I Can't Believe It's Not Muddled
Dar O.

Always try to make a stop here whenever we're in Seattle. Great little bar/restaurant. Creative and tasty cocktails. Friendly service and a chill atmosphere. The highlight that keeps bringing us back is the Warm Garlic Pull Apart. One of my all time favorite dishes from anywhere. A must have if you come in. They have several other dishes that sound and look really good, but I haven't had a chance to have them. Hopefully one day I'll keep my appetite for more food here. Highly recommend.

THE PORK BELLY THE PORK BELLY THE PORK BELLY!!! My wife and I had been hearing about SRB for some time. And wow we totally understand why. Whoever the head chef is here is doing some special things with their menu. Their drinks were perfection, the food was . It was a faster dinner than usual as we had an event to get to but you better believe that we will be back to enjoy MORE OF THE TWICE COOKED PORB BELLY. Omg. I didn't get the greatest picture but yeah... just go try it and enjoy a little piece of heaven :)

Omg - their wings!!! What else is there to say, please get the wings!! I think I have never eaten such delicious wings ever! Service is super friendly and we had such a good time. Will definitely come back! Bar vibes, but more elevated :)

We went to a wnba game and wanted to hit a bar after. This place popped up on Google so we decided to try it. We had a group of four. We left our cars in the lots we prepaid for and walked it as it was pretty close to the stadium (in my opinion). We didn't drink the fun so I don't have much to say about cocktails. We all ordered nachos and they were outstanding. I grabbed a red blend and everyone else had beer. I'm indifferent about the server/service. He wasn't rude but he also didn't give much effort, pretty laid back (not a bad thing, could be off putting to some). He also could have just been tired. I do appreciate him playing the replay of the game for us. We enjoyed ourselves and the food.

You know that moment when you're three drinks in and suddenly fast food tastes like the best thing ever? Well, this place actually has amazing food, and that's not just the tequila talking. I'm usually not a "bar girl" for a reason. Too many spots throw together some mediocre apps and count on the drinks to make you believe it's good. But this place? Totally different. We had the best time! The nachos were solid, but the real standout was the pull-apart bread with burrata, pure magic. Carbs and cheese? Say less. We even lucked out with front row parking during happy hour. It felt like the universe aligned for this exact moment. The service was excellent too, with staff checking in on us regularly. This isn't just some random bar. It might just be THE bar to be at in Seattle.

S.T.F.U - It was very tasty! I'd get it again.

We always try to come here whenever we're in Seattle and finally got a chance again. I LOVE their warm garlic pull apart bread with burrata cheese! It's a MUST TRY, along with the STFU cocktail. If you like pineapple and coconut, this is also a must. But it's not too coconut-ty and it's refreshing without being overly sweet. I could just eat and drink that all day. This time lots of people chose to sit at the front patio because of the great weather. The vibe continues to be chill and comfy, and I always look forward to coming again.

We were looking for a spot to have some brunch during pride and they had just opened up. We had our corgi with us and they allow dogs on their patio which was great! They got our pup her own water bowl and gave her some treats. The nachos were huge as I remembered and they were able to do no dairy for me. My partner loved his dish too. The patio was also decorated in a fun way for pride!

Warm garlic pull-apart roll, I can't believe it's not muddled drink - IG @bougiefoodieboi

I went during Sunday afternoon, around 1:30pm, and it was really really busy because there was a football game watch going on, but it was the tail end. I ended up sitting at a 4-top table as the bar ironically was all full, which was fine as this doesn't happen that often, and I could still watch the TV if I wanted to. I ordered the warm garlic pull-apart roll and the "I can't believe it's not muddled" watermelon mojito drink. The roll, despite it being $12 for bread and some burrata, is actually crazy gooood. Like, the bread is soft inside but still has a nice croissant flaky texture outside. It is so buttery and garlicky, and the garlic flavor sneaks up to you in a good way. The burrata cuts down a bit on the garlic flavor so you can rinse and repeat to enjoy the roll gradually. It is a bit filling so one person can treat that as a half a meal. The cocktail is a clarified watermelon mojito drink that is quite interesting. At this point, as I pick up bartending as a hobby, I tend to order drinks where I wouldn't really make at home. It is a clarified cocktail, so it is quite unique, and wow, it is completely clear but you can taste the nuances of watermelon mojito in the drink!! It is refreshing and substantial. Because it is Sunday, it is happy hour so it was $3 off the regular price (happy hour also 4-6pm Monday-Sunday). The name of this place is quite interesting, but honestly, it is not random. It is a great establishment, one that should not be overlooked.

Menu

Dropped in to Seattle for work, arriving late I needed to find some dinner and man did I hit a jackpot! Grabbed a Chicken Parm and Hot Apple Rye drink. Food was filling, pasta perfectly al dente. First time I had cider with whiskey... dang this was amazing (I had a double)! Wish there was a bit more linguine on the plate, but as I sit here typing this, it was a perfect serving size. If you're in the Seattle water front area, check this place out!

