It is tough to get reservations here and probably does not need another review, but here we go. If the food and drinks were horrible, it would still be worth having a meal here. You can certainly visit the Space Needle Observation deck, but nothing like sitting down and revolving around the city particularly around sundown. They were smart here with menu because they have limited options with food and put a lot of thought and creativity into the drinks. When you arrive, be aware there is a separate line that gets you to move up in elevator line. You order your food in advance. We had the Tower Weekend Menu and chose the Butcher's Tower and Elevated at Sea (then there is a dessert course). The Butcher's Tower is decadent and delicious. This include Beef Croquettes that were very good, Wagyu steak that was excellent, some pork belly that was rich and tasty and some other items. The two towers are definitely plenty for two people. With the food you get to choose three cocktails, one for each course. I had Swine at Sea (with Rye), Rocket Man (with rum) and Solar Winds (vodka). All the drinks were well-balanced and excellent, really a highlight. We did not like Elevated at Sea as much, but still really nice. This included sushi (which was fine), calamari tempura (a little greasy, but tasty, black cod (excellent), smoked salmon (again fine), and crab cake (very good). The dessert was something called the Lunar Orbiter that had many small bites that was also very good. This is expensive, but overall a great meal.

If I could give the Loupe Lounge 10 out of 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Jonny and Micheal, you both made my spouse's birthday absolutely divine, thank you for your dedicated and personalized professional service. So where to start! The reservation only dining experience at the Loupe Lounge can be placed online and in advanced. Admission to the space needle is required, so when all is said and done, this isn't a cheap dinner date by far - but how often do you get the chance to sample a tasting style menu atop one of America's architectural icons? Upon arriving we were guided to the elevators, little to no wait was needed, but caution, you will need to share the elevator with GA ticket holders, the space may be squeeze for a moment or two. The lounge itself is a partitioned off space with a half wall and the level itself is open to the public. There was some crowd noise but it was never off-putting during the experience for us, just don't expect quiet and quaint at this location. The prix fixe meal come with 3 cocktails each. Each is exciting and over the top, the waitstaff/manager were super helpful describing the flavor profiles of each. I think our favorite by the end of the service was the sea-espresso. Now onto the food! We chose the elevated and sea and butcher's tower menus. For the sea menu, the oysters were not available at the time of service due to health/safety concerns. A substitute of tempura fried calamari was served instead and it was simply divine - I didn't miss the oysters. From the sea tower I believe my favorite selection was the crab cake. Generous lumps of crab paired well with sweet apple gel and pops of truffle. I'll be dreaming of them for some time. While the elevated at sea tower was impressive, the butcher's tower excelled. My spouse inhaled each course and I'm happy to say I got to at least sample the Wagyu, BLT, croquettes and pork belly. The star of this tower for me was surprisingly the BLT. These sandwich squares were elevated by marinated and juicy tomato slices, paired with bacon smoked with a nutty aroma. The portion sizes are generous enough to leave you very full - during our service we were served a truffle assortment for desert and the staff graciously provided us with to-go boxes so we could enjoy them later. Thank you to the staff and chefs at the Loupe Lounge, paired with perfect weather and a sunset, this is one dining experience we will not soon forget!

What a cool experience! Dinner at the top of the Space Needle while it's rotating. I get motion sickness and thought since it rotates slowly, I'd be okay but warning...I did get a bit queasy at one point. Nothing some water and a trip to the restroom didn't fix. It was also nice to get dressed up for dinner. You arrive and we paid for valet. There is a special line you get in to go upstairs. You have time to spend on the observation deck prior to dinner. When sat, you are fully attended to. Drinks and the view were superb. Then the courses. Such great displays and tasty! You can choose between 3 options I believe. We got the seafood one. It also included desert and your tip. Everything is prepaid which is awesome. No fuss. This might not be an ongoing treat as it is pricey but we definitely enjoyed this opportunity.

