The first club was playing terrible music with a bunch of 21 year olds standing around. The second club is pretty good. Music choice and energy is better. Just had an awkward space layout. VIP tables were not filled to capacity and drinks were pretty expensive. Solid night club but nothing special. Worth getting on the free guest list rather than paying the door fee. read more

Great venue! Multiple rooms once you're inside, separated by different music and themes. I especially enjoy so far gone seattle events that they throw. Buy tickets beforehand if you're planning on coming to a popular event. Lines outside are separated by table v ticket. You can buy tickets once you enter the facility. I wanted to write a review to highlight the great security staff in the front. Shout out to Trey for creating a safe and fun environment for the girls. I. AM. NOT. EVER. COMING. HERE. AGAIN. You probably shouldn't either if you don't want to be manhandled. Wow. What I experienced last night was ridiculous. I mean it left me speechless. If you know me and how I write my reviews, get ready for a full blown story. My friend got us on the guest list. He said to come by 9, so we got in line, security pat down the guys... my fiancé was looking for his vape at home for a good 40 minutes before leaving only to realize when he got pat down, we were like "OMGSH! That's where it was? We flipped our house trying to find that". Anyways that part doesn't matter. The part that started it all was, "you can't bring vapes inside". One of the guys got pat first, the security guy says, "you can pay $10 to hold it up front or toss it". My fiancé offered to pay the $10 for the guy AND his to be held till the end of the night for a total of $20. I made sure I watched it stay on the podium until I walked in. The night goes along, we have our fun. Drinking. Dancing. It was my first time being out dancing like this since pre-COVID. Now we we are on our way out. I accidentally tried to exit the way I came in. Oops. The guy was a bit rude but I'm like "ok whatever". We walked out, THE RIGHT way. Now at this point, I see the group I came with standing next to the entrance and I always forget about guys and their vapes... the other guy says something about his vape and how they said they didn't have it anymore? "Uhm excuse me?" And then my fiancé goes up to the security guy and says "I paid money, in cash, to have our two vapes held at the front. And you're telling me you don't have it anymore?" I'm over here thinking, "you're kidding, right? What kind of BS are these guys trying to pull?" First off that might not even be an actual rule and they might be ripping people off by taking cash for "holding the vapes" and turning a blind eye, right? I mean who's going to know? I didn't even check if there were security cameras recording the front podium at that point- good idea, maybe I should check next time I walk PAST this place because of course I would never step into this establishment again. Anyways moving on- at this point my fiancé is kinda pissed, ya know? They make him pay $10 a piece to hold it, which reminds me... they don't do coatchecks anymore? Apparently last week they did. What the heck is going on here? One of the security guys, bouncers, whatever you want to call him... yea him. The one with dreads/longer hair that come to his ears. Him with the darker complexion, which I assume he's African American. Now what happens next came so fast I had no time to think before it even happened... I see this "guy" come running at my fiancé and tackles him down to the ground, puts his arm around his neck, and starts yelling at him (let me paint you a picture, security guy was at the entrance behind the ropes and fiancé was a good 5-10 ft away from him on the other side). Are you joking me, right now? This is the stupid stuff that happens in movies. Not in real life. Not in front of my eyes. Now the real problem is the fact there's like 3-4 security + Vue promoter looking guy in a suit that doesn't even try to stop this guy? I'm literally in heels trying to peel this man off my fiancé who was no threat, didn't even lift a pinky this whole time, and he gets tackled? Finally we get him peeled off of my fiancé... a DIFFERENT security guy gives one of the vapes back... which mr. dreads said HE DIDN'T HAVE. Meanwhile the security guy with dreads or whatever his hair was, constantly is yelling and acting tough about the smallest issue. He was literally puffing up his chest and causing a scene... behind the velvet ropes... smh. Afterwards, I'm wondering... wtf? Both vapes were there when I walked inside but now they only have the one? Can they be any sketchier? Now it's pretty clear they are toying with us at this point. There's no way only one of the vapes is there at the end of the night. And then another security guy comes and pulls it out of the podium and gives it to my fiancé. Now was that so difficult? Was it really necessary to tackle someone to the cement ground for this? Ridiculous. What if he hit his head? What if he cracked his skull open? read more