Crab nachos

Good food Good drinks Good vibes Food: the crab nachos & butter lettuce salad were great Drinks: the autumn old fashioned, while you were away, hot apple were fun Vibes: Paramore, nirvana and the like were playing at moderate levels, but we could still have a conversation comfortably. Service was great

Great drinks!

Food was excellent, owner/bartender was friendly, sociable, and made a great drink! If you're in town for a cruise, it's near the port - definitely worth looking up!

A bar that lives up to its name! Very random interior decoration and crowd, but really enjoyed the STFU cocktail and lively ambience.

Roquette was a surprisingly small space with a wonderful vibe serving up "destination" bar-worthy cocktails. It reminded me of some of the neighborhood gem cocktail bars that I'd frequented on the East Coast. I grabbed a seat at the bar. Roquette's lineup of cocktails were varied in flavor profile using a wide range of spirits. They also served non-alcoholic offerings which looked equally intriguing as their boozy selections. I started off with the 99 Problems ($28), which, unfortunately, I forgot to note what was in the drink. It was boozy, clever, inventive, and most importantly delicious. My second drink was the Imperium Old Fashioned ($24) made with Westland Whiskey "Roquette" Barrel, Clement Cask Strength Rhum, Old Delicious Apple Brandy, Pineapple, and Spice. It was an excellent, boozy, balanced update to the classic Old Fashioned. Although I went with drinks off their menu, I have no doubt that any of their skilled bar professionals could've crafted me a wonderful cocktail if I had simply requested a classic or something on the fly based on my choice of spirit and desired flavor profile. Yes, the prices on the two drinks I ordered were pretty steep, but they were comparable to prices I've paid in Las Vegas. Plus, I don't have a problem with paying a premium for a well-made cocktail made with premium ingredients in a comfortable, welcoming setting (the drunken guy next to me who tried to engage with me in a political discussion excluded). Bottom-line: Roquette was a revelation. It served up two of the best cocktails that I've had this year. I can't recommend it enough and it'll be at the top of my list of places to hit the next time I'm in town.

I would love to have a nice bar to patronize, but the bar food menu doesn't match bar food vibe. I am curious what dinner would be like here. Whoever owns this bar and whoever is curating this menu is absolutely a music head. No debate. And here's your gentle PSA: please pass that love of music AND hip-hop history to your waitstaff. Because what happened to me... was personal. There are three drinks on the menu that basically scream, "someone in here grew up on hip-hop and never emotionally left the 90s." We've got: ATLiens Aquemini 2 ____ a Butterfly (fill in the blank, but if you know, you KNOW Kendrick Lamar, 2015) Now listen this is not "aqua-mini." This is Outkast. Andre 3000. Big Boi. Southern rap royalty. It is pronounced Ah-kwim-in-eye The waitress looks me dead in my soul and says, "Oh, you mean the Aqua-mini." I was transported out of my body. Now here's the issue: I would've let it go...if a Kendrick Lamar song wasn't also on the menu. Because why are we confidently mispronouncing Outkast while casually referencing Pulitzer-level rap on the same drink list? At that point I realized I was surrounded by people under 34 who had never had to wait for TRL, decode a CD booklet, or defend Southern rap. No one in my group shared my emotional breakdown. Not one gasp. Prices & Drinks (important part): Let's talk about the $18 drink situation. I paid $18 for an Aquemini and received...vibes. Not buzz. At $18, I expect at least a whisper of alcohol. Instead, I got decorative hydration. My husband's Blueberry Smash? Better. More flavor. More personality. So now I'm sitting there thinking: I paid premium pricing for a drink I had to defend and pronounce correctly myself... and still left sober. Food: I was a little hungry and ordered fried shrimp (not on the online menu) The shrimp was fine. Just fine. The dipping sauce tried its best, and I respect that effort. Why is everything either wagyu, mussels, duck, or something you need a culinary degree to pronounce like gruyere but I can't just get a basic bar plate? Wagyu sliders, chicken bites would have been nice because I don't usually go out thinking, "Tonight feels like Wagyu and mussels at the bar." Service: I'm from Los Angeles, so I'm familiar with urban sketchy with a side of vibes. The activities near the parking spaces was very sketch. I was with a group of 8, including my husband so I felt protected by numbers. Inside, it was a Friday night but surprisingly empty. The music was loud enough to feel like a party, but quiet enough that you could still hear each other. We tried to rearrange seating to accommodate our group and the waitress said "I'm not walking around you, so keep this aisle clear." Which was fair, but also, there are gentler ways to say "I need this walkway." Or tell us the better way to set up seating in the empty bar. I didn't have a second drink frankly because I was never asked. Most places I go the waitress will come and ask if I want another drink. I don't live in Seattle, so this was my intro to night time bar life in the city. Sleepless in Seattle? I think in 2026 it's more like Sleepy in Seattle by looking at the emptiness.
