The food here was delicious, from the perfect caprese salad to a delicious and unique bahn mi pizza to the chicken pesto pizza. I loved the bahn mi pizza, but the chicken pesto is a bit more heavy and basic. The pizzas were 20" pizzas and were HUMONGOUS. The mozzarella in the caprese was chef's kiss. Even tho $53 for a pizza is quite a lot, it's not terrible when you can get full from 1-2 slices, making it only $7-13 per person for a full meal. read more

Checked this place out for some late night after-drinks cravings. Even on a Thursday night, it was popping. The host told us that, at 10:30pm, that we might not even get a chance to get seated for the night even though the place closes at midnight as it's still going to be at least 30 min wait, but we got nothing to do so we just gave our number and chilled, and 10 minutes later, a table opened up for us! We got a garlic cheese bread small order and a whole Three Little Piggies pizza. Looking at the prices, it looks quite expensive but honestly, it's because it's a loooooot of food! The garlic bread is very hearty and cheesy, with marinara and pesto that you can dip. The pizza itself is gigantic and 1 slice can be a comfortable meal! While the pizza itself is thin, there is not too much sauce to make it messy, and the meat toppings are very generously arranged. I really enjoyed this type of pizza as I prefer lower carbs for food whenever I get the chance, albeit not a hard rule set upon myself. Additionally, the pizza is cooked thoroughly and yet is not burnt, unlike some restaurants' pizzas in an attempt to make it more flavorful. The pizza here is already flavorful on its own without any of those poor charred attempts. Definitely get a large group to share, since we ended up having a lot of leftovers, but fortunately, the food is still of similar quality reheating it back home. 1 whole pizza can easily feed 4 hungry adults! Throughout the dining experience from waiting for the table to paying for the bill was very positive. Waiters check up on us every so often to see how the food was, if we needed anything, etc just like the typical hospitality of American restaurants. I finally got to try this famous bell town Seattle pizzeria on the last day of 2022. I was so excited to try their pies having read all the good Yelp reviews and friend recommendations. The place accepts reservations online. The restaurant has a hip vibe and nice ambient lighting. It has a cool bar with a beautiful display of selection . The whole place smells delicious with hint of pizza pie fragrance in the air ! The menu has a lot of vegetarian pies - the pie itself is huge! It's a 20 inch pie that was big enough to be shared with a party of 4. We tried half and half veggie box and half veg banh mi - the banh mi (4/5) was delicious, had toppings of mushroom, raw cucumber, onion, jalapeños and sriracha The veggie box (3.5/5)was smothered with vegetarian toppings to artichokes, roasted red pepper olives in a garlic oil base- the pizza was decent but not my favorite. I feel a touch of marinara would have elevated the flavors much more. They have drink options that complement the beer ranging from Mexican coke to beers to . I'm not a big pizza eater but Roccos' is pretty amazing! The portions are huge and have so much flavor. We got one pizza (half banh mi and half chicken pesto) and it happily fed 4 or us. The slices are huge and I was very full after 1.5 slices. Their crust has a nice crunch and isn't too thick or thin. The banh mi pizza definitely caught me by surprise in a good way. I'm always kind of skeptical about fusion foods but Rocco's got it down! I love the freshness of the pork, cucumber, and cilantro, but there is also a little kick from the sriracha and jalapeños on it. Overall I was super impressed and would happily eat it again. The chicken pesto pizza is what you would expect from one. It was pretty good but didn't necessarily wow me in the same way as the banh mi, I think next time I would try a different one. Service is generally good here. A couple of our plates were dirty and we had to return them, which our server quickly took care of. This place is large group friendly if you can handle the wait time which honestly is not that bad. My party and I decided to try this place out as I had read great reviews about them, there was a wait but it was about 20 minutes when they told us it would be about 30-45 minutes so we were happy that we were able to get seated earlier than expected. The food was absolutely delicious and came out quickly, considering how busy they were. Visited from NorCal for a weekend and was recommended this place. Having been to plenty of pizza spots in surrounding states (California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona) I can say with 100% confidence this is one of the best pizza spots I've been to. The pizza itself was pretty big and really filling, no corners were cut in ingredients nor size. The garlic cheese bread is also a great starter app or something to pair with the delicious pizza as well. My favorite thing about this place however, is the root beer. As silly and pointless as it sounds to most, I know there will be people out there that would agree. This is the first and only place I've been to that offers root beer ON TAP. Beer and pizza is great but if you're a root beer lover like myself this place will forever have a place in your heart. Everyone in this establishment has extremely great attitude and customer service. My wife went with the traditional cheese and pepperoni slice and a Greek salad. The pepperoni was probably our least favorite, a lack of sauce on the pizza, and tried to ride on the flavor of cheese and pepperoni only alone. The Fun Guy slice was exceptional, the mushrooms tasted fresh and the truffle oil wasn't too overpowering, which made it all the better. Greek Salad was incredibly fresh, with beautiful light vinaigrette dressing. I pretty much ate the whole salad myself. If I'm being honest, I cannot imagine ordering a whole pie from here unless I'm with a big party. Some of the highest prices I've ever seen for a whole or half pie. Coming from the East coast, I have some pretty high expectations about pizza quality, I admit it. But Rocco's is one of the few spots in Seattle that's come close, taste wise, to some of the pies I'd find back home. I've held off on trying Rocco's because, sadly, it's another place that charges way too much for pizza (ex: cheese pizza is $18 for half/4 slices, or $29 for a whole pie. Not including tax and tip). Today I finally opted to try it, thanks to a discount with a food delivery service. I went with their 'Build Your Own - 1 topping' half pie, typically $21, but ended up paying $8. The slices are huge, and reminiscent of what you'd get in New York. The slices aren't too thin, so you can't easily fold the slice, but they're a good balance of soft and crispy. It didn't taste like I was eating just dough, and the slices weren't burnt on the bottom or on the crust. My slices weren't dripping in oil, so no napkins were harmed with this meal. Honestly, I really liked their pizza. Still not a fan of their prices, but I'd certainly come back and try a few slices or get a pie whenever any of the delivery apps have deals.