Upscale. Hospitable. Class A Service. This year I celebrated my birthday with Vue and booked 2 tables. I had the opportunity to speak with Mike on social media who was helpful in answering all my many questions. He later connected me with one of their VIP managers, John, who was quick to reach out and call to ensure we were on the same page and on point for the day of the event. He made some useful recommendations as to where I should have my tables and accommodated all of my guests upon entry. During the day of my event, David, who was one of the VIP hosts was so generous to connect with me and allowed me to be first to enter the main floor upon opening. David and my servers, Natalie and Blossom were so respectful and kind - they truly helped make my special celebration a memorable one. I'm so happy to see the successes and growth of Vue since they've opened in 2018. Their security team was also very kind! Steve who has been there for years, I believe, introduced himself to me and then there was another sir who saw that I was standing on a stool to record an performance and he later came by to carefully help me down without ask. Vue brings to life an artistic concept for nightlife that is inclusive of all communities. Their 4 different rooms and main floor creates space for every kind of guest. Whether you are looking to be near the crowd or to break away in the back, they have tables you can book to fit your very need. I appreciated their various table packages as it is inclusive of minimums and gratuity with tax later being added on at the end of the night. They make the booking experience very easy. I will say they tend to have a later start where it peaks around 11:30p. Other than that, I highlight recommend Vue Lounge - their team is a great example of what it means to treat their guests with respect so that everyone has a fun time. read more

Parking is pretty difficult, so we ubered and got dropped off around 10:30pm. There's no cover before 11pm, but i recommend going around 10:45/50 because they don't open up the main dance floor until 11pm. There's only a chill lounge that's available. The aesthetic in the loving was pretty cool. They use hype brands as decor, like supreme, lv, Chanel, bape, etc. The main dance floor is a decent space and there's another full bar in this area. They also have a Great Wall of roses to take pictures on. The dj for the night was pretty good playing a solid mix of hip hop/rap mixed with a little bit of edm. read more

Let me preface this review by saying three things: A) I'm experienced in buying tables for the past 4 years at many various clubs across the US. I enjoy the scene and am lucky to be able in a position to spend money on VIP opportunities every weekend. B) The bottle service girls taking care of my party were amazing and deserve every bit of tip they receive. They worked hard to ensure the errors in our service were corrected. Blossom was especially notable in trying to correct Vue Lounge's horrible experience. C) I chose this evening to celebrate my birthday. Now onto the bad: Absolutely the WORST table experience I've ever had. Although prices were reasonable (~$1500 after tax and gratuity for 3 bottles), the "VIP" experience was nonexistent. Throughout the entire night we had random people from the crowd standing in the VIP area, pushing into our section, using our seats to store their belongings, removing the rope, threatening to fight us for asking for space, and SPILLING a row of shots from a $350 bottle of liquor. All because there was no bouncer watching the roped off VIP area (which is the first club I've seen that has had this lack of care for higher paying clients) that we requested multiple times throughout the night. Most of our table left early since we were tired of being pushed around and having people completely disregard our space we paid for, even though we were prepared to buy bottles the entire night. Management's only solution was to offer us to buy the table next to us that they were unable to sell for $500 instead of the normal $1000 minimum. I offered $300. With just over an hour left in the night they decided they want to accept $300 but at that point most of us had already left. They stated I had too many people at my table, when most had paid for the cover and were approved to be in the area (8-10 person table with 11-12 people sitting around it). Ultimately, good working staff but horrible set up. Save your money from the table and just enjoy the night elsewhere. They've lost me as a repeat client for table service. I can only attest to trying to reserve a VIP table here and not the actual experience of a night out here, so please take my review as so. I reached out to Vue for a potential after party to my wedding. This was going to be an easy sale for the club as we needed a table for about 20 guests. I was directed the the VIP host John Tran, ie the owner or manager gave the VIP host my cell # who promptly texted me the correct information. I then replied yes, and if we could come by to see the club to see if the vibe was right. No response from John. A week later, I reached out to him again, asking the same things and if he needed more information from me. No response from John. Just plain old ghosted for no reason... Kind of glad now that we didn't go with them anyway due to all the other reviews I'm reading about here on yelp. But thanks for wasting my time and efforts when I was already hyper-stressed about planning a damn wedding. read more