About the Reservation | A Restaurant You Literally Have to "Snag Tickets" For This Seattle trip was planned in a rush. My husband said this restaurant was impossible to book -- he was refreshing the website every hour hoping someone would cancel. Finally, we got a spot -- $200 per person, which sounds pricey but is actually totally worth it: Includes: Space Needle admission + VIP skip-the-line access A full three-course tower-style dinner (super filling!) + two cocktails. Each person gets two different small appetizers. Since we ordered different towers, we ended up with four unique starters in total. For the main course: The Butcher has three dishes, The Oceanic has two -- that's five entrées altogether. We ended with a shared chocolate dessert (menu in the last photo). Just the Space Needle ticket + skip-the-line pass alone costs almost $100, so the price is actually pretty reasonable. Reservations are prepaid, so after dining you can just leave -- no checkout needed. Tower Menu | Choose One per Person * The Oceanic - Seafood-based tower that changes seasonally. * The Omnivore - Cured meats & cheese as the centerpiece -- like a leveled-up charcuterie board. * The Space Gardener - Vegetarian tower with a rotating seasonal menu. * The Butcher - Meat lovers' choice with lamb, pork, beef, and more. The tiered presentation is stunning -- it feels like a dining ritual. Cocktail Experience | Half Science, Half Magic Show The real star here isn't the food -- it's the cocktails. Each drink is a sensory performance -- full of visual effects, aromas, and interactive moments. Yuzu Drop was the most unforgettable. When the server poured the smoky liquid onto the floor, I was stunned -- suddenly the entire floor was enveloped in white mist, like a liquid nitrogen special effect swirling around our feet. Beehive Blastoff was another fascinating one. The drinking ritual was hilariously complex: 1 Take a sip of the cocktail 2 Smell the flower 3 Take another sip 4 Bite into the Sichuan buzz button flower -- it gives a mild numbing sensation 5 Finish with the last sip To be honest, the flavor didn't change much -- but the whole ritual was just too fun.

Reserved a brunch slot for the Loupe on top of the space needle! Online rez was simple and quick and you prepay for the experience in advanced which comes with the meal and observation deck walk around. Definitely worth it for the food alone. I was pleasantly surprised with the dishes. 3 course meal with juice, tea, coffee, and or cocktail. The service was amazing and the waitress we had was very friendly. The food came out quick and she even offered to take pictures of us with the views of the city and landscape. Wasn't sure about how I would feel about the mixture of truffles and fruit but the honey made it very pleasant to the palate. The dessert was an experience by itself but I was extremely full after all the food to enjoy all the dessert. Overall the food and experience was amazing!!! There aren't many tables so it was fairly quiet without loud conversations and annoying patrons. Would like to experience the dinner another visit.

The Loupe Lounge is like a merry-go-round of the Seattle skyline. From the moment you step off the elevator, you are transported. From the cocktails to the views to the towers, the Loupe Lounge showcases the best of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer. We tried the Elevated at Sea, Butcher's Tower, and Omnivore's tower. The small plates are packed with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. All of the towers were balanced in offerings and came out at the perfect pace. Each course was paired with an included cocktail. Many of the drinks featured smoke and foam that emulated the clouds we were dining next to! Their mocktail selection was also impressive. The presentation of everything we consumed there was unmatched. The service is outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who make sure you feel welcome and well taken care of throughout your visit. Many of them have been working at the Space Needle for decades. There were many times that they offered pictures and even anticipated the best backdrops for them! The group shot below was taken by them. From Caviar potato chips, VIP treatment, the best views of Seattle to artistic drinks served in octopus shaped glasses, you're definitely getting what you paid for at the Loupe Lounge.

If you're already at the top of the space needle and want to kick back and watch the revolving level got around it's totally worth it to grab a drink or something to eat and soak in the views. We came during the week so we didn't have to wait to be served, we just grabbed a beer which was reasonably priced and before we knew it the 45 minutes they said it takes for the floor to do a complete revelation flew by.

My best friend and I came here for dinner and it exceeded our expectations. The instructions on what to do when we first arrived were clear. The only downside I would have to say from the experience was when we walked in and the host was taking us to our table, a bartender thought we were trespassing and tried to stop us until he saw the host with us. That made us feel like he stereotyped us. The rest of the staff treated us with respect and made the experience much more enjoyable, especially our waiter. She was fantastic. We tried The Oceanic and The Space Gardner menu and it was very tasty. My favorite was The Oceanic that brought the caviar tasting and dugenes crab roll. To drink, I tried the Tip Top Yuzu Drop and Appletini and they were both delicious. I did enjoy the Tip Too Yuzu Drop more and the glass it comes in reminded me of an Octopus. I absolutely loved how we were able to enjoy the view for as long as we wanted to, as we did not feel rushed. We also got a bit of a show how some of the drink, food and dessert came out. The views you get of the city here is spectacular. I also loved how everything is paid for before arriving so you're thoroughly focusing on enjoying the experience from the moment you arrive. After dinner, you can definitely explore the space needle. It is a bit of a splurge to come, but in my opinion it's totally worth it.

