. They has both chocolate and vanilla frostys to that was great! The chunky chocolate cookies were good, not too hard or crumbly. read more

I've been to many many Wendy's and this was my best experience. The shift manager who was just transferred from Texas offered the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was patient while I read the whole menu and welcomed me to Denver as I had just moved there. I was having a bad day and he went above and beyond to turn it around. We were hitting up the gas station on our way to return our rental car, around 3:30pm, and they were completely out of prepped bacon. There was trash all over the ground, and the tables had food and trash all over them. The trash stunk like a feedlot, and I couldn't get my condiments due to the fowl smell.