Booked a VIP booth for my friend's bachelorette. We were offered a free bottle of champagne for the celebration & we paid taxes on it. When we arrived we were greeted by our Host for the night, Tamlyn. She quickly gave me the run down & let me know how much our tab would be. Was upfront and literally an angel. I highly recommend requesting her as your hostess. She made sure we were ok plenty of times & was genuinely just a nice person. After about an hour, the bride was very much gone. So we took her outside for air, but we were barred from being able to bring her water from inside the club. And this made it very hard on us to make sure she was ok, so we decided to leave the lounge after only being there for an 1 hour and half. Our hostess spoke to the staff into just letting her get a bottle of water and we truly appreciated that. However, we had a great time. We enjoyed the confetti, and the bottle presentation. The seating was a bit small & I would say that it got a bit too crowded near our VIP area. Security did its best to make sure we weren't completely run down in our area. Lol read more

The Bouncers: Mainly the reason I'm giving this place low stars. -5/5 They don't know how to properly organize the line. They don't enforce the line and so if it gets messy and if people cut, they blame the patrons in line and punish everyone by not letting anyone through. My party and I got there at 9:15am and did not get in until 11pm. We believe the bouncers did this so that people would have to pay the cover fee instead of getting in via guest list, which is super scummy once inside, we noticed there was SO MUCH ROOM, They could have let everyone in much sooner. This was the longest I've EVER had to wait to get into the club. Overall bad at line management, super disrespectful, and awfully scummy to make people wait just so they have to pay cover fee. The Baristas: Super nice! They work as fast as they can, they make good drinks, always ensure that water is available, and just the service is top notch. I would give the Baristas 6/5 stars i could. The two starr rating instead of one for vue is because of the Baristas. The Music: The Music was alright. Pretty good variety between trap, hip-hop, EDM. I have to say though, throughout the night, you'll hear repeat songs, which is a bit disappointing, but also, near the end of the night around 12:30-2am, it sounds as though the DJs are giving up. 3/5 for the DJs. The Atmosphere: The wall of flowers is cute and Instagram-able if you're into that type of thing. The space is sectioned into two dance rooms and 3 bars. The first dance room when you walk in is small but has its own dj and bar for smaller artists. This area is generally pretty clean and fun! The second room you have to walk upstairs to and is where the main dj plays. I have to say, when Vue is packed, it gets so hot. There barely is any ventilation in that place so get ready to sweat. The floors are permanently sticky/ wet so be careful of falling on the dancefloor or stairs (I witnessed someone slip on the stairs twice). The atmosphere though is fun overall, when the music gets going, people are blasted, the crowd is dancing, it is your typical club. Wish it was a bit bigger since you get 0 room to dance because people are always walking through you. But all in all, 3/5 read more

The bouncers did not attempt to organize the line at all. Half of us were in a line (apparently on the wrong side) but we weren't told this. There was another circle of people about 70 not in a line just crowding the door. The bouncers were letting this crowd in and then got absolutely angry at the rest of us for being in the wrong line. Maybe get some signs ??? Or walk up and down the lines actually enforcing the line. We waited for an hour and a half and by the time we got to the front, the bouncer was so angry he refused to let anyone else in. We paid way more than $15 per person to bribe him to let us in. The inside was fun. Numerous spots to order drinks. Bathrooms are organized and clean. They need AC BADLY. The music was also great! read more