We were recommended by a friend to go to The Loupe Lounge for special occasions and boy, it did not disappoint! My fiancé and I celebrated his birthday by eating dinner in front of the revolving windows of the restaurant. I made pre-paid reservations about a month before on Tock, specifying in the comments that we were celebrating his birthday. We were able to head up to the observation deck as VIPs earlier than our reservation time to catch the 5:02 pm sunset, which I highly recommend if you anticipate a clear, sunny day like the day we went. Afterwards, we were able to make our way downstairs to be seated. Our pre-chosen meals were 'Butcher's Tower' for him and 'Elevated at Sea' for me, which were multi-course menus which all tasted delicious and consisted of ingredients that we have never, and rarely, ever eat. Unfortunately, the oysters that were supposed to be on the menu were not shipped to the restaurant in time so the chef substituted the oysters for calamari, which had the most airy, light breading we have ever tasted - my fiancé said this calamari was one of the best he's ever had. We absolutely did not mind the substitution! The meat, including the Wagyu, imported straight from Japan was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The cocktails pairings we got to choose were very thoughtful, and purposefully designed well as a local homage to Seattle. The drinks not only tasted well balanced, but smelled delicious. During the dessert course, The Loupe Lounge put some mini birthday decorations on top just to make the experience feel a bit more personalized for my fiancé. Our waitress, Cara, was excellent. She was very prompt, and really knowledge about their drink offerings and even gave my fiancé a little trivia question regarding the apples the restaurant uses for their cocktails. We never asked Cara for anything because she was quick to remove plates and cups appropriately, refilled our water cups, etc. Aside from Cara, the elevator operator Gus, was really funny and gave us tips regarding where to stand in the elevator when the waves of other people came into the elevator to get up to and down from the observation deck. The dinner experience was very expensive yet fun, exciting, and delicious! We recommended this dining experience to our family and friends. When we have another milestone celebration, we wouldn't hesitate to reserve dinner here again.

Come here for fun dining rather than fine dining, and you'll enjoy it! Note: You now need to buy Space Needle tickets with your meal, which adds to the price, but the dining experience lets you skip the long elevator lines which is necessary to have a good time. The window seats are very low, but our friendly waitress was quick to reseat us at a taller table. We ordered the "Butcher's Tower" and "Elevated at Sea" tower with required weekend cocktails. Food quality was a mix: highlights included the truffle cream (kept it to dip everything), the Cosmic State cocktail (an incredibly crisp and fresh appletini), the negatoro (perfect uni bite), the salmon (basic but elevated by sweet onions and hot honey), and the foie gras (rich and balanced, though the gold leaf felt excessive). Misses were the oysters (overwhelmed by toppings), wagyu BLT (just a regular BLT), the dessert (forgettable chocolate), the Botanical Moon (all the sweet/syrup was stuck in the straw of the glass), and the Full Moon mezcal (oddly lacking smokiness) The food presentation was a blast--think dry ice, smoke bubbles, and creative tableside mixing. The rotating view, clear floors, and sweeping cityscape make it a visual delight--it's part of the experience and adds a lot of charm. Overall, it's a fun one-time experience with great views and some memorable bites, but I'm not sure I'd go back more than once given the corresponding price tag. * This is a review focused on the dining experience, but I believe you can also stop by Loupe Lounge bar for cocktails during any visit if there are available chairs.

Roquette was a surprisingly small space with a wonderful vibe serving up "destination" bar-worthy cocktails. It reminded me of some of the neighborhood gem cocktail bars that I'd frequented on the East Coast. I grabbed a seat at the bar. Roquette's lineup of cocktails were varied in flavor profile using a wide range of spirits. They also served non-alcoholic offerings which looked equally intriguing as their boozy selections. I started off with the 99 Problems ($28), which, unfortunately, I forgot to note what was in the drink. It was boozy, clever, inventive, and most importantly delicious. My second drink was the Imperium Old Fashioned ($24) made with Westland Whiskey "Roquette" Barrel, Clement Cask Strength Rhum, Old Delicious Apple Brandy, Pineapple, and Spice. It was an excellent, boozy, balanced update to the classic Old Fashioned. Although I went with drinks off their menu, I have no doubt that any of their skilled bar professionals could've crafted me a wonderful cocktail if I had simply requested a classic or something on the fly based on my choice of spirit and desired flavor profile. Yes, the prices on the two drinks I ordered were pretty steep, but they were comparable to prices I've paid in Las Vegas. Plus, I don't have a problem with paying a premium for a well-made cocktail made with premium ingredients in a comfortable, welcoming setting (the drunken guy next to me who tried to engage with me in a political discussion excluded). Bottom-line: Roquette was a revelation. It served up two of the best cocktails that I've had this year. I can't recommend it enough and it'll be at the top of my list of places to hit the next time I'm in town.

Whenever someone is visiting, we come here. Whenever I run into a stranger visiting, i say they have to come here. My friends know if i'm celebrating anything, "are you getting crab nachos?!" It's become a part of my personality at this point. I have so much respect for the owners, the way they run their business and their honesty online. I underestimated the attractiveness of Happy Hour where many drinks are $1 to $3 off. The place was full and became even fuller (and louder) by the end of our meal. This bar is hopping with many regulars, alcohol-filled, with multiple screens televising sports. When we went in October, the food menu says the food is discounted 25% off during certain late hours. The current online menu doesn't say that anymore. Not sure if that deal is still available. Our server was easygoing. Note they charge 3% for credit card use. The Food: SRB Burger, $22 - 3 Stars Menu: Painted Hills beef, burrata mozzarella, basil aioli, arugula, pickled onions, hand cut fries Per the menu description, this burger sounded great. Unfortunately for hubby, this burger has the exact pet peeve that he dislikes the most - where the patty is small and tall (he calls it ball shape) compared to the bun. The patty diameter is significantly smaller than the bun. He literally hates that. I had to tilt the camera much lower to see the patty inside. On the plus side, the fries are great. Grilled Shrimp Club, $24 - 3.5 Stars Menu: bacon, lettuce, tomato, house made guacamole, roasted chipotle aioli, hand cut fries This club sandwich is very good except for the one thing that the menu didn't specify - the bun. They use ciabatta bread, which I find doughy, thick, and overwhelms a sandwich. That is my pet peeve for a sandwich. Neither of us is betting well on this night. They are probably more of a 3.5 Stars overall. We find their prices to be high, especially since they additionally charge a credit card fee. When we went, the cost was $21, $23 respectively. The prices are now $22 and $24 per online menu. I would not return for food only. I would return for a bar vibe.

Not often that my wife and I will enjoy each other's cocktails since I like spirit-forward whisky based drinks and she prefers cocktails a bit sweeter and more tart, but these were flavorful and well-balanced. I'm looking forward to our next chance to come back.

I would love to have a nice bar to patronize, but the bar food menu doesn't match bar food vibe. I am curious what dinner would be like here. Whoever owns this bar and whoever is curating this menu is absolutely a music head. No debate. And here's your gentle PSA: please pass that love of music AND hip-hop history to your waitstaff. Because what happened to me... was personal. There are three drinks on the menu that basically scream, "someone in here grew up on hip-hop and never emotionally left the 90s." We've got: ATLiens Aquemini 2 ____ a Butterfly (fill in the blank, but if you know, you KNOW Kendrick Lamar, 2015) Now listen this is not "aqua-mini." This is Outkast. Andre 3000. Big Boi. Southern rap royalty. It is pronounced Ah-kwim-in-eye The waitress looks me dead in my soul and says, "Oh, you mean the Aqua-mini." I was transported out of my body. Now here's the issue: I would've let it go...if a Kendrick Lamar song wasn't also on the menu. Because why are we confidently mispronouncing Outkast while casually referencing Pulitzer-level rap on the same drink list? At that point I realized I was surrounded by people under 34 who had never had to wait for TRL, decode a CD booklet, or defend Southern rap. No one in my group shared my emotional breakdown. Not one gasp. Prices & Drinks (important part): Let's talk about the $18 drink situation. I paid $18 for an Aquemini and received...vibes. Not buzz. At $18, I expect at least a whisper of alcohol. Instead, I got decorative hydration. My husband's Blueberry Smash? Better. More flavor. More personality. So now I'm sitting there thinking: I paid premium pricing for a drink I had to defend and pronounce correctly myself... and still left sober. Food: I was a little hungry and ordered fried shrimp (not on the online menu) The shrimp was fine. Just fine. The dipping sauce tried its best, and I respect that effort. Why is everything either wagyu, mussels, duck, or something you need a culinary degree to pronounce like gruyere but I can't just get a basic bar plate? Wagyu sliders, chicken bites would have been nice because I don't usually go out thinking, "Tonight feels like Wagyu and mussels at the bar." Service: I'm from Los Angeles, so I'm familiar with urban sketchy with a side of vibes. The activities near the parking spaces was very sketch. I was with a group of 8, including my husband so I felt protected by numbers. Inside, it was a Friday night but surprisingly empty. The music was loud enough to feel like a party, but quiet enough that you could still hear each other. We tried to rearrange seating to accommodate our group and the waitress said "I'm not walking around you, so keep this aisle clear." Which was fair, but also, there are gentler ways to say "I need this walkway." Or tell us the better way to set up seating in the empty bar. I didn't have a second drink frankly because I was never asked. Most places I go the waitress will come and ask if I want another drink. I don't live in Seattle, so this was my intro to night time bar life in the city. Sleepless in Seattle? I think in 2026 it's more like Sleepy in Seattle by looking at the emptiness.