THE ONLY VUE REVIEW YOU'LL NEED TO READ: We had high expectations for this club. The pictures looked great and we had a few friends tell us it was fun. We were SO DISAPPOINTED. There are two rooms at Vue. The room you enter into has high BPM electronic music that is way too loud, and all of the street lights leak in so the vibe is just wack. There is 1 bartender in this room for dozens of people right next to the dance floor and it is an absolute s**t show. It took 30 minutes to get a single drink. Then there's the main room. The speakers are so bad it sounds like they're legitimately broken. What takes the cake is that there is barely any separation between the two rooms, so the EDM leaks into the room with hip hop music and it's an awful experience. This was my first time at the club and I'm shocked anyone goes there more than once. The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because I salvaged the night by heading home with a beautiful young lady. read more

I've been here a few times. Only had fun once, the first time I went. The other time I left after 20 minutes because it was empty. The last time I went alone while on my way home with some spare me time. Went in and bought a section and Champaign just to myself. The girl that worked there were quick to keep asking for some of my Champaign. By the time I got my bill we drank half the bottle so i told the girls no more because I still wanted to mingle and chill. After I went to the dance floor they took my bottle away. I tried to get it back but they said it was empty. I asked them to replace it and they kicked me out. On the way out I voiced my opinion about how I paid over 300 dollars to have my bottle taken and being kicked out. The bouncer slammed me on the wall and told me to shut up because I was being annoying. My back still hurts. This happened about 2 Saturdays ago. After some little guys came outside to cause a scene while I was outisde cursing out the bouncers demanding them to tell me why I got kick out. Stupid situation at this club. Was drunk when we arrived and went straight to the restroom with my friend, my friend loves to share stalls and we were drunk so that's an obvious choice. We run in the stall about to piss ourselves and some lady starts banging on the stall door telling us 1 to a stall and to open the door. Ma'am my pants were down we weren't gonna open the door. Turns out this woman was a bathroom attendant- something she NEVER said. Why would I open the door to some random lady screaming - legit yelling so loud - for , to me, no reason at all. I was pissed. They called security and we got escorted out, for using the restroom. If you don't want drunk women sharing stalls - you need to make that OBVIOUS and post that everywhere. Also the bathroom attendant was not wearing anything to differentiate her from another clubber wearing black. Why would I listen to you. With Aston Manor & Foundation closed for sketchy reasons, this would be the time for a new club that wants shine to come through. I guess this is it. God damn, nightlife industry is tough in Seattle though. Business is so depended on weather, if it rains, good luck with getting people out since we are a city full of introverts to began with. Layout of this venue is interesting, you start with a bar in the first room which is nice because it has seatings. The decors are very hype beast with the Supreme and designer logos. The other room is where the dance floor with table services surrounding it. You'll see things like bottle service girls coming out riding in toy cars and motorcycles which is pretty lit to be honest, I want to ride and be carried in one. Lol. Not sure what the men's restroom is like because I'm not a man, but the girl's restroom is filled with amenities like sprays, candies, and of course a designated wall-drop mirror to take photos in the corner. If you lost your girl in the restroom for like half an hour, that's what we are doing, busy taking photos. There's a dress code, leave your ball cap in the car. It ain't Vegas, but I guess they do enforce dress codes especially if you have a dick. Located on 2nd Ave in Belltown, I think there's a way to get on free guestlist if you come in before a certain time. Honestly, what makes a good night is just the crowd of people you're surrounded by and the company of great friends. All nightclubs will have it's unpleasant moment of long lines in the cold, impatient bouncers that are fed up with drunk folks, trashed bathrooms, no air conditioner in a huge crowd of body heat, but that's just how it goes, if you can't deal with that, I recommend going to Whole Foods on a Friday night instead to shop for organic avocados to make me guacamole. I went here for 2 seconds. I got a stamp and went in and showed it to the bouncer. He looked at me weird and I didn't realize he didn't see the stamp.
